We really wanted a ski in-ski out accommodation so the Residence Inn was perfect, we were only a short walk from the hotel's ski locker room to the Cabriolet gondola to get up to the main lifts and we were able to ski down the path right back to the entrance to the parking garage and ski locker room. One thing that was no so great was the space for parking, we drive a full size truck and it was almost impossible to get in and out of the small parking spots, there was construction going on and we actually had to open a gate to make room to back out of our spot, other than that everything was great!

There seems to be no sound isolation, every room door opening and closing what seems to be in the entire hotel was very loudly heard in the room. People walking upstairs sounded like an elephant party, I’ve never experienced something like this before. Breakfast was meh. The pool looks much bigger in photos, it’s super small. Positives, the location is good. Service is friendly.

Our family stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn Mont Tremblant for 5 nights. The location was good-with easy access to the village and skiing. Unfortunately the hotel was very sub par in terms of the rooms, access to food and the breakfast provided was very poor. The rooms were old, with limited linens and somewhat dirty. There was no on-site way to get food and the breakfast provided was well below standards (fake eggs and bacon, same each day, little fruit). The cost of the hotel per night was extremely high-over $1000/night and the accommodations were less than a 2 star hotel. We were exceptionally disappointed by a Marriott hotel despite the price but due to the high cost expected much more.

Bathroom fan noisy and hardly doing its job. Bathroom wall behind toilet disintegrating. Shower faucet handle fills like it going to fall off when turning it. Positives. Highlights included ski-in and short walk to gondola, breakfast included, hot tub after a day of skiing and kitchen in suite was perfect to make lunch, plus a fireplace in the room. And Dominic was amazing. I called her about sheets for the sofa bed and she was at our room in 5 minutes to take care of everything and made a great recommendation for dinner!

I had a delightful stay. From check-in to breakfast and cleaning, everything was handled efficiently. The staff promptly checked on our towels and was incredibly proactive when our TV almost fell from the ceiling. While some parts of the hotel showed signs of wear, it was overall well-maintained, and the dedicated staff ensured a pleasant experience. Additionally, the natural beauty and convenience of Mont-Tremblant, coupled with the complimentary gondola ride, made it an outstanding experience.

Overall excellent. Hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Even helped me with a minor car issue! Room was relatively small but very functional. Too bad the breakfast items were the same each morning.

Spacious suite right beside the pool! The room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was included but could have had better variety throughout the week. Located right inside MT village so was super convenient to get out and about. The pool was wonderful and maintained daily with lifeguards. We had a great stay!

Recent visit to Mont Tremblant was very happy with location being central in the pedestrian village. Staff were super friendly and bilingual. Place was clean although with high amount of visitors slightly worn down. Our room had two queen beds and was spacious with a fridge and sink and small table for eating. Only disadvantage was bathroom super tiny for Marriot standards. Breakfast area has large indoor and outdoor seating. Food was ok. We arrived during the IronMan tournament which we didn’t know and wished the hotel notified us that roads were closed. Parking is a bit tiny if you have a large vehicle you will have some difficulty parking. Parking is extra but everyone charges in the area. Room sizes are great and if you choose one bedroom or two bedrooms they are even better. Staff are friendly and cleaning was efficient. I wish the hotel would offer discounts on attractions in the area for booking with them. Overall very happy with the stay.

Personnel très serviable, à l'écoute et souriant! Par contre, regret concernant notre chambre en rez de jardin sans accès extérieur avec une fenêtre dont l'ouverture était très limitée donc pas possible d'aérer. Chambre pas très propre.

One elevator was out of service leading us to constantly take the stairs because it was faster. The breakfast was quite disappointing, too many people, too hard to get food and what food we did get was not good quality. If the breakfast here is a selling point for you to stay here, it shouldn't be. Location was very convenient, being in the village, and having the in room kitchen was also very nice. If you're more than 4 people or you plan on doing more than just heating up food, consider bringing your own plates and prep equipment like knives, mixing bowls, etc - the kitchen equipment was very minimal.
