Room was great however, its not a very accessible hotel.the 1 wheelchair friendly entrace is on the far side of the building from the parking area. A lot of things were out of order during our stay as well, such as 2 of the 3 elevators, the hot tub and steam room

The hall leading up to the room, including the room itself had some kind of odor. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close properly. You had to put your weight against it as it was too tight to close. The beds were okay. The internet connection was poor at first but improved within the night. Overall, the stay was ok but it wouldn’t be in my top choices when I plan to stay overnight in Moncton again.

Room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap, shampoo etc.. was highly scented and I have an allergy to scents. I had to use my own shampoo as soap. Thankful I had my own. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful when I was having issues logging into the free Wifi.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would have given the hotel a 5 star however the air conditioner was an issue. It would blow ( extremely fast on low fan) out really cold air ( for a short time) and then shut off. Then it would get stifling hot before it would go through the same process. Overnight, it never came on at all. This is my second time staying at the hotel and the air conditioner did the same thing. Other then the above, the hotel was clean, beds were comfy, staff were amazing and the hotel is nice and close to the Avenir Center.

Honestly, I feel like we got put in an awful room because I got a deal? It had a tiny window… I mean tiny in the corner and was soooo dark. Felt like a basement. The hotel is nice, renovated. I think I would just have enjoyed my 40th birthday better with a nicer room.

The location, cleanliness, and services at this property were simply perfect! But what makes this place extraordinary is the exceptional staff. I lost/left behind some personal items. And I cannot thank Andrew, in housekeeping, enough for all the trouble he went to to help me find and arrange retrieving my items. And he did so with amazing patience, professionalism, and kindness. Top notch!! No doubt about it this is where I’m staying next time in New Brunswick. 👍

Staff were very accommodating. We chose to upgrade there was a small delay in getting checked in. We were given our original room in the meantime to relax while we waited for approx 15 to 20 min. The desk staff brought us our new key so we didnt need to return to the lobby. Friendly and pleasant service provided.

Stayed two separate nights, took staff both times very long to check in. Check in line was around the lobby. Room was freezing end of long hall it was a bit creepy as a single female walking to and from. As I went to get in the shower realized there were no towels just face clothes in the room.

Location is great. Hotel is very clean. The restaurant is good and for a hotel buffet style breakfast not bad. Upon checking in I asked if i could pay for the room then. The hostess said you will pay tomorrow upon checkout. The next day at check out I went to pay with my debit card. Only then was I informed she had charged my credit card the day prior for the full amount. She did process the return but it would take several days for the charge to be refunded. It was the same hostess both times. There was also a man agressively screaming in the hotel where the rooms are not long after check in time. We didnt hear it again so assumimg it was appropriately dealt with.

Very noisy motorcycles and cars burning their tires outside until 2 am. Kids crying inside and yapping in the corridors early in the morning. Som people we met got their bicycles stolen in the parking lot. Not a great area to be in on a Saturday night.

Nice hotel, there were a bunch of kid sports teams staying there and a wedding happening as well so it was super busy, I couldn’t find a place to park but I managed to find street parking fairly close. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great stay. Our room was very clean! At first parking was an issue. But when I asked at the front desk about other options, I was given a ticket that let me in and out of the pay parking lot without having to pay. We ate in the hotel dining room, the food was excellent. It was a bit slow as there were so many folks there trying to get to the show across the street - but it all worked out. Nice casual dining experience.

We were there for a concert, but lots to see and do in the neighbourhood! Great choices for dinning or a social drink with friends. The room had far more than we needed, but was lovely. Great spot with great amenities! Everything you’ll need for a short stay, breakfast buffet at Baton Rouge was phenomenal & great price:)

The hotel building is old. Refurbishments have been made but AC is old, bath is old. The room was large but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaky. Breakfast was not included. The first morning it was great. Great service and the buffet was well stocked and tidy. The second morning the buffet was messy and not restocked. We were surrounded by 9 uncleared tables the hour that we were there. It wasn’t classy and what you would expect from a hotel with free breakfast. I asked for a refund of the breakfast on the second day. They wouldn’t not refund the 2 prepaid breakfasts but did refund the extra breakfast I had to buy for my child. The pool and steamroom was clean and in good condition. It would be better if they cleaned it between 11-3 as we arrived to swim at 9:45am before we checked out and they were cleaning the pool. The reception was friendly and professional. It’s was overall overpriced for a tired hotel that was probably high spec 20 years ago. If you are going to charge $20 for breakfast it has to be good everyday. Clearing tables and refilling food is a job any member of staff within the hotel could do, so there is no excuse for this.

The service we received at the front desk was wonderful! All of the staff were great! The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would come back again. The food and service in the restaurant for evening di ing was excellent. The breakfast was great for service but the eggs were bland and the bacon and sausage were very greasy and did not taste good. The biscuits were too salty and there was no jam for the toast. The coffee was not very hot. But we did get fresh coffee and jam when we asked for it.

The hotel was excellent. However, because they are presently renovating the dining room we had limited options for breakfast. But they did their best.

The Crowne's location is good. Baton Rouge disappointed us. We have been to others & was much better. This disappointment was the shrivelled up baked potatoe.

This is a great hotel convenient for the centre of Moncton and with its own car parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My only ‘complaint’ is that there was not public/guest lounge where you can sit and read or meet up. That has to be done in the bar/restaurant where one feels pressured to buy a drink or meal.

When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked with a King bed was in an area of renovation . We were moved to a room with a queen bed and a pull out couch Not a good start When we booked we booked for a full free breakfast and we were informed they don’t do that It also cost to park in a hotel parking lot that you are paying for room at .Because of the room problem they waived the parking fee I like a good cup of coffee in the morning and every hotel had a complimentary coffee bar this one cost $3.50 a cup .No thanks I used the one in the room All in all not an enjoyable stay

La chambre était très bien. Hôtel bien situé! Nous avons aimé souper au resto de l'hôtel Bâton Rouge. Bon choix de nourriture. Le seul bémol est que le personnel à l'accueil ne parlait pas français.
