It's was okay, not family friendly. Staff was very helpful and pleasant 😊 It's was great walking distance to UAB along the way I saw some of Bham. The good the bad and the homelessness. My experience was purposefully.

Booked a double bed and was given a single non of the towels were clean and half the lights didn’t turn on. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom

The sheets had stains. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked water. They leave the AC off and windows open, so the room was 89° when arriving. Rust everywhere. Outlets were hanging out of the wall. Pictures were deceiving. Carpet and floors not cleaned. Cable television had poor signal.

Old. Rundown. Dirty. Smelly. Dangerous. Our room smelled like urine. Bathroom door would not close. Would never risk my life to stay here again.
