Had an issue with the elevator being broken and my brother is disabled and unable to climb stairs. Having a non refundable perpaid reservation thru hotels.com, i was stuck going thru them instead of the hotel to make sure we had a first floor room or we could not stay there. It was not until we were on our way and a couple hours out that I found out we got a first floor room. The shower rod bows out to give more room in the shower but this one was loose and bent down so the shower curtain would not stay shut. The breakfast bar was ok, nothing to write home about but I found it odd that they had mixed veggies and italian meatballs (marked as Sousage) on a breakfast buffet.

This is the best hotel in Ft Myers for the money. It’s the only place where the beds are just like home. I always get a great nights rest here. Tons of restaurants nearby and a Dunbar in the lobby. Everything is always clean and the staff are super friendly.
