I liked the location. Front desk lady is very nice. Hotel is not sound proof. Ver noisy in hallway. The whole hotel has currently lost all power. Not sure what’s going on. No backup lights either. Isn’t that illegal???

The room was nice overall. The one complaint I have was the entrance at the opposite end of the building didn’t lock at night and was held open by tape. Honestly was not worth the price I booked it for.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel appears to be recently renovated. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub temp could have been a little warmer, but everything was clean. Breakfast was standard. This hotel has nice hot water for showers, which is a rarity for hotels. We look forward to coming back again.

I used to be a GM at a different hotel so I do expect my hotel room to be up to par when I am paying over $100 for the night and I have to say this room looked very poor to me! Comforter on the bed was wrinkled really bad, the walls were awful whoever painted the walls had no idea what they were doing at all paint was all over the tiles and shower area in the bathroom, all of the ceilings throughout the room. The battery went dead in the smoke detector and it started chirping really loud and so we called the front desk and the Front Desk Attendant came down and you can obviously tell she was sleeping at the desk and so she could not find any batteries so she told us it was hard wired so we she be fine for the night so I stopped her and told her we were not going to sleep for the rest of the night with a loud chipping shound so she went to look for a battery again and found one thank God. When we went to go outside for a smoke there was tape on the door so it wouldn't lock the door which made us feel a little unsafe. We did decide the next time we come up for the night we will be staying elsewhere. People pay decent money to stay somewhere that is safe and clean and tbat is not this hotel at all!!!

There was not any hot water from check in Thursday until sometime later Friday afternoon. I was not told or made aware of it by the front desk at check in, but by other guests who had already checked in. No apologies or attempts to make it right were made. Myself and 2 young kids had to get ready for a wedding with freezing water- very very brutal. When we walked into our room someone had clearly been sleeping on top of our sleets/ pillows- there was dirt/ crumbs on the bed with an indent of were someone clearly was. This was Thursday and we had to get to a rehearsal dinner so I didn't say anything. Also- my In laws said their rooms were dirty so I would be chancing getting a dirtier room that what we had. We didn’t die- and your only option is this hotel if you want to stay in Mora- they clearly know that. If you can choose to stay in a different town- I’d highly suggest it. …now I’m just hoping we don’t have bed bugs!

We were disappointed with our stay. No one was at the desk when we checked in. There was no elevator. When we got to the room, it smelled. We opened the window for fresh air. We then realized that the carpet was wet and smelled musty. The room was very outdated. The towels and sheets were very old and rough. The room was not very clean. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The breakfast eggs were cold and not worth eating. The whole place was very run down. We have stayed at other Americ Inns that were much better. We didn even get a copy of our bill since no one was at the desk again. Not a good experience.

The worst place i ever stayed in AC didn't work the Screen was torn open and there was bugs in the tub and mold in the bathroom just all right gross even the towels look like they haven't been washed.

The young lady was very professional but her system is outdated and she had a problem checking us in she called her manager for help which really was no help to her was very unprofessional and did understand the whole problem because she was drunk

Poor customer service! I had a room booked for 2 nights for my son. When he returned for the 2nd night his key would not work. He went to the desk and was told they assumed he’d left. They claimed his door was propped open and because he’d taken his stuff with him that he’d left. He never checked out nor did he pickup the cash deposit he’d paid. They reset his room key and when he went to the room it had been stripped. No bedding, no towels! He went back down and was handed towels and bedding and had to make his own bed! When I FINALLY was able to reach the manager who had not returned my calls she argued with me about several things. Horrible customer service! I was told she would have to speak to the owner to see if they’d do for us. I have serious doubts that the owner will care any more than the manager does!

The owner was really rude and did not acknowledge us as guests. And waited $35 dollars for early check in with cash. So we had to pay so we could get to our destination.. I wouldn’t recommend but it’s the only hotel in Mora go to Hinkley only 20 miles away!!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel appears to be recently renovated. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub temp could have been a little warmer, but everything was clean. Breakfast was standard. This hotel has nice hot water for showers, which is a rarity for hotels. We look forward to coming back again.

I liked the location. Front desk lady is very nice. Hotel is not sound proof. Ver noisy in hallway. The whole hotel has currently lost all power. Not sure what’s going on. No backup lights either. Isn’t that illegal???

Quiet and safe. Hotel staff was sleeping in a room when we checked in, at only 8:30 PM!!! We had to call her to the front desk. No hairdryers in room. 😟😟 Hot breakfast choices were TERRIBLE! We grabbed a coffee and got breakfast on the road.

This hotel is completely disgusting. There was dirt and dust everywhere, gashes in the walls, the sower was full of rust and the room smelled like an old dog. The worst was there was no hot water. When we complained to the front desk they didn’t apologize or offer a refund and instead just said yeah we don’t have enough hot water to go around on the weekend. Also the breakfast buffet was empty when we got there and they don’t refill it. Terrible for an expensive price.

We were disappointed with our stay. No one was at the desk when we checked in. There was no elevator. When we got to the room, it smelled. We opened the window for fresh air. We then realized that the carpet was wet and smelled musty. The room was very outdated. The towels and sheets were very old and rough. The room was not very clean. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The breakfast eggs were cold and not worth eating. The whole place was very run down. We have stayed at other Americ Inns that were much better. We didn even get a copy of our bill since no one was at the desk again. Not a good experience.

Booked this hotel for some of our staff, every single one of them that stayed here had a gross room. Toenails in their bed, Hair all over the shower, bugs. We travel often for work and will remove this hotel as a future option. Gross.

The price was too expensive for the quality of the room I received. Although I had a non-smoking room, it smelled of stale cigarettes and the towel rack by the sink fell off the wall when I first reached to dry my hands. Staff was very nice but again I feel the room I received was not worth the price I paid for my stay.
