Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Complimentary use of dry sauna and steam bath in the spa area. Wedding and reception/party during our stay and we didn't hear a thing from our room (excellent soundproof rooms and staff ensured we were in a room away from the wedding party). Very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this vast property.

Very pretty setting even though next to 401- beautiful mature trees hide highway - we had a regular room no bath tub -just shower- info sheet did not tell where ice machine was and only one on main floor- included breakfast was very good - lots of choices, delicious pastries - spa did not have registered therapists but we still enjoyed a relaxing couples massage

This beautiful castle that's hidden right off the highway was beyond my expectations!!! The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We spent the day and enjoyed the spa and dining. Food was incredible, and recommend duck and lamb!! It was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was beyond friendly! The only complaint is they were too good at their job 😉

Stayed in one of the fireplace rooms- very nice! Dinner was fantastic. Our server knew we were celebrating our anniversary and brought us complimentary champagne. Spa day the next day, couples massage and pedicures. Highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds and buildings. Would be nice if there was a pool, and if the spa offered RMT massages. The heating/cooling unit in our room was very noisy, as were the sounds of other doors opening and closing. Breakfast was fabulous!

Nice, historic hotel and spa located conveniently. Located close to major highways, access is easy. Hotel was clean, with a daily room service performed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quick to answer any inquiries. Breakfast was included and was exceptional for a hotel buffet. Restaurant onsite was very well ran and food was on point. Price point was higher (almost in the fine dining range), but for a one visit, not a big issue. Small fitness facility on site (typical hotel equipment selection), and use of the steamroom/sauna at the spa is available during spa hours. All said, this was a very good experience, would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness was ok. We were on the second floor. It was pretty good. Other people I know, were on the the first floor. They were complaining a bit about carpeting in their room. A bit of mustiness, a little dampness. Carpeting needs to be updated. Vinyl flooring would be more updated. $267 + dollars is too much money. Have paid less than that in Niagara Falls, cleaner rooms and more updated.

Main building and grounds were nice. Room was so humid the rug was damp through out…bedding too…like having a weighted blanket. All clothes quickly became damp. Average room, bed not terribly comfy. Keep in mind Inn is right beside 401. Service perfunctory. Food average but good. Would not recommend.

The room was damp. All paper products (books we purchased, brochures, etc..) were affected and warped and some ruined by the next morning. Carpet was retained moisture as well - socks were damp after walking across the room. Otherwise, the room was clean, amenities were on point. Service was great. Food was overpriced.

The grounds are incredible. Rooms are clean nd beautiful. The spa is phenomenal. All in all, we loved our visit. The young lady at reception was excellent and breakfast was great.

Gorgeous place, comfortable & clean, and the grounds were so peaceful and pretty. Attended a wedding there and after dancing in the ballroom and walking all over the hotel in my bare feet, they weren’t event dirty. Exceptionally clean and the staff was excellent. Lunch at the restaurant was also excellent.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay. Great bed, great pillows. Only con is the rooms are carpeted and they are old so there is a mild odour ( you get use to it quickly though). I will return for sure.

We love this place! Comfortable room with good mattresses, great shower pressure, soft towels and good sized mini refrigerator. Beautiful grounds and very quiet. The included breakfast is excellent.

I found this place on Expedia because I needed somewhere to stay close to an event in London. Little did I know, I did not expect to stay in Ingersoll, but it turned out to be the best thing that could've happened to me. First off the place and scenery was absolutely beautiful I loved the fields and nature, greenery, the running water fountains and trails. Second the staff were all super friendly and polite and treated me very well from the people who worked the front desk, room service, the cleaners, the kitchen and wait staff, the people at the spa even the landscapers. This place was absolutely one of my favourite places I've ever stayed at and I'd definitely would go there again no questions asked. You guys were amazing you gained one new and happy customer

Beautiful venue. Unfortunately the staff are not of the quality one who’d expect to encounter at a place of this notoriety. It may be a lack of training in some instances, but then the front desk staff was unnecessarily rude when asked about the payment process.

Had an amazing stay from check in to check out. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Fast service and gave us all the information we needed to have a lovely stay. Room was comfortable and nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back again.

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful ambiance. The staff were very nice as well, but we lost water in our room and nobody picked up the phone at the desk so I had to traipse down there. We weren’t able to actually relax and go to bed or even use the washroom while they fixed the issue, and then there was zero acknowledgement of this impacting our stay, or alternative bathroom as an option.

The location is perfect for my business travel. Very pleasant staff at the front desk and restaurant. Dining was very tasty, generous portions but on the high side of pricing. The hotel is an old building and has charm but many of the shared rooms and spaces felt tired. The room itself was clean and spacious. And quiet. Proximity to the highway is convenient but makes it too loud to sit outside and relax .

Nice, historic hotel and spa located conveniently. Located close to major highways, access is easy. Hotel was clean, with a daily room service performed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quick to answer any inquiries. Breakfast was included and was exceptional for a hotel buffet. Restaurant onsite was very well ran and food was on point. Price point was higher (almost in the fine dining range), but for a one visit, not a big issue. Small fitness facility on site (typical hotel equipment selection), and use of the steamroom/sauna at the spa is available during spa hours. All said, this was a very good experience, would definitely stay again.

A very nice Inn and Spa property. Well maintained and staffed. Not very much to do or see nearby, Ingersoll is a pretty but small town with not a lot going on. Spa massage was very nice and relaxing.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Complimentary use of dry sauna and steam bath in the spa area. Wedding and reception/party during our stay and we didn't hear a thing from our room (excellent soundproof rooms and staff ensured we were in a room away from the wedding party). Very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this vast property.

This beautiful castle that's hidden right off the highway was beyond my expectations!!! The staff was beyond friendly and kind. We spent the day and enjoyed the spa and dining. Food was incredible, and recommend duck and lamb!! It was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing, and the staff was beyond friendly! The only complaint is they were too good at their job 😉

Stayed in one of the fireplace rooms- very nice! Dinner was fantastic. Our server knew we were celebrating our anniversary and brought us complimentary champagne. Spa day the next day, couples massage and pedicures. Highly recommend.

The 33 acre estate dates back to the19th century and is beautifully kept, with fountains, statues, gazeboes and adirondak chairs nestled between stunning trees. Would make a lovely event space. Dinner menu looks phenom.

The property is lovely. The hotel room is fine - clean and spacious. Dated, but that does go with the aesthetics of the place. Restaurant attached was mediocre at best. Dingy setting and the food was underwhelming for the price.

While walking on the trail from the hotel it was unclear as to how one would come back to the hotel without walking on the highway. The grounds were beautiful and it was a joy to sit by the pond. Nice quiet getaway.
