Super 8 by Wyndham Cromwell/Middletown

The hotel was very sketchy -- bad vibes. The room smelled. We saw a cockroach. But I think the thing that really ruined it for me was being awakened by a strange sound around midnight. It sounded like a gigantic rusty fan. We called the front desk twice before someone answered and they told us everything was fine, not to worry. However, a few minutes later the fire department was pounding on our door hollering at us "Fire! Get out!" I guess that noise the front desk told us to ignore was some kind of alarm? The fire department got everything under control, but we felt it would be best if we left. We did not feel safe. As I was walking out, the guy at the front desk asked if we had been inconvenienced. Uh -- yes. I will never return to this hotel. I don't recommend it. I wish them good luck in the future -- they have a lot of work ahead of them if they want to improve this place.

L’hôtel était propre et la chambre aussi. Les lits étaient confortables. J’ai descendu la note à la moyenne car plusieurs choses n’ont pas été. La porte de notre chambre ne fermait pas (nous ne pouvions pas partir de la chambre car celle-ci ne se fermer pas. Le petit déjeuner n’existe pas. Il y a uniquement une machine à café. Nous étions coté route/autoroute et il y a du bruit toute la nuit des voitures et camion. La fenêtre ne fermait pas bien.
