Delicious breakfast. Great area. Many places to eat and attractions in walking distance. Very comfy bed. Great tv channels. Nice pool. Lobby smelled amazing. Yummy infused water in the lobby. Some tweeks here and there that need adjustment: only 1 elevator working, shower leaks onto bathroom floor, food by the pool is expensive and portions are too small, WiFi inconsistent, computer in business center wasn't working, hidden gift shop (put up a sign!) But everyone is very nice

I had a late check in due to the arrival of my flight and was tired but thanks to the front desk clerk who is very courteous Javan, the check in process was seamless and I felt at home. Hotel had dinning options until late, plus a pool bar to relax. I like the location of this hotel.

It's an older hotel but with very nice tropical decor and a cozy feel. Front desk, dining and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with a bar and nice indoor lounge.

The suite was beautifully decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The outdoor pool was relaxing with good seating options, and the gym was convenient.

Enjoyed my 7 night stay. I was upgraded to an 8th floor room with a large balcony. Though it overlooked the rear carpark, I was able to slide the doors open to meet the rising sun each morning and go out on it and have my early coffee. Wonderful location for Emancipation Park and local restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The property was clean. However, I felt the inclusive breakfast option could have been more varied.however The gym was a key factor for me picking this hotel. There was a shortage of towels and the water dispenser ran empty. This was rectified when mentioned to staff. Additionally, the control buttons on both treadmills were broken so I was unable to operate them and the display on the rowing machine inoperative. I brought this to the attention of reception staff who said it would be looked into. It wasnt during my stay. However, I was given the option to use the Pegasus Hotel gym next door which has older machinery. Ultimately, if these minor issues were resolved I would stay again on my next visit

Dirt carpet in the room Brown water in the bathroom Refrigerator wasn’t working I tried to make a coffee in my room and the mud was dirty with old milk. Low quality food I made a conference room reservation and when I came with my customer, was busy for all day :/. Now I got an infection due the bathroom water quality

The Courtleigh was nice however I noticed sugar ants in my room. I brought this the attention of the front desk and they had someone come to the room and check it out. The young man came took a look and promised to come back. After approximately 20 mins he did not return. I called the front desk again and I explained situation and the young lady said I will look into it. They assigned a new room to me. Also the a/c in the original room did not work.Breakfast was very good.Staff was accommodating. I would return to Courtleigh in the future.

The housekeeping was not great. They give insufficient towels and items you need for the next day after cleaning. No replenishing of supplies after cleaning the room.

Stayed previously as a stop over on arrival into Kingston NMA. Location is fabulous and a reasonable distance from airport. Key amenities are car park, good size rooms, and inc breakfast for our onward journey.

The only thing that was frustrating, was my room was next to the laundry and there were towels etc being tumble dried between 1-2,in the morning. It was not quiet and really frustrating until I turned it off at the plug, which I’m sure would have annoyed someone. The laundry if next to rooms should not be open all the time.

The staff was friendly for the most part. There were some things that I think could have been made easier but overall it was a wonderful experience. Like access to the hotel after hours were was no ome visible to let is in and the gentleman who eventually showed up was a bit rude .

Courtleigh has become my home away from home. The front desk staff are amazing. They are always pleasant. I have to give great recognition to Tatianya for being so pleasant, humble and super professional in her role. She always carry a smile, enough to say, “WELCOME and WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE YOUR STAY MEMORABLE!!” Mrs. Powell and Mr Edward are two amazing leaders, alway on the forefront to welcome back their guests. That’s always super special, because it feels you are back home with family, The bellmen are alway helpful and pleasant. Last but not least, Patrick from the bar is a super star. His interaction with the guest is so awesome, everyone calls him by name. That’s enough to highlight the amazing work and work ethics he has. Overall, I give Courtleigh 9/10 for exceptional service. I wish I could remember everyone names. I want to thank the housekeepers for the amazing job they do.

The front desk staff at the courtleigh is exceptional!. Always smiling and very accommodating. Patrick in the bar has the brightest smile and the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in Jamaica. Looking forward to my next business trip to kingston.

Decided to stay at the Courtliegh for the first time in many years as have been staying at other hotels in New Kingston and thought that I'd try it again. Greeting at reception was not as warm as I expected. Upon entry to the room, I was underwhelmed by the general decor as things seemed a little dated. This was apparent when I was unable to locate a USB point. Spoke to reception who advised that there wasn't one in the room, only for them to be corrected and told that there was one in the phone. This was not obvious as there isn't anything in the room that informs guests of the location. Unfortunately, it was not fit for purpose because after two hours the charge on my phone had only increased by three percentage despite using a faster charging cable. Luckily Craig saved the day by locating a USB charger from reception which he loaned me for the duration of my stay (Craig you were off when I checked out and I handed it back to the reception). Pleasant outside pool, bar and dining area. Breakfast was underwhelming. Limited selection and certainly nothing to write about. Good gym facilities with several pieces of cardio equipment, free weights and machines. Opted for a light snack of yam and marlin bites (can't remember the actual name of the dish) as was going out for dinner, however was extremely disappointed. I'm still waiting to find out whether there was any marlin in the ingredients. Would I return to the Courtliegh? Probably not for the reasons mentioned above.

I visit Courtleigh at least 4 times per year, unfortunately I don’t recall giving a review. I had to this time around since I was forced to extend my stay October 27 because of hurricane Melissa. I’ll start out with the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Miss Powell consistently makes me feel valued and ensured I’m okay. Danelle, Jevon, Shajianna-Kay, were simply awesome as usual. Tatiana was not there throughout the hurricane, but she’s awesome. The doorbell guys, mainly Craig, great. I have to give special recognition to Christine in the restaurant. She always delivers good service, but I have to say during the hurricane she way a cut above the rest. She went all out to help whoever she could and I was well pleased with her service. Joseph, Charmaine, and Ventrece, are also great workers. Donnette, definitely needs some training. She doesn’t quite know how to communicate with her guests. At least that was my experience, and my sister who is a regular there had the same experience. The food is always great, hotel is very clean, and overall it’s my favorite hotel in Kingston. Really love it there Home away from home.

We had a great stay at the Courtleigh, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were great. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel and we will definitely be coming back at some stage in future/

Checking was poor. We arrived late at night yet our room was not ready. We did not get the VIP Check-in experience that we booked via Hotels.com. The room was not the best. We asked for a room that is not near the elevator yet that is what we were assigned. We like the ambiance of the hotel lobby. Customer Service was not as good as our previous stay.

We went to the bar to get some food and drinks. We got the drinks, but after an hour of waiting for the food they came to us and ask what we ordered coz " the food got mixed up". Which we doubt, coz if they actually punched the order then it will be in the ticket. We told the front desk and he tried offering us food or room service but it was already late and im honestly already so dissapointed.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It started rough with a late check in and while I got a room upgrade (which I was unaware of), I had to change rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel offered cable television which was a plus as I do not like to sign in on my apps when I stay at a hotel and many hotels I visit do not offer this. The manager was amazing and really ensured I enjoyed my stay, and the food was really good at the main restaurant. I would have enjoyed my stay even more if the wait time at the restaurant was better. You got seated immediately, but one of the 4 nights it took long to get my dinner and when I received it, the steak was not the temperature anticipated (room temperature as if it was sitting for long). The wait time for the bill was also long, few times up to 20mins. A storm passed through during my stay and the team really tried to make me feel comfortable as I was at the hotel for the full day. However friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and good food.

The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites was perfect. The staff were very friendly and also professional. They make you feel at home and went out of their way to accommodate. We had a wonderful time. The Breakfast chef Nico made to order what we wanted. The Dinner chef as well. The managers Ms. Powell and Ms. Reynolds assured our needs were met. The staff, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Natlie, Ms. Donnett, Ms. Clardene, and all the other Staff in the dinning room, the front desk, house keeping and concierge was amazing. I will definitely return to the Courtleigh very soon. Thank you all far a memorable vacation.

I have been to this hotel several times and I have not had any major issues. I would recommend this hotel to other traveling to Kingston and need somewhere to stay that is walking distance from major restaurants and stores in New Kingston area.

Property is close to the best spots to visit in Kingston. Had a delight when Bob Marley birthday party was just a short walk away at emancipation park. Lots of stars popped in and performed. An amazing free concert.

Delicious breakfast. Great area. Many places to eat and attractions in walking distance. Very comfy bed. Great tv channels. Nice pool. Lobby smelled amazing. Yummy infused water in the lobby. Some tweeks here and there that need adjustment: only 1 elevator working, shower leaks onto bathroom floor, food by the pool is expensive and portions are too small, WiFi inconsistent, computer in business center wasn't working, hidden gift shop (put up a sign!) But everyone is very nice

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtleigh Hotel in Kingston Jamaica. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere; making you feel right at home. The staff were friendly and professional and attended to any needs or requests promptly and efficiently. All areas of the hotel were clean and well kept. We experienced and appreciated daily housekeeping of our room which was always done well. We must give a shout out the chefs. The meals were delicious and well prepared. The morning breakfasts had a great variety which will satisfy every palate. Given the opportunity, we would defiantly return to the Courtleigh on our next visit to Kingston. We have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in Kingston. Traveled as a family of 4 and got a suite. It was a great size and they had a pull out sofa and brought a roll away bed. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of food including traditional Jamaican food, American breakfast and assorted fruits, cheese, cereal etc.

I did not like that on some days the buffet breakfast had only pork/ ham options ( which i dont eat) or that there is a 4USD charge to order room service (this is in addition to service charges and taxes). I initially thought this was the tip to the server delivering the food but was later told that its a hotel charge...i started to tip thereafter. In all my years of traveling i have never had to pay an additional fee to order room service.

I love staying at the Courtleigh Hotel! This was my third stay there. It is a wonderful hotel. The property is clean and the rooms are well kept. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The food is delicious. I love the location. It is walking distance from other food options and the Kingston depot of the Knutsford Express, a bus which will take you to other parishes in Jamaica. I will gladly return to the Courtleigh Hotel my next time in Kingston.

This was my fourth stay at the Courtleigh Hotel, but without doubt my most enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable visit since I last stayed here several years ago. The hotel has benefited from an impressive makeover, creating a fresh, modern, and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the reception area. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I would like to particularly commend the gentleman on duty during the early morning of 14 July for his warm welcome, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. The food and beverage offering has improved significantly. Breakfast now provides a wider variety of choices, and most of the restaurant staff were generally friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, helping to create a pleasant dining experience throughout my stay. My room (805) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Having televisions in both the lounge and bedroom was a nice touch, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare light meals and added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The housekeeping and porter teams deserve special recognition. They were consistently friendly, respectful, and helpful, and are a real credit to the hotel's management and staff culture. One of the hotel's greatest advantages remains its location. Emancipation Park is just a five-minute walk away and provides an excellent setting for leisure, cultural and relaxation. 🇯🇲😃✔️
