Sindssygt lækkert værelse. Rent og pænt. Så centralt placeret, som man overhovedet kunne være. Vi boede på 3 sal uden elevator. Wi-fi var et held, hvis man kunne komme på.

Not all parts of the hotel have a lift as the buildings are historical. So not great if you have mobility issues. But the room was spotless and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Short version: hotel with problems and staff that doesn’t care. Long version below. I’ve got a room that had entry with second door that goes to the room itself. When we arrived late in the night it took me 5 minutes to figure out where to stick room key to turn on the lights. ( in europian hotels you must to do it to turn on lights.) it was hidden behind second door in the entry. Next step AC. No matter what we did it was not working. Called front desk, they told me to wait more. Called again 5 minutes later( don’t forget it’s 1am already) they told me to wait more. I insisted to change the room and they said they will send someone. 10 minutes later someone told me to find small button on top of the thermostat and press it. With flashlight ( thermostat is in the same entry) I found one. Finally we set thermostat to 75 and went to bed. My wife woke me up one hour later and it was freezing in the room. Since thermostat was positioned in the entry behind the door it was continuously running no matter what was temperature in the room. Next day I invited hotel manager to check my room. I asked him to turn on the light - it took him over a minute to find the spot. I explained him about AC he told me nothing I can do. No sorry for inconvenience, no offer to move us to another room. We left for our tour day and left “please clean up the room” sign. When we came back room was untouched. We were bitten and decided to deal with it later. On top there were no hot water for 2 days

Hotel was lovely, just as described and as in the pictures. Location was also perfect, right in the old town, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast was great too. We did however have a problem with the air conditioning, when we called up on the first day to ask someone to look into it, it wasn’t resolved until the evening next day, by giving us a new room. Otherwise it was all perfect.

Koventa Seta Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Town Riga, with everything just a short walk away. I really enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the convenience of the location. The reason I’m giving it slightly less than a full 5-star rating is due to a couple of cleanliness issues. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the sink, which seemed to be related to the sewage system. Additionally, the shower area could have been cleaner—there was some mold visible in the corners of the tiles. That said, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the minor issues, we had a wonderful overall experience and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is situated in a recently renovated convent so everything was spotless. The only negative thing we can think of was the fact that we didn't have a walk in shower but instead had to shower the bathtub. Because of this you would have step in and out of the bathtub which required a rather high step that not everyone would be capable of. Since the tub itself was a bit slippery that was not very comfortable. I have to say that when we mentioned this to the staff when leaving they said we should have told them, so they could have provided a bath mat.

This hotel has an excellent location right in the middle of Old Town, super walkable everywhere, easy to find restaurants and shopping. Breakfast in an adjacent bar/restaurant is convenient and the buffet has plenty of options. Would definitely stay in the same location again. Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff.

We did not have our rooms cleaned or re-supplied on any of the 3 days. We had to complain to get this fixed. Asked for a room with some view, but it was just a wall opposite. The shower was not installed correctly, water did not drain away.

Perfect location close to all the major landmarks and shopping street with many food options. How quaint is this hotel - it is actually part of the convent and the rooms now converted to hotel! Felt amazing to be staying within a part of history. Rooms are modern and clean and tastefully decorated. We loved our room, that it had a mini divider between bedroom and living room which was great for 3 of us sharing. Bed was comfy and the sofa bed was great! The room didn't feel crowded even with 3 of us in it. Lovely clean bathroom - spacious! Also recommend you try the pastry shop in the hotel. breakfast good but limited options for those not eating pork. overall, look forward to staying here again.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist im Vergleich zum Zimmer etwas klein. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte etwas stärker sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Great location and very clean. Beds were comfortable. A bit noisy on the weekend evenings but otherwise nice and quiet. The bathtub was really tall so for those who are shorter, it was a bit tricky to get in and out of it safely.

Très bien situé, et très fraichement rénové, cet hôtel était la base idéale de notre séjour à Riga. Néanmoins, il y eu un point moins positif : le personnel. En milieu de séjour, nous avons réalisé que la chambre n'avait pas été refaite un jour, alors que ça avait été le cas tous les jours précédents. quand nous l'avons signalé, nous avons du subir un échange très désagréable avec ce qui semblait être un manager. Mauvaise fois et arrogance, et une attitude vraiment pas adaptée au rapport client-service client. Et globalement, un personnel toujours très froid ou a qui il faudrait expliquer les bases de l'accueil client. En dehors de ça, très bel hôtel, à recommander.

Konventa Sēta Hotel by Keystone Collection is an incredibly cozy, welcoming, warm and spacious hotel in the heart of Riga. Everyone from their staff: Romans, Darja, Vivian, Dmitrijs - were exceptionally friendly and helpful to make sure that our stay was a comfortable delight. From offering to fix a broken suitcase to fetching a cab, they were extremely helpful in every aspect. The breakfast buffet covered all grounds from hot to cold dishes along with the usual selection of baked goods and dairy products. The bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Thumbs up - Highly recommended.

Short version: hotel with problems and staff that doesn’t care. Long version below. I’ve got a room that had entry with second door that goes to the room itself. When we arrived late in the night it took me 5 minutes to figure out where to stick room key to turn on the lights. ( in europian hotels you must to do it to turn on lights.) it was hidden behind second door in the entry. Next step AC. No matter what we did it was not working. Called front desk, they told me to wait more. Called again 5 minutes later( don’t forget it’s 1am already) they told me to wait more. I insisted to change the room and they said they will send someone. 10 minutes later someone told me to find small button on top of the thermostat and press it. With flashlight ( thermostat is in the same entry) I found one. Finally we set thermostat to 75 and went to bed. My wife woke me up one hour later and it was freezing in the room. Since thermostat was positioned in the entry behind the door it was continuously running no matter what was temperature in the room. Next day I invited hotel manager to check my room. I asked him to turn on the light - it took him over a minute to find the spot. I explained him about AC he told me nothing I can do. No sorry for inconvenience, no offer to move us to another room. We left for our tour day and left “please clean up the room” sign. When we came back room was untouched. We were bitten and decided to deal with it later. On top there were no hot water for 2 days

Perfect location close to all the major landmarks and shopping street with many food options. How quaint is this hotel - it is actually part of the convent and the rooms now converted to hotel! Felt amazing to be staying within a part of history. Rooms are modern and clean and tastefully decorated. We loved our room, that it had a mini divider between bedroom and living room which was great for 3 of us sharing. Bed was comfy and the sofa bed was great! The room didn't feel crowded even with 3 of us in it. Lovely clean bathroom - spacious! Also recommend you try the pastry shop in the hotel. breakfast good but limited options for those not eating pork. overall, look forward to staying here again.

The Konventa Sēta Hotel is centrally located. 35mins from the airport using bus 22. We got off at the first stop after crossing the bridge (bibliotecka - library) and we used Google maps to check we were heading in the right direction and to locate the hotel. It was a short 10mins walk. The hotel is situated in the old part of the city, the beautifully cobble streets just adds to the overall attractiveness. The hotel is made up of a cluster of old convent buildings with a courtyard linking them up. It looks recently renovated to a high standard. The room was modern and tasteful decorated. The bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge stocked mini bar, kettle, Tv with sone English Channels and lots more. The shower was nice and hot and doors were super thick and very well sound insulated. Everything you’d expect from a well rated hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. With a smile and very polite and willing to assist at any time. The jewel in the crown is the location! We didn’t need public transport during our stay as all the attractions are literally at your door step or walking distance. Bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast was good with a range of options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. From arrival to departure we couldn’t speak more highly of the staff and the hotel.

Nice and big room. Very friendly personel at the front desk. Sheets felt like polyester and were very uncomfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was not up to the standard - very dark and crowded location, juice was warm, eggs were watery and/or cold. I would recommend having breakfast somewhere else.

This hotel has an excellent location right in the middle of Old Town, super walkable everywhere, easy to find restaurants and shopping. Breakfast in an adjacent bar/restaurant is convenient and the buffet has plenty of options. Would definitely stay in the same location again. Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Perfect location in the very center of the old town, so it was easy to walk to everything. Very quiet in the evening, large and nice room, helpful staff, great breakfast right next door (part of the hotel). Also a cosy café in the hotel. If I go to Riga again, I will choose this hotel again.
