We made reservations with Hotels.com around 5pm on June 3. Went to the hotel about 6 pm. They don’t have a computer at the front desk, the clerk had to call her boss to look at his phone for reservations. He said no reservation had been made. I had to pay again with my credit card because it was on of the last rooms available. Now Hotels.com refuses to refund me. The hotel said my reservation came in at 2 am on June 4. Hotel was old and room was a fixer upper. No coffee or breakfast. Never will stay there again.

Though I expressly looked for a “pet-friendly” establishment- the manager seemed *very* uncomfortable with my 25# poodle mix. He charged a $20 fee- not a deposit for my dog. The room was painted mismatched shades of blue. The bathroom door had been smashed, there was a truck up on blocks in the parking lot. The ice machine didn’t work, and the Area was covered in trash. It felt very seedy!

This is an old and not well maintained property. Paint flaking off walls, mildew in bathroom tile caulking and fixtures removed and not replaced. Towels are very thin, small and not very white. Bed was ok but otherwise room was quite unpleasant. Hairs, dead fly, and debris in sink and shower. Room was filled with flies when I arrived. Managed to kill several but still flying around in the morning. This place is inexpensive but scary. Won't stay here again. Looks like rating is inflated with fake reviews as no one in their right mind would give this place a 10.

Had construction workers partying all night in every other room until 5am. Had no electricity when I arrived and the shower curtain fell down as soon as someone attempted to shower because it was held up with hot glue. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was just what I needed... a place to shower and to sleep after long days at a conference. Even though it got down to 29 outside, I never needed the heat on , my room stayed comfortable and warm. It was also sound proof which wa important ne exheat.

First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. I have never experienced bed bugs before and I will NEVER EVER stay there again! I DON’T recommend staying at Regency Inn in El Reno, Ok.

First of all when we first got in the room there was a strong smell of mildew and dried urine on the toilet seat. I called the front desk and they came down and cleaned the toilet seat. Then I couldn’t sleep because I was itching like crazy. I finally fell asleep after the sun came up and had to check out by 11am. When I woke up my left arm was swollen pretty bad. Later that evening I went to the ER to have it checked out and found out I was bitten multiple times all over my body by bed bugs. It was a no frills motel. The room was clean the bed was comfortable . It was an easy stop off the freeway. The room had things that needed to be fixed but id stay again if I was in the area as the price was great.

Worst place I've ever stayed. I took one look and said no way! It is dirty and stinks and the owner was ride and obnoxious. I asked for a refund because he was charging a obnoxious price for my service dog. He refused to give money back even though we didn't stay. Run fast from this databaseit.
