The parking is awful! They don't patrol the parking lot to stop restaurant patrons from parking in the lots that are clearly marked for the Nomad only. On several occasions, I have had to wait for someone to leave the Keg, or park a block away on the street! I have gad several conversations with the staff. No action gas been taken! Due to the parking situation, I will not be returning to the Nomad!

There were bugs on the beds , floors, and bathroom. When front desk was informed I was told it’s due to summer . Toilet was backed up and house keeping doesn’t come on the regular to check the rooms. The staff helped in getting different rooms but each room had the same issues

the rooms werent too clean, there were some cobwebs in the light fixtures, and weird vents that had no switches. some of the ceiling lights didnt work. the water burned my boyfriend and i’s skin because the water was so unpredictable and didnt stay a set temperature. the area surrounding the hotel is full of druggies.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was uncomfortable. The edges. Where hard like metal was around the mattress. As soon as you lay down on the mattress you sink down in the middle. Was a rough sleep. For the price of the room should have been provided a better breakfast than a Grab and go brown bag. We're not 12 years old in school.

Had a great stay in the jacuzzi suite. Staff are wonderful. Bed and sofa are comfortable and the kitchenette was convenient although it could use a few upgrades or additions. After having to replace 2 non-working ones, the induction cooktop turned off when it felt the need but we managed. The frying pan was warped so it didnt cook evenly so we could've used a scouring pad for that and maybe some tongs for cooking but overall, it's a great room. Walking distance to mall, restaurants, casino and the bus stops right out front! I would stay here again :)

The location is super convenient, but what I love the most is the staff, they are the friendliest, most patient, and gracious professionals in the industry. The Keg right downstairs has great food and service. The beds are incredibly comfy, and the rooms are always spotless and well maintained. I've always been very fond of this hotel and now there is a nail salon, the Benith shop and a cafe. I always recommend Nomad to everyone.

The property has a central location with good access to the better dining options in Fort McMurray. I use the Red Arrow coach service between Edmonton and Fort McMurray and this hotel is across the street. The staff here are also very helpful when my fellow travelling team members need to hand off a vehicle between users.

For the price, room was just alright. Room was spacious with microwave and fridge. Shower was terrible… good pressure but temperature would change from one extreme to another. Liked the proximity of the casino but the neighborhood around was not great. We were hassled on a number of occasions. Morning of check out there was an ambulance, fire truck and cops all with lights on. Also, we were there for two nights and room wasn’t cleaned.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was inferred in the advertising that breakfast was included, which I took to mean at least a continental brekky. It was a "grab & go" affair with no dedicated space to eat. Parking outside was not the best. However "Kris" and "May" at the desk did everything within their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Two very small rooms. A noisy air conditioner next to the bed. Cleanliness is okay. What they call breakfast isn't breakfast, but a tiny snack consisting of a sandwich half the size of McDonald one and a small yogurt. You have to ask breakfast at reception.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. I was in a room on the 6th floor (tower part of the hotel) and it was an old room. Way too many small hairs in the bathroom for my liking and the shower had barely any pressure. Due to the price I would still stay again but hoping for a more thorough cleaning of the bathrooms.

Rooms could use some work on the maintenance as far as updating. A better choice for breakfast. Needs more power outlets in the rooms.
