Overall the hotel was clean and safe feeling. The breakfast was good. I wish it didn't end at 9am. Pool was ok. Was a little cloudy. Advertised that it had outdoor and indoor pools. It only has indoor. Staff was very nice.

The property is outdated and old. The area around the property was unkept and dirty. Trash on the grounds and disappointing. The rooms were not the cleanest as there were stains on the covers on the bedding. Not adequate area for breakfast for the amount of people the hotel holds and limited food. For the money it was definitely not worth it.

1- The front desk lady never smile and give the same memorized instructions to all customers as a robot. 2- I was given a room next to the elevator's. When I asked to be change the lady clearly was mortified by my request. She passed me on to another lady…I waited for over 20 mts to be attended. 3- Next room had multiple visible terrible carpet stains that looked like dog pee and 💩. The hotel room charges $25 for incidentals buy apparently they DO NOT clean it!!! I when back to get a 3 room!!! 4- More waiting!!! 5- After an eternity I finally got a decent room “apparently”. After inspecting the room I found terrible stains “this time ON the mattress!!!! 6- To tired to continue changing rooms I accommodate myself in the opposite side of the bed. 7- I found a lot of human hair in the “clean” sheets” I got home itching all over and ended spending over $30 in lice treatment for myself and my do. (for lice and everything else)!!!! Next time, I’m buying a portable small tent with zipper, to camp INSIDE the hotel room

The only issue we had was that we were woken both mornings by doors slamming when the other guest were leaving. I suggest someone checks the closers on the doors and adjust them so the doors close quieter.

Everything was great to me except for the bed. I think it was a little too firm for me so it was hard to sleep soundly through the night. Checking in and out went smoothly. And the free breakfast had plenty of options! Would definitely stay again.

The property itself was nice and well maintained. Walkable to other attractions and restaurants too. However, we were in Rm 211 for our stay and the first night there was a dog barking down the hall all night long. It was very hard to get to sleep. We're sure the front desk received numerous complaints. Also the heating system was very noisy whenever it turned on but otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

This place is not up to the Hilton brand standards...smells of wet dog, dirty linens on bed, no food options after 10 am except for candy, old sandwiches and a few snacks, concierge was pushy to sell package deal and only recommended 3 places to eat as well as repeating how well she was informed and insultingly asking why I hadn't been there before. I paid over $500 for 2 nights which is outrageous for this poorly maintained inn...

I can’t get anyone to help me. I don’t have a working remote control in the room so we asked the desk for help. He said “he don’t know what to do, they don’t have batteries and pretty much that we just have to do without until tomorrow when the manager comes in. Television service is included in the description. So now my family have been without tv since around 8 pm and won’t have tv u til it’s time to check out ? How is that even fair to me as a customer. Not to mention they have complimentary coffee and tea and he wouldn’t even give us tea bags. His name is brand he is so terrible and I will not be back here again.

WORST STAFF POSSIBLE. Rude, not helpful, short answers, unfriendly. I couldn’t believe how much they hate their job. I was also very unhappy that the rate changed on me when I reduced the amount of nights I was staying there. The rate went up by a lot, and I was very unhappy about that. Hotel itself is descent and good location with great parking. Breakfast was descent.

It was okay for the one night we stayed. The room was not the cleanest. There was a stain on one bedspread and water dripping from bathroom ceiling vent. The area seemed safe until we were approached by a homeless person in the parking lot begging for money. That made us very uncomfortable.

Hotel is actually pretty nice, but the town of Niagara Falls NY is pretty run down. There were abandoned buildings and empty lots directly next to the hotel. 2 cars were stolen from hotels within a block of us during our stay. We did not feel safe walking after dusk. The falls were spectacular, but the rest of the town not so much. I would advise to stay elsewhere and only drive in to see the falls and do tours. The Canadian side looked much nicer, but we didn't have time to cross over.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The hallways were pretty warm but the air worked perfectly in the room. Breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was minimal. Make your own waffles which took forever to make and to wait in line. Not enough seating during breakfast time due to crowd. No fruit provided which is surprising and unfortunate. For the price of the rooms I would have expected a better breakfast. About a 15 minute walk to the Falls. Rooms seemed clean enough. TV was unplugged for some reason. Took me some time to figure out why it wasn't working. Elevator was broke for a short period of time.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The room looks updated but the bathroom door was warped and scratching the ground. The grout was gross and the ceilings showed some mold. Granted no where is perfect, the attention to detail was lacking by the staff. When we check in, some girl was putting her work shirt on right behind the counter, it was odd. We used the hotel pack and play and it was old and dirty, they really need upgraded and cleaned. For a Hampton, it was less maintained than I’ve ever stayed in.

Horrible stay . Check under your sheets !! They do not clean their sheets properly they all have stains that are so dirty and red spots all over the sheets and siding of the bed . Brought it to their attention and only got a small discount and barely any empathy about this it seems like a common issue for them so they don’t care! Do not stay here with your family my kids skin was itching them after this 1 night stay on these filthy sheets . Older rooms . Older bathrooms .breakfast was a joke & they make you pay extra for their crappy breakfast ! Save yourself the hassle go to a Hampton or something . Only good thing was the location. Other than that stay away from this place . The pictures they have advertised is not even how it looks it’s much older . Will not recommend ever .
