Elevator is a big trouble. It takes almost forever to wait until it arrives, which is especially important if You live in the upper floors. There is lack of tables in the restaurant during the breakfast, even though we came there quite early on 8:30. In result other people came to eat at our table - so it was not calm enjoyable breakfast time with family, it was eating in a silence with a strangers. Last week when we stayed - situation was absolutely the same.

Semarah Lielupe hotel is the best in the area. The location is walkable to the sea and the surrounding area is beautiful and safe. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and very professional. They cater to all your needs and respond immediately. The amenities of the hotel are amazing: spa service, gym, pool and saunas. There is a lot of people accommodated in the hotel, but the service is quick and impeccable. I would highly recommend the hotel. Been staying in it second year in a row and would return back . Irena

Hotel manages to look as good as new. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pet friendly, restaurant is nice and prices are adequate. The only downside is spa, which is smaller then number of guests. You have to book pool visit way in advance. Massage at SPA was great! Location is nice as well. All our family enjoyed the stay

Hadde familierom. Veldig greit. Barna hadde køyseng og hovedsoverommet var adskilt med dør. Flott innebasseng med boblebad og div duppeditter til vannmassasje i storbassenget. Lite, men helt greit utebasseng. Mange muligheter på hotellet, div spa, fitnessrom, pilatesrom osv osv. Grei frokost, dog savner jeg noe variasjon i smak. Flott med masse frukt og man fant alltid noe å spise. Det aller beste er beliggenheten, en liten spassertur til stranden. Vi var veldig fornøyde.

Litt delt opphold. Hotellet er ok, frokosten ikke super. Vi betalte 7000 kroner for 3 netter og fikk null renhold! Dag 2 spurte vi. Da kom de å redde sengen. Ikke vasket noe, kopper, bad etc. lot søppel og tomme flasker ligge. Uholdbart! Når jeg fant de i gangen å ba om få bytte møkkete håndkle og morgenkåpe himlet de med øynene og ble sure. Balkongen var stygg og jævlig fra før, men ble ikke bedre av at vi måtte ha søppel der!! Resepsjonen var til null hjelp og var ikke unnskyldende ved utsjekk. Den eneste flotte tingen med dette var hotellbaren og bartenderen Valentins, han lagde gode cocktails og maten der var meget god. Han fikset også pommes frittes før kjøkkenet åpnet. Greit gym og basseng område. Men ift. Rengjøringen legger jo det en stor demper på oppholdet. Hotellet har også en gammel russervibe over seg med gamle fasiliteter.

Excellent service delivered by the professional team of the hotel and wellness centre. Exceptional cleanliness. Delicious food at the high level standard. I even prolonged my stay, which was supposed to be quite short, but at the end decided to stay for a longer time and enjoy the excellent service. The location is ideal, just a few meters from the beach, quite and beauriful. Shops, restaurants, publuc transport are all near within a walking distance from the hotel. Perfect stay in a perfect location! The only drawback is the occupancy rate of the swimmimg pool in general, which is sometimes disadvantageous to the hotel guests. Should be at least an hour for the ones staying at the hotel, as well as splitting the pool lanes and providing some space for women and those slow ones. This is the only item worth mentioning, the rest is just perfect, highly recommend.

Well it’s kinda new hotel in Latvia, not new but renewed! Anyway if we look back at couple of years ago, it was very nice and friendly staff, and service was great! This time it was at 0 level. Start with the family room located at 3 floor(when I asked highest possible) and no possibility to change, and ends with breakfast with 5 person, small table offered, and it was full till the time we left! Waiters walk along several times, watch at our used plates and walk away! Sad to say, but there is no ideas what scan happen for me to come back. Two years ago it was competitive price, and maybe this could be some argument, but when you pay 145 eur for a night, and get a cold number with broken heater and dirty pillows, and there is no possibilities to change it… I have no words to say.

Great hotel in our favorite part of Jurmala. Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need (had to ask to get a kettle though). For some reason they are using shower gel in shower-gel-type tubes as hand wash - inconvenient. Good variety at the buffet breakfast but not much variety day-to-day. Parking on the premises is hard to get in high season (and the "coin" system is weird) but enough street parking options around the hotel (watch out for parking forbidden signs though).

Great hotel and spa facilities. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was a typical Latvian selection. A couple of snags: walls between bedrooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours, water in this area is hard but no hair conditioner is provided, and the car park was at capacity for 2 out of the 3 days I was there so I had to park on the street

This strongly suggests they were still in the room or nearby, possibly handled by housekeeping. The lack of follow-up or willingness to investigate further was disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. This raises concerns about potential theft, which overshadows the positive aspects of my stay. I urge SemaraH Hotel Lielupe to thoroughly investigate this matter and either return my earbuds or provide appropriate compensation. Fantastic hotel in absolutely stunning location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant, cafe. The hotel has all the amenities that make your vacation ultra comfortable and enjoyable: spas, pools, saunas, restaurants. This raises concerns about potential theft, which overshadows the positive aspects of my stay. I urge SemaraH Hotel Lielupe to thoroughly investigate this matter and either return my earbuds or provide appropriate compensation. Great hotel with an outdoor pool and a short stroll to the beach. Had to pay 15 euro per night extra for cot. Standard room was quite compact. Every room has a balcony, but the railings are quite low. Dinner was wonderful.

Great hotel, looks better in life than in pictures. The only issue is that elevators are slow, and often there is a wait to get on them. I used the stairs most of the time. Included breakfast was good. Great stay
