Toilet didn’t flush properly, never fixed. Floors were filthy, pool was gross as well.

Pool was disgusting, rooms were dirty. There is no elevator when we were on the 2nd floor. Rooms had dirt allover walls. Beds were a twin not queen. Didnt eat breakfast because waffle mix was separated and everything was dirty. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful however the room I had chosen was not the room I was given so I had to have this changed. It is advertised as a breakfast but it is more of a continental breakfast. There were limited options to choose from. The pool was very cold, it was not heated at all so not enjoyable at all. I have stayed here in the past and this was one of my least favorite times here given and had to have it

When we came to our room the floor has some crumbs and things on it and there was hair in the bathroom. The wifi didnt work for us.

We were staying in the second floor above the lobby. Lobby tv was loud during sleep hours. Swimming pool was not working. An amenitie that was posted juat for the advertise.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located near alot of stores. We ate at Olive Gardens which was 5 mins. The parking is great and free. There's 2 floors and no elevators is the down sode if you have alot of luggage. Great staff and continental breakfast. Close to rainbow bridge to go over to Canada.

Basic hotel but sad pool was closed and no elevator for elderly guest placed on second floor.

Room was overpriced & not clean( I have to empty & clean a coffee maker to use it) , but breakfast was okey. Pool was nice feature but water was too cold.

Started with assignment of a room that was not made up, transferred to new room w/ no remote and despite above and beyond service of night clerk, spent stay w/o TV that was navigatable. Pool was cloudy/dirty?

I like the wood floors in the rooms, but seems like there’s no sound proof in the room, we were not able to sleep good, it was too noisy, we can hear the rooms before us , then saw the firemen in the hallway because they said someone smokes in the room 🙄 and for real? No elevators, my Mom has knee problems and had a hard time climbing stairs.

Spider web in the rooms. Bathroom toilet flush doesn’t stop .Its full of bleach smell. Floor is not clean it’s black.I have took pictures of it for review.

Rooms were DIRTY, broken fixtures in bathrooms, good thing there were plungers in the bathrooms. pool area was dirty and the water was cloudy. The free breakfast was a joke to say the least. Overall cleanliness was poor. Dirty parking lots. Overall I would highly recommend choosing a different hotel. The staff was friendly.

Long time Hotels.com customer, first time reviewer. We frequent this hotel every few months because it's a decently-priced, no frills and convenient location hotel to stay. Last week, we discovered flies and uncleaned sheets. Flies - no problem. We killed them all. We were already situated for the night. Then later upon bedtime, we discovered hair and uncleaned sheets. We made a report to the staff, they politely offered a different room. We went to the other room and the lightbulbs weren't working so we decided to stick with our first room. Just get new sheets right? Wrong. We found 3 live bed bugs in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We made another report and gave them 7 days to contact us for either an apology or a discount which they never did. Hence this report / review. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place has really gone down the tubes. They used to serve a hot egg and bacon breakfast, but now they don't. Also the walls are paper-thin. We will not be returning again, sorry!

Food quality was bad. Rooms were were dirty. Bathroom sink was plugged. No room service. No toiletries. Overall very bad experience.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The floors in the hallway were dirty and then our room was even worse! The walls in our room had red candy like substance on them and the chair looked as if gum had been stuck to it. I would never ever stay at a Quality Inn again especially the one in Niagara Falls Blvd. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just disgusting

The bulding looks old, is dirt, room dirty, bathroom with hair, tube not drain at all, bed with stains. Vad experience

The room had dirty sheets and towels, the hallway was very dirty, the pool area was full of smoke and there were cigarettes on the floor, the dining area was disorganized

The second we entered the hotel, it was miserable. The hallways were dirty, along with the room, and the floors were sticky. In the room we found lots of hair and in the bathroom as well. The bathtub was dirty and clogged and there were no shower curtains. The linen was stained and the TV did not work at all. I would not recommend this motel to anyone else.

Saw baby cockroaches in room. Not impressed. Told front desk staff... didn't seemed too concerned!

Needs a serious update all over

The hotel is in a great location. Upon arriving, check in was quick. After pulling back the sheets on each bed it was noticed the linens were dirty with hair. The front desk was kind and apologetic, immediately going to change the bedding. The hotel was fully booked. There is no carpeting, I think that contributes to that there is no sound barrier. You hear everything. It was very noisy with crying children. Yelling. Kids running around. The beds are quite hard also. Due to this mix of events we cut our stay short by one night and checked out early. Frank at the front desk was very kind and understanding. He kept this review from being one stars all around!

We called ahead ask for the bed size for the standard double bed room, they told us they were queen size beds, but they clearly were full size. Staff there were okay, they did offer us a day bed. Room floor was dirty, had pizza sauce on the floor. Missing 3 light bulbs in the room. Towels were dirty. Fridge was not even pluged in. No cleaning service over night. Breakfast had really limited selections and was not filled in time. Night staff was friendly.

Room felt like a shoebox.

The beds were very comfortable, check in was easy and there was a lot of parking. Their indoor pool needs a lot of attention. The water pressure was wonderful. WE had two rooms, one room smelled great, the other room was smoky and damp and they were right next to each other.

Bed was hard, really hard

Too noisy, the rooms have no insulation. Bathrooms need renovation/update. Mop the floor with something thay smells good coz it stinks with what you are using as of now. Check-in was smooth. Coupon system is limited to 3 dishes and the restaurant im general was not organized. Major issue is sound pollution - kids crying, someone showering etc.. 4am-5am in the morning

This is an unkept, tired and dirty property. The staff were always busy chatting with locals at the front desk and were not dressed professionally. We wouldn't go back to this hotel even if it was free.

This was the 3rd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was patiently waiting in line for the front desk person to call me forward. While waiting two separate guests just walked in front of me and straight to her. She didn't bother to notify the other guests to wait in line. Nor did she ever ask me to come forward. While in line, 2 other guests being helped by the other front desk clerk complained about dirty rooms that hadn't been cleaned. One customer said he walked into the room he was assigned and someone was taking a shower. There must be a real labour shortage in the community if they can't get staff to do their jobs. My room had no light bulbs in the fixtures. The only lights that worked were the washroom and the light at the door. When I finally got in the room, the window was about 1 foot open, but there was no screen to keep bugs out. Not sure why. Finally, the breakfast: the breakfast went from 7am to 10am. "Breakfast" is a bit of a stretch. No coffee, drinks, etc. Bread, a toaster, 2 cereal choices with no milk, and a waffle maker. No fruit, no protein (eggs, yogurt, meat). Don't waste your money.

When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk. Waited more than 10 mins and still no one showed up. Tried calling the hotel and no one would answer the phone. Finally someone showed up and wasn’t very friendly at all. Aside from that everything else was fine.

Staff were nice & helpful. It was 9 pm, in the lobby, I commented that there was no decade coffee, more was brewed. Next morning, waffles weren’t being made properly in the waffle iron. I told the desk clerk. He said, maybe it’s the batter. He changed it & then the waffles were being baked properly in the waffle iron. Breakfast was good, they had plain cheerios & fruit loops. White & brown bread available for toasting & apples were there. Coffee, decade coffee & hot water for tea was available.

Went with family members and had three rooms for two nights. Our stay was awful but not entirely the employees fault. First we booked one room for four of us…only to find out the beds were tiny. We tried to book another room (through the hotel employees and both were quite confused and unknowledgeable or helpful). In the end I booked another room through the app while standing at the front desk. First night was alright except you could feel the springs through the mattress. Second night…fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel due to some guests smoking in their room. Problem was about half hour after returning to the room, we listened to the hotel staff ARGUE with the guests that they were trying to remove from the property. There was yelling, swearing, and threats. As soon as the first threat was tossed at the staff the argument should have stopped and police called but it dragged on and on listening to the belligerent guests carry on. Staff should be aware that they do not have to tolerate threats (nor is it safe). The poor family across the hall had children listening to this. The second issue was that the hotel staff was aware there was no hot water when we arrived but failed to say anything to us. Two of our rooms had no hot water all weekend. The icing on the cake was my daughter in law finding a cockroach in their room the morning we were leaving. Staff didn’t want to hear from us upon checking out. It is what it is, just beware.

Check in went well, lady at the desk was super friendly and informative. Warned about the smoke alarms on check in, which I found was weird until I discovered it’s because so many people smoke in their rooms. Fire alarms were going off all night due to people smoking. They had an event booked in the hall, turns out our bedroom window was right at the smokers entrance so we had people standing at our window all night, which to say the least is not comforting when sleeping in an unfamiliar place. Air conditioner in the room was broken, was scorching hot all night. Someone broke the windows at the pool so it was closed unexpectedly. There was a LOT of dog poop around the property, I looked like jack sparrow walking to my car dodging poop grenades. Overall, probably wouldn’t return if in the area, experience wasn’t the best but I’m sure if the visitors respected the rules and didn’t smoke/cleaned up/ didn’t smash windows it would have been different. Only wish is that the staff removed guests who broke policies to avoid disruption to the guests who are respecting the rules. Fire alarms really get the blood flowing when waking you from your slumber.

Really great staff. Thry go out of their way to address ypur needs. My mom needs extra help and they couldnt have been nicer. Thanks Frank. You are awesome.

The check in was smooth. However it was extremely noisy until after 2am on the 2nd floor. Then we were awakened by construction noise at 7am. Breakfast is not something look forward to. At that place.Just go to Denny's , Wendy's or burger king across. At check out I stood there 5 minutes with 2 staff members sitting down ignoring me Then the African lady who I was standing in front of looked at me then got up and left without a word. At that point the gentleman left sitting there asked if I need anything. I said I just need to check out and by that time it was past 11am. For me I will not be returning unfortunately. Plenty of other hotels next to them in case of being closer to the shopping outlet. I booked to sleep at another place next day .

There were people screaming in the room beside us and we felt very unsafe. At the checkin I was given the room key even without checking my id.

My. Boyfriend and I left the room to pick up or food when we came back we noticed my debit and credit cards were in a different place. I then received a overdraft in my card for over 500 via ach green dot the housekeeper took pics of my card and id and used them, I spoke with manger who states my room was never cleaned !!! I believe it could've been the housekeeper and or the manager because he tried to cover up the fact that my room was cleaned he stated they never entered the room

Amazing stay close to everythibg

I was close to everything. I like the location.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean and neat. Location is not much far from Niagara fall.

Good place to stay with family. 10 mins away from Niagara falls.

Convenient location

It is located in the center of the commercial area of Niagara Falls. Around 8:30 am there was a line up of guests to check out, but no staff was in the reception area for 10 minutes.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We had the same items every day: pancakes, white bread, tea, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It would have been nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.

We did like that the rooms have no carpet, laminate flooring. There was hair everywhere in the room. The bathroom tub was missing the grab bar, so two holes with god knows what in them. We slept on top of the covers and skipped the shower. Pool could use some good cleaning all around above the water level is green (? Mold ?), multiple times patrons called for towels to be brought in. Very limited seating for the continental breakfast, and very limited options, unless you want to wait in line forever as the same people were at the waffle makers for a half an hour each. Shame on them for that, as I see that as not a hotel issue but a respect issue for other patrons also waiting to make waffles. The poor girl cleaning and staffing the area was running though. She must like her job very much as many people would not even move so she could restock or empty the garbage. Would not be a facility that I would return to.

It was ok for the price…I mean you get what you pay for right. It was extremely noisy kids running around and all. Definitely a no frill type of place but for the price it was ok. The breakfast wasn’t that great very disappointing actually but hey it’s a cheap place and it was clean for the most part. The beds were ok comfort wise. But I think next time I won’t cheap out and stay somewhere else.
