Inchecken ging soepel, medewerker was heel attent. Kamers waren netjes en schoon. Het pand is wat ouder vandaar ook meer geluid door de dunne muren. Verder was het een beetje warm, er stonden voldoende ventilatoren, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Great hotel in itself. Close to town with parking available in front of the propertly. Clean and spacious room. But what was very unsatisfactory was the fact that we checked in at 6pm on a Sunday and the hotel entrance was locked with nobody on-site. There was a note taped to the door with a local number for us to call. As a foreign traveler, calling an international number is already inconvenient, but also no one picked up and we had to leave a message while waiting outside in the cold and rain! It took a while before they finally called back and gave us the instructions to check into our room. The stay itself after we got inside was fine. But it's also unsettling to know that if we needed assistance while at the hotel--there would be no one on-site to help. Would not stay here again.

Personal freundlich. Hotel sauber und die Möbel in gutem Zustand. Leider ist am Anfang etwas mit der Buchung schief gelaufen ☺️☺️Würde aber schnell gelöst so dass alle zufrieden waren . Würde jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen alleine schon wegen der schönen Bar.

夜の空港からバスで手軽に到着することができました。隣の建物はスーパーになっていたので日用品を気軽に買えました。ホテルの部屋は広くはありませんでしたが必要なものが揃えられており、清潔でした。強いて言うなら照明が少なく暗かったです。この価格で便利のよいところに泊まれたことは大変よかったです。

I received no notice that staff wouldn't be on-site during my stay, so I arrived without a working phone in the EU (travel pass not turned on yet) during reception hours, only to find a sign indicating to call a number to check-in. There was nothing open, no phones around and my taxi had already left I would have been completely screwed if someone hadn't come out to smoke and called them for me. If reception hours are going to change or there are none, people should be informed. I choose hotels with reception open when I plan to arrive because I don't want to deal with issues getting in. It was a VERY unpleasant surprise. On the other hand, once I was in, the bed was very comfortable. They obviously keep it clean, but that included getting woken up by vacuuming before 8 am

Very comfortable stay after a long day of sight seeing and a long travel day. Very convenient for great food, lots of great little cafes, Indian, Italian, really you’re spoilt for choice. Very walkable location, but, using public transport to get to Amsterdam was tricky. However, the room was fantastic, easy check in, the desk staff were very helpful (I was arriving very late) so the instructions for check in were simple.

A really nice no-frills room with a comfortable bed. Great for a short term stay or even a week like I did. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful town. Everything is walkable, even a grocery store right across the street from the property.

Não tinha nenhuma informação dizendo que aos domingos não há nenhum funcionário no hotel. Por isso, mesmo meu voo sendo no final da tarde, tive que ir ao aeroporto logo depois do check out (às 11h), pois nao teria onde deixar as malas e muito menos acessar o hotel novamente. Isso foi bem desagradavel.

Não tinha nenhuma informação dizendo que aos domingos não há nenhum funcionário no hotel. Por isso, mesmo meu voo sendo no final da tarde, tive que ir ao aeroporto logo depois do check out (às 11h), pois nao teria onde deixar as malas e muito menos acessar o hotel novamente. Isso foi bem desagradavel.

The hotel is in a really lovely small town, with easy access to Amsterdam or to the great town of Haarlem. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was great.

夜の空港からバスで手軽に到着することができました。隣の建物はスーパーになっていたので日用品を気軽に買えました。ホテルの部屋は広くはありませんでしたが必要なものが揃えられており、清潔でした。強いて言うなら照明が少なく暗かったです。この価格で便利のよいところに泊まれたことは大変よかったです。

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings gute Betten und ein nettes Restaurant.

The hotel is in a really lovely small town, with easy access to Amsterdam or to the great town of Haarlem. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was great.

Very comfortable stay after a long day of sight seeing and a long travel day. Very convenient for great food, lots of great little cafes, Indian, Italian, really you’re spoilt for choice. Very walkable location, but, using public transport to get to Amsterdam was tricky. However, the room was fantastic, easy check in, the desk staff were very helpful (I was arriving very late) so the instructions for check in were simple.

A really nice no-frills room with a comfortable bed. Great for a short term stay or even a week like I did. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful town. Everything is walkable, even a grocery store right across the street from the property.

Das Hotel ist sauber, könnte aber an der einen oder anderen Stelle mal eine Auffrischung vertragen. Das Frühstück ist nur mittelmäßig (z.B. kaltes Frühstücksei, wenig Auswahl etc.).Die Speisen im Restaurant dagegen kann man empfehlen.

Zeer slecht, geen ontbijtservice, tochtige kamer, zeer gedateerde badkamer met lekkende kraan, weinig tot geen andere gasten, na 20:30 al het personeel vertrokken, geen minibar, weinig handdoeken, rommel op de gang

Het was wrg prettig, dat we enthousiast ontvangen werden. Ook het missen van het ontbijt op zondagochtend werd zoveel mogelijk gecompenseerd. Op de kamer werd een waterkoker, servies en bestek gezet, zodat we ons eigen ontbijt konden verzorgen. Personeel erg vriendelijjk. Kaner prima nr 2 Jammer dat in de badkamer geen enkele haak was waar je kleding of handdoeken aan op kon hangen. Kortom een goede bestemming voor bezoek aan Amsterdam. Vooral de rust was heerlijk.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quite nice for the price and quite comfortable. Really liked the town of Aalsmeer in which hotel was located. We were staying there to explore a few days before a boat/bike tour out of Amsterdam. Rented bikes from shop in town and spent one day biking the lake and surrounding area, then spent second biking into Amsterdam

Não tinha nenhuma informação dizendo que aos domingos não há nenhum funcionário no hotel. Por isso, mesmo meu voo sendo no final da tarde, tive que ir ao aeroporto logo depois do check out (às 11h), pois nao teria onde deixar as malas e muito menos acessar o hotel novamente. Isso foi bem desagradavel.
