Abercorn Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The location to the Vancouver Airport was good plus the airport transfer was great and the included buffet was good. Would stay there again, the person on the phone when we called for the shuttle was rude and not knowledgeable on where to wait. She gave us the wrong place to wait so we missed the morning last shuttle from the airport so had to wait until the afternoon run so we had to wait at the airport for 4 hours. The shuttle back to the airport was great. There isn’t much near except for a 7 eleven and Costco right across the street. if you like a casino there one is within walking distance Summery , The room was basic but a very comfortable bed and pillow and was quite adequate. The buffet breakfast was ok and of course the shuttle made it a nice convent place for an overnight stay. Sign me an Ontarian traveler

The hotel offered us all the amenities that we needed. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location as it is walkable to restaurants and a small shopping mall. Near the airport, with a great shuttle service. I would certainly stay again.

I liked the room with a King bed. The doorway adjoining rooms needs to be soundproofed. Could hear the guests talking next door. My biggest complaint is the carpeting which needs to be cleaned regularly.
