Expedia does not have up to date infon on this property. Pool has been closed for 4 yesrs. Only one piece of equipment in the exercise room. Bed linen was dirty. Disgusting hotel. I will not stay here ever zgain.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. We struggled with a few doors. Entering the building using the door close to our room was a challenge; the key card worked but the door wouldn’t open andwe had to spend a good 3 minutes before we could open it. We used an alternate door the rest of our stay. The door to the pool was also an issue with the hydraulic broken; it closes gradually until it’s halfway closed then slams, so get out of the way before it hits you or knocks your kid out. The key cards were also very old and I had to have them reprogrammed a couple of times because I kept it in my pocket with my phone. Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good.

We booked through Hotels.com and instantly regretted it. When we arrived, the pool was “under maintenance” even though it was still listed as available. The room smelled awful. I asked to cancel, but the staff said only the manager could help, and of course, she was “unavailable.” After Hotels.com called, the staff finally admitted the pool wasn’t working, but the manager still refused to cancel. Staff even said this happens all the time. Dirty, smelly, and dishonest—avoid at all costs. Thanks to hotel.com who took the responsibility and cancelled the booking.

While to room has been updated, the hotel itself is little to be desired. The building is old and is not being taken care of well. The stairwell and hallways smell and the 1 backdoor to the building was broken so always left open. The parking lot around the building was dark and full of potholes. The breakfast was good, but the staff member in charge of the area was not friendly & made me feel bad for being there. Like we were inconveniencing her by having breakfast. This hotel is overcharging for the condition of the building. I would not stay here again

The carpets in the hall were dirty and need to be cleaned. The room was fine, but the door was hard to close and made a loud noise every time we closed it. Our room was near a road and we could hear trucks go by, but not the cars. The access cards to the Inn did not function so we had to use another access which brought further from our room. The access card did not work on the door to the swimming pool. A gentleman already inside let us in. The lady at the desk was advised about the access cards to the building and to the pool. The pool was great and the breakfast was fine.

Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Stay away from this place! The room was dirty and had an overwhelming peppermint smell. Little did I know at the time, that some people think this is a deterrent for bedbugs. If only I had known then, I would’ve hightailed it outta there. Long story short…. I’m COVERED in bites and hoping desperately I didn’t bring any of those critters home. When I called the hotel to complain, I found out, that not only are they aware of the issue, they also don’t care about it! If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I have stayed at other Comfort Inns quite a few times and they are usually very clean. Thumbs down for Cornwall!

Property looks like they are renting it to long stay tenants . If so it should be listed on the site . Despite being close to downtown it is a dark spot . Trees and poor lighting add to the dark atmosphere . Noisy inside and out from guests or tenants ?? There was a motel across the street that was half the price and looked much better . Sadly i will not stay here again

Met our needs for the night. Front desk staff were particularly helpful in adjusting our reservation so that we had a ground floor room - more accessible for us. Come breakfast items were not restocked though there was breakfast time remaining (yoghurt, for example).

The continental Breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs, sausage one day and bacon the next, waffle maker press (make your own) toast, bagels, muffins, apples and oranges, yogurt, coffee, juice all included!

The continental Breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs, sausage one day and bacon the next, waffle maker press (make your own) toast, bagels, muffins, apples and oranges, yogurt, coffee, juice all included!

While to room has been updated, the hotel itself is little to be desired. The building is old and is not being taken care of well. The stairwell and hallways smell and the 1 backdoor to the building was broken so always left open. The parking lot around the building was dark and full of potholes. The breakfast was good, but the staff member in charge of the area was not friendly & made me feel bad for being there. Like we were inconveniencing her by having breakfast. This hotel is overcharging for the condition of the building. I would not stay here again

Breakfast terrible no juice no milk for coffee went in and wasn’t cleaned from night before no cereal only the cereal on counter and a mess from the day before water machine didn’t even work no utilities even eggs and sausages awful barely anything and I went first thing at 7am

Front desk was very nice, pool was great, had it all to myself. Room was average, bed was a bit hard. Dirty towel behind the bathroom door. Someone with a key card tried to get in several times after 10pm, management was looking into it. Other than the stranger trying to get into the room, it was a regular motel stay. Breakfast was adequate and all we needed to get back on the road.

Absolute horrible hotel. The rooms smell bad, the heat did not work. They had to give us 3 rooms until we got one that did not smell as bad. Breakfast was average but did not make up for the awful rooms. No soundproofing whatsoever, you hear everything. The carpets were so dirty that my white socks were filthy from walking around the room! This should be listed as a 2 star budget hotel. The price was outrageous for what you got. First Canada Inn across the road is a better choice for almost half the price!
