Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga

Check-in was not smooth. I was actually booked into a room that was already occupied! So I walked in on a man in the washroom. Embarrassing. I have never had that happen before. No idea how the front desk managed to do that. Whatever “the Marriott scent” is … ugh. It’s nauseating. I had to hold my breath every time I walked through the lobby. Thank goodness it was only in the lobby otherwise I would not have been able to stay.

The hotel was falling apart and very dirty. The pool area had green milder puddles and you could see the dirt on the carpets even in the hallways. The bathrooms were falling apart. The vents hanging off the ceiling. Gunk in the wall. The staff were beyond lovely and friendly. But over all, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

Overnight connection lay over. Clean room and prompt shuttle. Staff were nice. Did not use restaurant or have breakfast

Room was very clean as was bathroom and the bed was so comfortable!!! Staff were amazing!! Great stay and will be back

Stayed for a cheer competition. Great room free parking. Paid for breakfast and it was worth it great variety and food was fresh. Also stayed for dinner. Some menu items were lacking but over all was good. Would recommend staying here.
