Even after stating in our reservation, we wanted to confirm the hot tub was working, upon arrival there was a small sign on the desk that it was not functioning and had not been for a while according to the clerk. We paid a higher price JUST for the hot tub and were disappointed, so we stayed only one night instead of the two we wanted, and they refunded the 2nd night without any issue. The room was spacious, nice shower but the bed was so hard that we both woke up with aching bodies, and there were no local channels on the TV.

I was so impressed with this property - very modern and clean. The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the free breakfast, they had a great selection and variety. Great location - close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly!

Used the digital key feature this time around and it was nice. Free Breakfast was awesome! Mini omelettes were great! Sausage was great too! Use of a luggage cart was super convenient too!

The hotel was great. Very clean, the room was quite large, the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Breakfast was completely worth it! The only issue I had was the bathroom floor. The tiles were extremely slippery and the towel that was laid down slid when stepping out of the shower and I fell. It was a bit painful! My only suggestion is non skid bath mats!!!

Great rate - we had a very late check in and it was smooth. The staff was fantastic and breakfast was great to have running out the door in the morning. Beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. Definitely would stay again.

Our sray was great. We had our 3 grandkids ages 9, 12 and 20 with 2 rooms sude by side. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was really good too. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was above expectations! The front staff were friendly and checked us in quickly and provided basic info you would want to know. Renovations are almost completed so everything is brand new. Our room was beautiful with a comfy king bed with clean crisp linens, large tv loaded with movie/music apps, microwave and refrig. The bathroom had fresh snow-white towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion dispensers. New carpet, tile, blackout shades. The breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold options. We will definitely stay here again if anywhere nearby, actually would drive out of our way to stay here!

The room here at the hotel is so comfortable. The bed is perfect. I feel very safe and well cared for. The front desk staff, Kim, has been so kind and helpful. She's very friendly and welcoming. Two other housekeeping staff went out of their ways to help me out as I was checking in. I really appreciated the assistance from all.

Unfortunately I had an accessibility room that boarded the morning breakfast area. Prep work began at 5:30 am, very noisy.this is only one room. Just my misfortune I'm with disability and the room butt's up to the kitchen.

On arrival I felt as if the lady that checked me in was very rude and didn’t want me to stay at the establishment. I didn’t get her name but I checked in on 1/7 around 5pm. I had a total of 7 people staying and reserved 2 rooms. The lady immediately suggested that they don’t do parties and I should probably consider staying somewhere else in which I honestly wanted to do at that point because it was clear she didn’t want my business. She was rude and standoffish while she had her child at work with her playing on the lobby computer. I asked if she could give me a minute before checking in so I could check rates of other hotels until I realized I had booked a non refundable room. I got checked in and went to my rooms. After being in the room for about an hour the lady called up and accused me of having more people than what I had stated because she saw random people walking through the lobby and had assumed they were my guest. I asked her did they say they were here for me because I wasn’t expecting anyone else. I even invited her up if she wanted to come and investigate because I had no clue who the people in the lobby were that she was referring to. I felt targeted and would never stay at this hotel again! She treated me this way for no reason and we never gave her or anyone else any trouble. Experience would have been great if I hadn’t encountered this staff member on babysitting duty

Great hotel for the night. Close to freeway and the reception we attended. Heck in clerk was very friendly after first clerk didnt even acknowledge us(she was on computer) Very good breakfast selection!

I was so impressed with this property - very modern and clean. The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the free breakfast, they had a great selection and variety. Great location - close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly!

The room was nice and clean and comfortable! Ample pillows and the staff got us checked in right away. Nice free breakfast! Try the waffles!

Great rate - we had a very late check in and it was smooth. The staff was fantastic and breakfast was great to have running out the door in the morning. Beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. Definitely would stay again.

Used the digital key feature this time around and it was nice. Free Breakfast was awesome! Mini omelettes were great! Sausage was great too! Use of a luggage cart was super convenient too!

This was a great hotel and a great stay! Check in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful! She assisted me in getting on the business center computer and print off a document that i needed for the next day. The Room was quite spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee bar. The room was very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. I picked this property for the pool and Hot tub. They did not disappoint! The hot tub was very relaxing and was the best part of my stay. Breakfast in the morning had A LOT of options. There are a few great restaurant in the area within walking distance which was very convenient I enjoyed the free coffee all day and the great breakfast in the morning. I will be coming back here again!

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed! Relaxing comfortable stay! We got in town for a wedding and they had our room ready early so we could check in and get cleaned up to get to the event on time.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. Unfortunately, because the hotel was completely sold out for the weekend, changing rooms was not an option, so we had no choice but to deal with it. The staff was polite and did what they could, but for the price paid and overall expectations, the maintenance and room conditions definitely need improvement.
