Homewood Suites Hilton was a clean, family, and pet friendly hotel. The front desk and staff were friendly and efficient. The complimentary hot breakfast had several options and was delicious. The fitness center was small but had enough equipment for a good workout. I used the treadmill and stationary bike. There was a small indoor pool but I did not use the pool. The suite was clean and well maintained. Complimentary in room coffee was excellent. The maid visits every other day. Extra items were obtained from the front desk - extra coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The hotel surrounds several restaurants, a Cineplex movie theater, and a gym. It is within walking distance to public transportation. On site parking is plentiful. The grounds were under going renovations in certain areas.

We stayed one night during a longer road trip. The hotel was a bit outdated, like it had been super luxurious 20 years ago, but it wasn’t too run down and felt overall clean and fresh. We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub, and the kids absolutely loved the tub! The room was clean and in decent shape. We couldn’t find any prices for the mini bar items which was a bummer, we didn’t want to blindly purchase something but we would have enjoyed a cold drink. The pool was kind if disappointing, we did enjoy our swim there and the pool noodles were a great bonus! However, it was really dirty, black long and short hairs all over the floor around the pool and also in the pool. The pool water was foggy. The breakfast was a real treat!! Fresh with a lot of options, even healthier ones like chia pudding, overnight oats, and fresh cut fruits and berries. We really enjoyed it!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel breakfast had a good array of options including chia pudding. The breakfast was a step above most hotel breakfasts. Free parking and free breakfast a plus, but no airport shuttle. (You can’t have everything.) Staff were friendly. Lots of nearby restaurants. Took an UBER to the Airport to catch the UP Express into the city. Much better than driving.

I like staying in Homewood Suites but this particular one was a bit disappointing as there were flies (both dead and alive) in the room. There were also insects in the jacuzzi. It was not pleasant killing flies on a regular.

I saw five cockroaches in my room and even got photos of two cockroaches. They were crawling out of the sink, in the closet, in the bathroom. Not an appropriate place to stay overnight.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. There were centipedes in the room, which made us very uncomfortable. We also noticed yellow stains on the mattress, and the surface areas were visibly dirty. The hallways were extremely stuffy with poor ventilation, which added to the overall discomfort of the stay. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and comfort from a Hilton-branded hotel. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.

Staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. Everything worked out very well. A special shout out to the night manager - wish I could remember his name, but he was extremely helpful. We would not have anywhere to stay had it not been for him.

The check in process was terrible. Made to stay for hours without the front desk staff Carolyn did not make a diligent effort to help. Although we arrived early, but was made to stay The staff was not diligent enough to even check the room to see what they had available and to make sure the room was made ready. She kept us waiting for many hours without even coming to us. Initially, she said people were going to be checking out and took 3 hours to clean ONLY one room. It was when her colleague came for her shift that she diligently came to explain to us that there was an issue, and that they were actually sold out on the room type we wanted. It was very embarrassing to even imagine that rooms were double-booked. I thought the staff that was there when we arrived was a bit unprofessional. Even her colleague said “She was not diligent enough to even review the rooms and ask for the right one to be cleaned.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel breakfast had a good array of options including chia pudding. The breakfast was a step above most hotel breakfasts. Free parking and free breakfast a plus, but no airport shuttle. (You can’t have everything.) Staff were friendly. Lots of nearby restaurants. Took an UBER to the Airport to catch the UP Express into the city. Much better than driving.

It’s a serene and comfortable accommodation. Location is within 15 mins drive to Toronto Pearson and it’s all a great place. Love it

This property was in a safe neighborhood with many eateries across the road and a movie theatre. Easy Parking and a convenient location just off the 401. My son and his family had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was great for the 6 of us.

Good, but the Breakfast workers where a bit rude. They ignored my kids when they asked about refilling the pancakes mix. Worker brushed us off.

Breakfast was phenomenal -great options, including overnight, oats, and Chia seed pudding! I would expect that at a higher end hotel, and really appreciated it! Definitely would rate this a 10/10 day and would stay here again!

I stayed three nights at Homewood Suites Hilton; I never desired better; the property is a clean, easy walk to dining areas. Breakfast is optional even though I don't eat eggs. Other choices were there to choose from. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Big up the staff Especially the F&B TEAM. Big up to ALMA!! She's just a darling; she makes one of the best yogurt parfaits, and her smile just warmth your morning. Will be back soon.

We stayed one night during a longer road trip. The hotel was a bit outdated, like it had been super luxurious 20 years ago, but it wasn’t too run down and felt overall clean and fresh. We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub, and the kids absolutely loved the tub! The room was clean and in decent shape. We couldn’t find any prices for the mini bar items which was a bummer, we didn’t want to blindly purchase something but we would have enjoyed a cold drink. The pool was kind if disappointing, we did enjoy our swim there and the pool noodles were a great bonus! However, it was really dirty, black long and short hairs all over the floor around the pool and also in the pool. The pool water was foggy. The breakfast was a real treat!! Fresh with a lot of options, even healthier ones like chia pudding, overnight oats, and fresh cut fruits and berries. We really enjoyed it!

It was good but I wasn't happy with the room type. Usually a 2 bedroom at a homewood suites had 4 beds. There were 4 of us and 3 rooms. Had to go beyond our budget and get another room.

Rooms were great. Walked in and felt like a homey feeling. Having a little kitchen with a working stove, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plus utensils were provided such as plates, cups, forks/spoons/knives, cooking utensils as well as a cutting board. Pots and pans are included for cooking. The breakfast had a nice selection and staff were nice. The gym is more of cardio stuff and maybe some free weights but nothing more than that. The pool was small but was nice to swim in especially when you are the only one. The courtyard was nicely layered with patio sets, barbecue and it was pretty cool to see there was a basketball court. There was quite a bit of amenities around where you can walk or don't have to drive far and traffic was not busy. It felt nice being in an area that was more quiet and not chaotic 24/7.

The only thing preventing a 5-star review is the quality the pillows. These pillows were like sleeping on cotton candy. As soon as your head hit them, they melted. Stacking multiple pillows didn't help. I leave with a neck ache and deprived of decent sleep.
