We had a lovely one-night stay before our flight to St John’s. It was quiet, super clean, spacious, and great amenities. The Cannery was really convenient and the food delicious. Staff are awesome and I liked that they had the airport departures and arrivals times listed. Also like the airport shuttle. Will stay here again.

A few negatives before the positives. No “do not disturb” cards for the door. Housekeeping gave me one when I asked but it disappeared the first night. Probably another guest was missing one and they took mine off the door.. Reading lights by the bed weren’t working. Half the shows listed on the tv guide page didn’t match what was actually on. Shower/ bathtub valve was shot in my room. Very frigidity to set the shower temperature….Either too hot or too cold. Also I was on the 4th floor and literally had to run gallons and gallons of water down the drain before it got hot. The water heater must be in the basement?. What a waste of water. The hotel restaurant closes at 9 pm and bar finishes at 10 pm…even on weekends. Nothing else close around the hotel area so that was not ideal. Positives: the room overall was nice. Elevators were quick. Tons of free parking and well lit parking lot. A very Convenient location for air travel. HVAC system in the room worked perfectly. They had a pay washer and dryer if needed which could come in handy. They had a canteen at the front desk for food to purchase. There is no complimentary breakfast included but they had complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Staff was helpful enough. My room was $371/night +tax so it wasn’t a low budget stay. I would encourage management to have maintenance regularly run checks on lights and taps (and other potential items that break) so people like me don’t leave a review like this.

Die Zimmer waren schön und grosszügig von der Grösse her. Das Frühstück war ok. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass ich anstatt scrambled eggs eine omelette hätte bestellen können. Dies wäre nur gegen Aufpreis möglich gewesen.
