Staff member very kind and friendly when checking in. Breakfast wasn't spectacular but it was okay. Nice place to stay.

The free breakfast was not something I would have our kids eat, packaged JimmyDean kept in a warm pan. Things are edible but that's it. Our room felt musky and muggy as soon as we entered. The AC was loud and rattled very loudly for extended period of time when it turned on and off, and there were small black spots all over the AC where the air blows out. We set 66F and it still felt humid in the room. The shower handle has a large continuous slot hole around the fixture on the wall. When we turned the shower handle all the way to the hot water and waited, the water was very cold. Thinking it may just take some time for the hot water to come, the kids and we, all four of us took showers but never felt any warmth. I tried to get a different room the next morning, and the person at the front desk kindly offered to take a look at the shower. He turned the shower handle all the way to the cold side and warm water came out, and he explained to us that the person installing it made a mistake of the hot/cold pipes...he said that he will also send someone to look at the rattling AC. Someone did come while we were out, and did something to the AC rattling noise. It still rattled abnormally loud when it turned on and off, but less. We take yearly vacations and stay in various hotels, and this is the worse we have had. I'm afraid that we will not be coming back to this or other Marriot. The upkeep seems problematic.

This was my second time at this hotel. When I arrived, it looked as if they are trying to do some outside repairs. I knew immediately that I had chosen the wrong one. I won't forget the address again. There was loud music like a church service going on in the conference room. I assume they're allowing this for extra money. The guy attending was slower than a snail. The room was not what I preferred. The toilet needs repair. The tub needs replacement or repair. The breakfast was pitiful. Parking was easy because there were not a lot of patrons.

My wife and I booked a room here for one night and upon entering the room we were assaulted with a musty moldy smell. It seems that after the pipe burst in the hotel a week or so ago(during our initial stay-we were relocated)they neglected to do a through cleaning. Whatever we were inky going to be here for a single night. Anyway While my wife was exiting the shower someone used a card key to open the door. Thankfully I had the foresight to have the latch on which prevented them from fully entering, however our privacy was violated and our safety was at risk. I yelled at the intruder and found out that the front desk had given them a key to our room. The manager offers to give us points as if that would make things better. The damage has been done this was an incredibly awful stay. Every noise we heard durning the night had us jumping thinking someone was coming into our room again. Would definitely it recommend staying here.
