The hotel could have been better with a few small tweaks. The pool is small and unheated, and on a cloudy day didn't feel inviting to swim in. The gym is only open at 7:00am, which is inconvenient with business travellers. I'm not sure why it couldn't be open 24 hours. There is no elevator security to the room floors and there was a pry mark near the lock on my hotel room door, which was a bit unnerving. The room was extremely clean, which was very much appreciated, but everything felt a little tired. There were two slow elevators. I was very surprised to see that they were still providing toiletries in small plastic bottles instead of wall pumps. You can't drink the tap water, but no complimentary water is provided in the room. There was a massive (>2cm) cockroach in the breakfast buffet, which made me wonder if they were in the rooms too. The breakfast options were pretty good but not great. Overall a decent stay, but I would probably research other options if I was returning to Floripa.

O hotel é proximo ao Shopping BeiraMar e ao centro facilitando os deslocamentos, o quarto é um pouco pequeno assim como a cama, porém é um ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã Ok, piscina não é aquecida, para os dias quentes é ótima, mas no frio não deve ser agradável.

Considering the cost of the hotel from BRL devaluated currency and the high score from the guests I was very disappointed. The rooms are clean and not bad, but windows does not have the double glass, and all noise coming from the bars in front come straight to the rooms, specially the front ones. I decided leave the hotel in my second night to sleep in another property, Majestic Horel, almost in front and much better. The service to clean the room also took so long, even spending the whole day away the service come only around 4 pm, time when I was already planned to leave. The swimming pool, front picture in the web for Hotels.com is ridiculous small. A good point is in front of a nice mall with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Hercílo Luz Bridge. I do not recomend , I am afraid where the good rates come from.

O atendimento é muito bom, café da manhã é bom e a localização excelente (perto do shopping e restaurantes). As condições do hotel são ruins, é necessário uma reforma e uma revitalização geral. Os corredores tem cheiro ruim e o quarto tem odor ruim, tem ar condicionado barulhento, paredes com infiltração, torneira da pia com reduto de água (sai muito pouca água). Não reclamos porque ficamos por somente 1 dia, mas com certeza não voltaremos.

Hotel em excelente localização, ao lado do Beiramar Shopping e vários bares e restaurantes ao redor. O quarto é confortável, hotel com boa infraestrutura, um ponto de melhoria seria a melhor organização sobre o horário de arrumação dos quartos, por dois dias da minha estadia arrumação do quarto nao havia acontecido e tive que solicitar ou deixaram par muito tarde e quando chegamos o quarto estava sendo arrumado e tive que ficar esperando no lobby do hotel.

Barulho terrível do bar da frente até madrugada . As janelas não são acústicas. Som alto bem na frente do quarto. Acordamos a noite várias vezes. Ficamos no quarto andar mas creio que todos os andares virado para bar ouvem o barulho ao menos que tem uma boa vedação das janelas o que não ocorreu no meu quarto Hotel bem localizado , café da manhã bom, cama confortável mas impossível de dormir com barulho . A cama de casal era aquelas pequeninas de 1,40 m ou antigas que nem se utilizam mais. O quarto era miúsculo: a caminha de 1,40 e 2 criados minúsculos ao lado

O atendimento no checkin pode e deve melhorar. Não prestam muita atenção ao cliente e há muita conversinha entre eles enquanto atendem o hóspede, no mínimo uma falta de respeito. Mas o café da manhã é muito bom, limpeza e cama bons. Mas pelo valor há hotéis melhores na região.

We have stayed at most of the upscale hotels in Florianopolis...we always come back to Blue Tree Premium for one reason, the staff....and end up being reminded of how comfortable the rooms are, how clean the property is and the great breakfast! Shout out to Adrian at the Front Desk who always has a smile, a pleasant greeting and a genuine offer to assist...we will be back on our next visit to Florida!!!!!

Excellent location, across the street from a nice shopping mall and walkable distance from downtown and many dining options. Easy location for ride-pick-up. Friendly staff and outstanding breakfast buffet. Room was a bit small but overall clean and comfortable.

The hotel could have been better with a few small tweaks. The pool is small and unheated, and on a cloudy day didn't feel inviting to swim in. The gym is only open at 7:00am, which is inconvenient with business travellers. I'm not sure why it couldn't be open 24 hours. There is no elevator security to the room floors and there was a pry mark near the lock on my hotel room door, which was a bit unnerving. The room was extremely clean, which was very much appreciated, but everything felt a little tired. There were two slow elevators. I was very surprised to see that they were still providing toiletries in small plastic bottles instead of wall pumps. You can't drink the tap water, but no complimentary water is provided in the room. There was a massive (>2cm) cockroach in the breakfast buffet, which made me wonder if they were in the rooms too. The breakfast options were pretty good but not great. Overall a decent stay, but I would probably research other options if I was returning to Floripa.

Hotel em si é muito bom e bem localizado. Porém para as refeições almoço e jantar, não recomendo fazer no hotel. A comida não é boa, e a noite é esquentada em micro-ondas que chega fria na mesa.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita. O atendimento é ótimo, os quartos são confortáveis e novos. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento no restaurante que deixa um pouco a desejar: demora e parece que eles ficam surpresos quando percebem que tem gente esperando para ser atendido (para almoço e jantar). Mas, no geral, é um bom hotel.
