Very nice property on the lake. Small private beach with food and drink service was nice. Restaurants and bars on site were nice too. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Penticton. Room was clean and comfortable and we had a small patio with a view of the lake. Enjoyed our stay there and we will go back.

I've stayed here several times. Excellent location. Stayed in the older side this time. The bar was a bit noisy, but I did sleep with the sliding door open. Wasn't prepared for the $21 parking fee. I'm sure it was there in the past, but I don't remember. The girl at reception was amazing, I should have gotten her name. She needs a raise:)

The hotel is dated and the rooms aren't cleaned properly. The balconies are disgustingly filthy. Bathroom floor was dirty. Beds are comfortable thought. Staff at front desk are not kind I called ahead to make sure that although I had two bookings. I wouldn't have to switch rooms. Getting ready to golf and sure enough I get a knock and a call saying I need to check out and had to wait until four pm to get a room. The bell staff were kind and super friendly. Friend desk staff very poor customer service with attitude

No hot water, beds felt like RV mattresses, incredibly loud, TV’s barely worked and you couldn’t search channels, hallways smelled like vomit, the carpets throughout the resort and room were disgustingly dirty. When I brought this up to the front desk, they couldn’t care less. This is our second time at this resort this year and we’ve been staying regularly for years. Last month wasn’t great but better than this experience. Doubtful that we’ll go back.

Really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish! The staff were very welcoming and helpful getting us set up for our weekend stay. We were wowed by the room in the new wing of the hotel! Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Lots of space and a great balcony with a view of the lake to boot. The rooms were quiet, couldnt hear a sound unless we had the balcony door open to hear the birds. The bed and amenities in the room were great! Very comfortable and easy to use. Parking was easy to find although we were not advised that it was paid parking at the beginnjng of the stay only to find out it was $20/night extra on top of room charges. The restaurants were great! Lots of options at the hotel and down the street from the hotel! Never had a bad meal and the service was lovely. We didnt get to explore the hotel as much as we would have liked but we would definitely stay here again given the opportunity! Highly recommend this hotel!

The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and the furniture, fixtures and bathroom were old and dingy. You have to contact the front desk to control the air conditioner - which was weird. Enjoyed our stay because we sat on the balcony overlooking the lake and were able to walk to restaurants and the market.

We like the new wing more than the main building, much more comfortable beds, nice balcony and fireplace, great shower. Only thing we didn't like is that if you turn the light on in the bathroom during the middle of the night is it shines through the glass into the bedroom and wakes the other person up.

We chose a suite over looking the lake....huge relaxing space.seperate bedroom huge dahroom and shower and very big sitting space with fire place and large outdoor deck over looking the lake and property....rm 665 i think worth a stay for sure..be back soon

Definitely an older hotel. The carpets are older and the bathroom could use an updating. The lake view is amazing. A screen would be nice so door could be kept open to enjoy the breeze and waves. The beds were comfortable

The room was clean and the front desk agent was excellent, however we were in the main building (we usually stay in the new wing) and in the main building the bed and pillows were awful. The lakefront rooms are nice, but beware of noise from the Barking Parrot if people are outdoors.

Room 326 was directly above the bar which had loud music playing until 2 am. We were moved to another room which was quiet other than outside extractor fans switching on and off 24/7. It was impossible to control the heat and air in both rooms.

Everything was absolutely wonderful...Except at check in. The girl who checked us in upon our arrival was Extremely rude! She pretty much made us feel like we didn't belong there. She was terrible! We should've let management know right away. All other staff were Excellent!

Overall the stay was comfortable. The carpets and fixtures need updating but was clean. The front desk staff lacked personality and was not clear about surcharges. When asked to clarify they were able to explain the additional costs but they weren’t explained before us asking. The adjoining restaurant staff were great.

I enjoyed the area and being on the lake. Beautiful views. Staff were a little unfriendly, especially at the frint desk. Saphire at the front desk was very nice though. But the kitchens in the restaurant and pub said they couldn't safely accomodate my food allergies. The breakfast restaurant did accomodate and the chef said they would make sure to keep it safe for me.

Hands down the best place to stay in penticton. Staff went above and beyond to help my parents after my father had to be hospitalized shortly after arriving. They accomodated them with a wonderful accessible room as he recovered.

The property is right on the lake and we had a room with a beautiful view. The have a restaurant for breakfast, a pub and a fancier restaurant as well. There is lots of room for parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We liked the extra security features for the building. The room was amazing and the view great. We liked the choice of 2 vegetarian options for dinner but It would have been great if there was at least one vegan/plant based option for dinner such as a veggie based bowl with tofu. Delicious meal nontheless. The bathroom was incredible with huge shower with choice of heads.

Very nice, Buffalohead for breakfast was amazing, good food and fast. Just wish they would have been open for lunch or dinner cause Barking Parrot was horrible. But the hotel itself was really great!

Great location! We stayed over a long weekend with our little dog for 2 nights. From check-in to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. This hotel is on the older side but the property and it's ammenities are well taken care of. Staff throughout the property were very friendly. The location is within walking distance to many of the city's attractions like the beach, retaurants and shops. Highly reccommend.

Amazing place ! Great location ! Amazing staff ! All around a wonderful place. I’ve been coming for summer vacations here for over 10yrs and truly love it there, but… it’s time to do some Reno’s in the rooms guys. Rooms are a little dated and it’s time to spruce it all up. That’s the only thing it lacks. Other than that amazing ! Thank you !
