Le Meridien Boston Cambridge

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location is convenient.

Heat was set to 76 F in the room - cleaning staff sitting on the floor in hallway so had to try to move around them with roller bag. Only 1 water glass in bathroom. Wish lightning was better in the bathroom- hard to see to put on make up. Great location but small things could be fixed easily to make hotel better.

I prefer to stay in this hotel when I go to Boston/Cambridge. Can’t go wrong.. ^^;;

Hotel is a nice place in a great location in Cambridge, especially for business travel.

Room was so cold and the heater didn’t work well. Bedding was light which made the cold even worse. Shower was ok and the water didn’t get hot enough and the shower stream was weak. Also not happy that only 2 small creamers were provided for 2 guests. Also had to pay for coffee downstairs. No breakfast provided either. Will not be back due to the value of the cost and limited amenities.
