Outside was old but OK. Phone in room didn't work; toilet paper and kleenex must have been purchased at Home Depot abrasives department. Really poor quality. Pool & sauna were out of order.

A nice, basic hotel, with dog-friendly rooms and a pool. Great service when we asked for a room change. Nice, shallow indoor pool. Charged our electric car. Couldn't ask for more at that price point! Would book again!

Although this hotel was farther away from our event, we booked it because it had a pool available. When we checked in, we asked about pool hours and were told the pool had been closed for over 2 months. The front desk staff did offer us breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, but we did not have time for breakfast before hitting the road. They should update travel sites if the amenities are not available. The hotel was older and in need of a few upgrades (carpets for example). Overall the stay was ok for one night.

Previously was our go-to property. No more. We checked in for two nights and were at the hotel for about an hour before we found excessive dirty and unsanitary conditions. Caked/Clogged AC Filter, mystery stains on pillows, hairs on the bed, sticky drink rings on surfaces, mystery splatter on wall, dirty dishes, spiders and plenty of webs. The front staff was friendly and came to take pictures to report, and offered another room. The second room was… only slightly better, still had garbage on floor, clogged AC Filter, spiders and webs, etc. As such, especially with a cancer patient immune system, we left and booked elsewhere. As of this review two weeks after, still fighting for refund. We properly informed the staff we were refusing the stay and they assured us manager would authorize a refund and review issues with housekeeping, have heard nothing back and so far can’t get a response or approval from hotel manager.

My room smelled like wet dog for the whole stay (5 nights), even with the window left open. There were used towels and a bikini left over in the bathroom from the previous guest. The underside of the toilet seat had urine stains. The sink had what looked like dog hair in it. The air conditioner was loud. The breakfast was poor. The front desk staff were great, as was the bed. Very comfortable.

A quick overnight at this BW...an older hotel, but the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the parking generous in the lot. Handy that there's a Kelsey's right across the street to walk to for a good meal. Nice touches--the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in squeeze containers mounted on the shower wall (with easy to read labels, for those without their glasses)...good sized bath towels...a makeup towel, so regular white towels don't get stained with makeup removal. A few little things that make a big difference in your impression. Improvements--the walls are thin (older hotel, after all)...a free breakfast buffet would have been nice...a repairman had left behind a tool, obviously having tried to fix the toilet that wasn't completely fixed (you needed to hold down the handle to completely flush)...but at least they were working on it!

The service was great. Very friendly. No issues there’s. The room was just very very outdated. I woke up to the person in the next room snoring. The tub was clogged. The was zero view, it’s in a very industrialized area.

After entering our room with the manager and cleaners in the hallway who offered to assist with luggage, after about 15 minutes a worker entered our room having just seen us enter a few minutes previously and then the manager was trying to open our door after seeing us enter and also right outside our door when the worker entered. There was a pile of dirty sheets on the floor when we entered our room also that we had to get removed. Breakfast was less than continental with very few choices. Depite raising these issues upon check out, no offer of any kind of discount was made either.

We came to Orillia to snowmobile as they have snow :) The hotel was perfect for us!! It's right on the OFSC trails, nice big parking lot at back to park trailer, load machines etc. Our room faced the parking lot and we literally were able to park machines right outside our window. Restaurants within walking distance and gas station a couple minutes down trail. Also, added bonus, trails were beautifully groomed there. We had a great time and definitely would choose this hotel to sled out of.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. That was a nice surprise. Rooms were very clean, spacious and stocked. Very close to attractions and shopping amd dining . Shout out to connor at the deont desk and emily . Would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. It's 4stars because they kept running out of things (shampoo, breakfast, coffee cream...) and the key stopped working before checkout while we at breakfast. The people were kind and it was quiet.

The hotel is unfortunately dated, and needs an upgrade (painting over aluminum doors is not an upgrade) The grounds are nice. The only issue I have is the restaurant situation - overpriced, and it is not open on Sunday or Monday for lunch, dinner, or drinks. As a Best Westerrn "Plus" I would think that a breafast is included, even if the restaurant is a separate entity the owner should comp the breakfast buffet, as it really isn\'t something to write home about.

After entering our room with the manager and cleaners in the hallway who offered to assist with luggage, after about 15 minutes a worker entered our room having just seen us enter a few minutes previously and then the manager was trying to open our door after seeing us enter and also right outside our door when the worker entered. There was a pile of dirty sheets on the floor when we entered our room also that we had to get removed. Breakfast was less than continental with very few choices. Depite raising these issues upon check out, no offer of any kind of discount was made either.

The building could use some updating, unfortunately we stayed here while the restaurant was under renovation so the morning breakfast was quite limited. Aside from that the beds were comfy, and staff were friendly, and helpful.

My 2 teenage boys and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is huge. Nice table to sit at to eat in the room. Everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool is shallow but my 1 son still enjoyed it. Breakfast was great. Great selection. The batter for the waffles should be a little thinner but they were still really good. Overall great stay. There was also a liquidation sale in the hotel and we managed to find some great items at a lower price.

Rooms filled with cobwebs. Spiders hanging in the middle of the hallway. The room key cards don't work; every time you return, you have to get new ones from reception because no one goes to the room and gives them to you. The fire alarm went off for no reason at 3 a.m., and the manager isn't trained to fix the problem.
