Had to purchase set of sheets for our stay. The ones were not able to stay on the bed. We didn’t want to risk them. Shower was new but no place to put soap and shampoo.

We checked in, our original room was occupied when we opened the door. Assigned another room. The shower was always cold water and only provided slightly warm water when run along time. It was only hot one time. TV remote did not work most of the time. Only had one towel and one bath mat, had to ask for another Towel. I realize this is not a 4 star Hotel but just the basics were very poor.

The Room was kind of clean but smell really bad, it was a non-smoking and like wet dog or cat and outside worst.

There were some general cleanliness issues with the room which were not a problem, but then I discovered that the sheets of one of the queen beds was dirty: covered with hair and what looked like crumbs. I brought the bedding to the front office to exchange it for clean sheets, but the night clerk told me that he didn't have anything like that out there: there was nothing he could do. Gross! I was able to improvise with items in my car, but this was disgusting. If it was not so late I would have demanded a refund and found another hotel. No apology from the same clerk at checkout the next morning.
