U Boutique Kinneret by the Sea of Galilee

The resort sits right on the Kineret and is beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfasts are phenomenal - we didn't even realize that they had already changed to a Passover menu. The only negative is that the pool and beach are open only from 10 - 5. Not convenient for people who want an early morning or evening swim.

Enjoyed very much, the pool is huge and comfy, breakfast and dinner has a big variety for different tastes and very delicious, nice and very spacious room with lake view balcony, it was excellent. The dessert cakes are better to avoid, does not fit to a hotel like this. The music was loud outside till late night, but the staff was kind and turned it off the moment we asked for their help. Thank you! It was a bit weird to lay on the bed at the pool and meanwhile they cut the grass around us, but well, I understand the grass needs to be cut, and the hotel always have guests, so nevermind, we could bear this.

The property is beautiful, quite restful and the staff absolutely lovely. We enjoyed dining by the pool as well as being able to walk to several excellent restaurants. Parking was super easy. I had booked the hotel since it had a beach on the lake and a great pool. But during our stay the lake was closed to swimming, and the pool was closed during the weekday (no lifeguard). The hotel gave us a nicer room for our stay, which definitely eased the disappointment.

Completely average stay at this hotel. The hotel is pretty run down and not nice for the price per night. The spa was the worst spa experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

The grounds are nice, the private beach, the general cleanliness and the excellent service !

This was a comparatively small hotel which specialised in attention to detail - care at the reception, cleaning of the room, and of course the wonderfully presented buffets for breakfast and dinner. Its setting was idyllic - to draw back the curtains to watch sun rise over the Sea of Galilee was a special moment, and to have views up and down the Lake, and having a lovely cove to swim in, was equally memorable. I was there for three days, deliberately having some time on my own in an area I knew quite well, and I enjoyed every minute of it. In a hotel which seemed so busy I had no problem in finding my own peace and quiet.

This is a great hotel with great amenities and a beautiful private beach. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We wanted to relax by the pool. However, the hotel insisted on playing music all day long. We wanted quiet. I checked the entire outdoor area from the pool to the sea and speakers had been mounted everywhere on purpose. There was no quiet area. I asked for help and the attendent said that it was one system and the music must be on. Instead, you MUST change this if we ever come back. There needs to be quiet zones plus times during the day when there is no music -- not just overnight. The attendent said that everyone wants music and they would complain if it was shut off. That is wrong. Many people come to your hotel to relax. With the music, it was impossible to just read or sleep outside near the pool or lake. I'm not against music, but not everywhere! We had a higher level room. While the room was modern, the bathroom was poorly laid out. The toilet should be in its own exclosed room with a door for privacy. We would have preferred if the bathroom space had been brought into the bedroom when it was built, with perhaps a couch and seating area. Food was very good, with good variety. Pool (other than constant music) was well maintained, clean and kept at a good temperature, with plenty of chairs and towels. Lake area could use some umbrellas and maybe less rocks on the ground. (Although I guess it was to prevent erosion.) Except for the music problem, the rating would have been higher.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible, surtout Yonathan ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, avec une vue magnifique. Le calme des lieux permet un vrai moment de détente. Et le restaurant de l’hôtel mérite aussi une étoile. L’hôtel dispose également d’un espace bien-être très agréable, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un confort optimal. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. C’est une adresse où je reviendrai sans hésiter !

El personal es muy amable el hotel es muy cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado. No hicimos ninguna actividad en el lago por el clima, encontré muy triste la ciudad que empieza a recuperarse de la crisis del COVID

Nothing but praise for this gem on the Sea of Galilee. Excellent restaurants close by. Beautiful rooms and property. Fabulous breakfast. Perfect for our stay while touring northern Israel.

The best hotel I have visited in Israel ! The service is amazing, the breakfast is a big wow! The view, the beach which belongs to the hotel. Really worth the price. Just a look in the pictures can tell you enough 😄 we will visit again for sure.

Great hotel. Modern design on the beautiful shores of The Sea of Galilee. Tiberias is not a particularly attractive town but this hotel might be the best option.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed and the most accommodating staff. Perfect location

We loved the location and the modern stylish room and facilities including a delicious breakfast buffet which is excellent for vegetarians. Unfortunately, the staff are at best disinterested bordering on abrupt. Also, it is a little mean not to offer complimentary water on a daily basis when we are spending over $300 per night. This hotel could be magnificent if only the staff were more attentive which incidentally they were on our final morning once the manager was around!

I had very nice experience in hotel, but did bother me came in all exhausted with packages didn't see any wagon to carry the luggage . And wasn't offered the help. While him seeing me dragging everything by hand. Going home other guy by counter he did offer was much nicer

We had reserved 4 rooms checking in Sat, leaving Sunday morning. Because of the Jewish Shabbat, they allow very late check outs for religious reasons on Saturday. Therefore 3 of our rooms were not available until 5pm and one wasn’t available until after 7pm. That was unacceptable to us. Also, they had no decent wines or mixed cocktails. Pool area is beautiful but service lacking.
