Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming with a special holiday gift for New Years travelers. The property was clean, well-lit, and very convenient to I-81 for travel. There are a few restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby for additional comfort and convenience. The property shows some mild wear & tear, but was clean and comfortable for a weary traveler. Very much recommend for a quick, comfortable stay!

Loved that the entire hotel is none smoking. Outside sitting area by the gazebo had a grill . Every suite had a small kitchenette. Every employee I came across greeted me and was polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

When we checked in, the clerk didn’t make eye contact or greet us. Simply said, “Last name?” and when I told him, he said, “Your first name is X?” He didn't ask for ID so I could’ve walked in off the street and said a common last name and gotten lucky with a prepaid room. He didn’t even tell us the room number or direct us to the elevator—just slid the card across the counter. The rooms are pretty bare bones. Beds are small, bathroom tiny, no coffee maker, no laundry bag, no Smart TV, not even a trash can. You can hear every tiny sound in the rooms around you and the hallway. The fitness center is minuscule and does not have free weights and the water fridge was empty. The breakfast was not good, only flavored coffee. We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in the area anf this was our least favorite.

Amazing. Absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel. Will 100% come back. Great customer service. So many offers to use from the weight room, breakfast, 24/7 snacks and drinks, etc. I can’t believe how affordable. Thank you for this as an option!

Staff was welcoming but my room was very musty. I should have moved immediately but was so tired after being on road all day. The next morning I came back to have coffee in the room and it was noticeably bad after walking out and back in. I just left. Waah.

Hallway carpet needed to be swept and elevator floor was stained. Television in our room did not swivel so viewing from the bed or couch was compromised and provided a poor viewing experience.

I thought it was a good location off 81. Had a groups of teenagers in the room above us that were very loud into the night so we ended up having to change rooms so we could get some sleep. That was not fun.

This is our second time staying here as it is our halfway point on our yearly journey to see our friends. The staff were super friendly, polite, professional, and helpful with whatever we needed. Our room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, TV, fridge, and microwave. We loved the anytime tea, the bowls of delicious, fresh fruit, and the the candy and mints. They also had a mini store, which we didn't use, but it's quite convenient. We had a great night's sleep. It was quiet, and the parking lot was well-lit, so we could see our car. The hotel was in a very safe neighborhood. There were displays to help us find one of many great places to eat. The free breakfast was great and featured eggs, sausage, potatoes and hash towns, cereal and oatmeal, as well as fruit, pancakes, toast, and so much more. The price was reasonable too. Overall an exceptional experience at an affordable price. We plan to stay there again.

Quaint and quiet. Everything was well maintained and I was impressed with how clean things, especially the room was. Only recommendation I'd have is to allow the tv to swivel...the bed was pretty far away and at an angle so it it was more difficult to see because of the angle. Small stuff. Great job guys!

This appears to be a relatively new hotel. While the rooms are small ("Micro"), everything is high quality and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff are helpful and friendly. An exceptional value!

Great place to stay while in Carlisle. The hotel was in a quiet area away from the interstate, desk clerk was friendly and efficient although I did have to interrupt her phone time. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. My room was huge with a full kitchen, dining, and seating area. The bed was very comfortable and ventilation was good. The location is close to the historic downtown which is worth visiting for restaurants and shopping. I will definitely make this my place to stay when I pass through Carlisle.

Dave was great on greeting us and very informative. The place looks brand new. The breakfast was the best, a lot of hot food items. Very clean. That staff also nice. Candy and fruit for guests. Rooms nice. Definitely recommend and great price!

One of the ladies that worked at the kitchen was very unprofessional. She swore a lot she had an attitude and she was talking about customers after they have left and not in a positive way I don’t know what her name was, but she had longer dark brown hair and you could hear her complaining about everything the whole time she was working

We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times now. This time. The receptionist wasn’t to personable. The room needs a good wipe down and vacuum. Other than that, everything was great.

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in the area anf this was our least favorite.

Very helpful. I had accidentally left a suitcase. The Inn contacted me immediately, however since I did not pick up my phone until a few hours later and was miles away from the inn, they mailed the suitcase to me. I received the suitcase along with my Laptop safe and sound. Thanks!!! In addition, the room was clean and great. I plan to stay again in the future.

Within 10 minutes of checking in, there was a knock on our door from a staff member asking if our room was ok & was there anything we needed. A really nice touch was the gift bags we each received when checking in!! Definitely returning to this hotel.

Very clean, staff was friendly, had one small issue, remote for TV was missing, staff had a new remote in room with in 15 minutes, property is well maintained. Overall happy with our stay

This is my go-to hotel in Carlisle. A family member or I have stayed here 8 times in less than 2 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. The location is quiet but provides access to anything that I need in the area.

Easy check in & out, only needed to sleep on the way home to FL with two littles.. quiet, clean, great hot morning free breakfast.. all very fantastic. I would absolutely stay again! Right around the corner from a walmart.

The breakfast…. OMG, have you ever seen an automatic pancake maker? That alone made my day. Then the hot eggs, sausage, hash browns, and also a mixture of eggs, potatoes and sausage. Plus fresh fruit with whipped cream on top, an oatmeal dispenser that gives you fresh hot oatmeal, fresh yogurt dispenser and all kinds of fruit toppings…. Several different kinds of breads like raisin bread, cinnamon bread, juices, milk, coffee and a huge flavored cream dispenser…. I can’t think of anything missing from this breakfast bar!!

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at for a quick rest during roadtrips. It was clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and it was quiet. The breakfast was among the best we’ve experienced; usually it’s the usual breads, but they had grits and kielbasa, grits, and other unique offerings. We will be coming back here when we need to make a stop in this area!

Breakfast was great. My only issue was the Coffee cups. The coffee seeps through the bottom. I had it happen with two of the cups. The second cup the bottom broke out and the coffee spilled all over my pant leg. Everything else fabulous.

The room was nice and clean, albeit the trim on bathroom door was covered in something brown. We stayed here because of the good reviews and fair pricing, however it is a bit of a distance to Hershey Park (reason for stay) - roughly about an hour with traffic. There’s a local supermarket nearby, Giant. The hotel has an outdoor covered patio/ bbq for you to enjoy. The front desk was quick in checking us in. We left before breakfast, so cannot speak on the food. The room had a clean mini fridge and stocked coffee machine. We would stay here again.

Surprisingly good value. Just as nice as places that are more expensive. Parking lot was clean, well paved and maintained. Lobby was nice and inviting with free fresh fruit, mints and tootsie rolls. Everything from the halls to the room was clean and fresh without any lingering cleaner smells. Staff acknowledged you and didn’t avoid you, they actively went out of their way to make sure you were having a nice stay. Breakfast was included and surprisingly nice. Including things you don’t always see like fresh honeycomb and pastries, to fruit cups, breakfast sandwiches, etc to the usual eggs, pancakes, yogurts, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. and there was plenty of space for everyone. And staff was very attentive to cleaning up as things went along. They had a decent little shop next to check in for snacks/frozen dinners if needed. Room was nice and comfy. Lighting was warm and there were outlets everywhere down to two on the front of the microwave. Overall pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Room was a bit small and TV could not be viewed from window area but overall good. Only downside was the noise of the AC when trying to sleep as it was quite loud. Would definitely stay here again.
