Our stay at Grand Palace Hotel was outstanding! The hotel is right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, walkable to everything - no need for a car here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast spread was decadent, complete with complimentary Prosecco. What was really special about the hotel was the hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had the information we needed to enjoy our stay. After we left, I discovered that I had left an item of great importance in the hotel room. I had already moved on to another country, and was panicking. The hotel promptly shipped the item back to my home in the United States at an extremely low cost. You will love your stay here!

Breakfast had a good range of food that was plentiful and fresh. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and frequently cleaned throughout the day with staff readily available for any requests.
