Nice sized room, friendly staff, the AC was nice and cool on a hot weekend, and the pool was definitely refreshing! (just wish there were more reclining chairs). Food was plentiful and tasty. Overall, a really nice stay. I just wish there was a ramp up to the elevators (which were split between odd & even floors)

If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning?

The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.
