A small black coffee $5.65. I would think that at the minimum, this hotel would have a free coffee for the guests. There is a Tim's down the road.

Nice area connected to the lobby for sitting, visiting, meeting. Also included a nice outside area with fire pit area. To sit in the evening.

The property was clean and updated. The customer service was below average. NOTE: The HOT TUB as of March 1, 2024, was not working, apparently, they are waiting for a part. This is a common excuse at many hotels that do not want the extra costs. This information is not listed on their website, and I would have not booked if I knew this prior to booking. I really enjoyed having a balcony. Only downside was availability to food & snacks as the dining facilities at the hotel are very limited hours & choices but having said that this would be a big issue in the winter but during good weather there is lots of choice within walking distance or of course food delivery services

There is only one microwave in the hotel and located on the lobby. They are very strict in the breakfast, giving you a stub only for 2 adults and kids per room there is additional payment for add on’s person if they want a breakfast.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The shower had some hairs in it but overall the room appeared reasonably clean. The air was dusty and gave us scratchy throats. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants within a few mint. It’s easy to get to Toronto.

Overall, it was a good stay, the location was convenient and the staff were accommodating. However, the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We even found a sock under the bed, which was a bit off. Aside from that, the service and amenities were okay.

The television in the room did not work, I requested to have someone fix it, which was done the following morning, the problem reoccurred again and I requested assistance again, but it never happened. When i checked in there was one attendent under training was helping us, but there was another person helping him was very rude and unprofessional, he shouldnt be in the service industry. When i was booking room, hotels.com gave me option to book so i book King bedroom but i was given accessible room without even asking me. When came back to ask them about it the the guy who was helping the attendent was very rude to us and told me with very harsh voice that, that is the King room thats why he gave us. But when i was booking i decided i dont want to stay in accessible room and that is why i booked accessible room. I will never stay here again, very unprofessional staff

When we first arrived for check-in, we had booked two rooms. Check-in was at 3 PM and we arrived at 6:30pm and one of the rooms was not ready till 1 hour after check in. One of the toilets were clogged and when we asked to get it fixed, it took them an entire day to even come to our room. Seeing this experience, we wanted to check out early and the front desk was being difficult. Since we booked through Expedia Expedia tried to reach out to the manager multiple times And they still didn’t bothered to respond back. We ended up checking out early and have still not received a refund as promised. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and inviting to relax. For the bathroom, Toilet flush was on the weak side which was expressed to front desk, and shower pressure was very good. The bathroom wall around sink needed some cleaning as there was splatter marks from previous guests. My stay included breakfast, service was good, while the eggs/meat/toast/taters breakfast i had could have been better due to over cooked taters. The breakfast burrito my wife had was very good.

The hotel was okay overall but definitely had a few issues. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was good, and the location around the property was convenient with easy parking and walkable options nearby. I also liked that the area felt safe and had some decent dining and shopping choices around. The biggest downside was the breakfast. It was one of the worst parts of the stay. You have to order your breakfast at a small little cafe. Also they have no coffee available in the lobby. Who doesn't have coffee in the lobby? The property condition itself was decent, but the overall experience could be much better with improved service and a proper breakfast offering.

My room was updated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. During my visit Aug2025 there was no breakfast offered. The lounge had a coffee bar with items to purchase. A small black coffee $5.65. I would think that at the minimum, this hotel would have a free coffee for the guests. There is a Tim's down the road.

This is a nice property with a good airport location. Nice room. The food options are not great if you plan to eat dinner there. They have a small offering with one person taking the orders (at the bar) and making the food, therefore it was a slow process.

Great stay for the price point. Had business in Toronto and it was about 20 min. to get where I needed to go. Restaurants are close and the in-house Bistro gets it done if you're in a rush. Staff was very accommodating with every question. Recommended.

The hotel was fine, bed was super comfortable. The on-site restaurant was closed which is the primary reason I chose this hotel because I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before leaving. There was no indication it was closed until I arrived at the hotel.

I really enjoyed having a balcony. Only downside was availability to food & snacks as the dining facilities at the hotel are very limited hours & choices but having said that this would be a big issue in the winter but during good weather there is lots of choice within walking distance or of course food delivery services

They gave us a handicap room . Closet door was locked. Couldn't access . Had to have front desk come in. Room was okay. The food and service was not good. Since we were paying for breakfast thought it would be a 5 star . Overpriced and not good quality. The front desk woman was extremely nice though.

There is only one microwave in the hotel and located on the lobby. They are very strict in the breakfast, giving you a stub only for 2 adults and kids per room there is additional payment for add on’s person if they want a breakfast.

Staff was incredibly friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping. We had a small issue where the carpet was wet by the AC unit. They sent up maintenance right away and had them put a blower on the area while we were out. Very clean and well kept
