I love staying here! A little disappointed that the hot tub was broken. Pool area could use a little sprucing up, but love the hallway renovations! The night time front desk lady is always extremely kind and helpful. I’ll always choose this establishment when I’m In the area!

The pool was out of service. Nothing on the website stated that the pool and hot tub were under construction. After driving for 10 hrs the kids and myself we looking forward to relaxin in the pool and hot tub. The two attendants and the desk were very helpful and accommodating.

It was clean and breakfast was fine. There were renovations which I wish they let us know ahead but it really didn’t bother us because it was at pool level. Pool was cold even though heated (they said) and hot tub was out is order but fixed the next day. Children could not go in unless 14 years old for we had an 11 year old and couldn’t even sit at the edge. Over all it was nice and reasonably priced. I would go there again.

We checked in and unfortunately was told the pool and hot tub were closed. We didn’t want to spend time researching an area hotel so the kids were extremely disappointed. Rooms were speacious, beds comfortable, and common areas were clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was just ok.

One of the washing machines was broken, carpet had rips, and the pool was closed and empty except for about a foot of green slime/scum. Really gross. There was no quality in the name "Quality Inn".

definitely could have been cleaner. Our room definitely smelled bad. Also our air conditioner unit had mold in it. Also my parents coffee pot was moldy and their shower was dirty.

This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. The floors were really nasty. It felt like the carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. It was sticky moist carpet, the bedding the same. The breakfast was inedible. Luckily there was a nice to place to grab coffee and a yummy breakfast near by. A two minute walk called Mama Anna. This hotel will not be a repeat.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the musty, dirty smell coming from the carpets which have stains all over them. My room floor was slightly “tacky” all over from the built up dirt/grime and who knows what has been spilled on it in the past. The bathroom has a knob style timer that you have to crank for a maximum of 30 minutes and it will shut off on you even if you’re in the bathroom. The free breakfast was good quality and included a waffle bar, scrambled eggs, sausage, and other hot foods as well as different packaged items and fruit. I didn’t visit the pool. For $280/night, I expect the cleanliness to be much better - at least not smelly and sticky. I would not stay here again.

We were greeted with a very pleasant and friendly check-in clerk. However, upon check-in, it was clear to us that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were remnants (and I'll leave it at that) of the previous occupants. That was enough to gross my wife out and she wasn't comfortable staying. It was late and we had traveled the whole day, we just went to bed. Hotel was dated and it is not in Portsmouth (it's close), but it's not Portsmouth. It was located in a pretty industrial/commercial area. The common areas were tidy, and it seemed like the owners attempted to keep the property up, it's just dated. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and breakfast was good. Not a total loss, but after we saw that the bathroom was not clean, we were grossed out and not terribly comfortable to stay.

This property was diagusting. I checked in with my family and has to check out immediately the bed had stains the wall looked like blood stains the smell is was disguising no air circulation at all and the bathroom was nasty. And they still charged me for a night I will fight this because I didn’t stay there I had to leave and rent a near by hotel because of how disgusting it was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I would rate the property itself as average. Hotel could use updating in rooms and common areas. Staff was very friendly upon check in and anyone we saw for the one night stay. The breakfast preparer was very friendly. Rooms was comfortable, bed was comfortable. However the room and linens could have been cleaner. There was lint and paper at the corners of furniture where a vacuum hose would clean this sufficiently for the next guest. There was hair on bathroom floor/tub and some on bed. I’ve worked at a hotel and a lint roller is a god sent for the stubborn hair that sticks to the floor and tub. Lint roller could also be used to clean hair off of linens. A simple roll over makes a huge difference for guests. Pool area was clean, didn’t use the amenities but decent size pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, not much selection but tasted good overall. Biggest complaint was old TV in the room, very slow changing channels and no channel guide. So old that people on TV had part of their heads cut off because of the sizing on current shows and very outdated TV that couldn’t project the picture properly and old sounding speakers. The exposed breaker box looks kind of dangerous for small children, none in my party but still didn’t seem right to have out in the open.

The lady who worked reception was very nice, friendly, and thorough with explaining about the hotel. The hotel is pretty dated- could use some updates like rugs. My main problem was that the walls were paper thin. I felt like my neighbors were in the same room with me. The shower head was great but I was too tall for it.

The staff was very nice and it is a clean well kept property for an older establishment. Very good location easy to drive Rye Beach area and downtown Portsmouth including plenty of places to get food close by. The only complaint I had was the tv was a little slow in changing channels and the queen size bed seemed like it was more like a double. Overall a great stay!

Early morning procedure @ Portsmouth Hospital, Only 5 min. away . Whole place is dated .. TV hard to operate, thin walls, bath tiny w/ Bathfitter shower/tub and old toilet very low to the mis-matched tile floor, and a separate vanity in room. Should be 1/2 of rate charged.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby area is brand new and well maintained. The rooms are quite outdated, but they’re clean and find for a short night stay.

The lady working at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. She made the check in process seem far less tedious than I have experienced at other hotels. I was even given the option to choose which floor I wanted to be on (last minute booking that wasn’t assigned). The room itself was a little dated but the furniture was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

The customer service as soon as I checked in was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful, very upbeat even if it was almost 11pm, and straight to it, check in was super easy and quick which was great since I was exhausted. The next 2 days went just as smooth, I slept great, showered great and had a relaxing weekend between jobs. Thank you quality inn!

The customer service as soon as I checked in was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful, very upbeat even if it was almost 11pm, and straight to it, check in was super easy and quick which was great since I was exhausted. The next 2 days went just as smooth, I slept great, showered great and had a relaxing weekend between jobs. Thank you quality inn!

The staff, particularly Jace, Dolores and Rob made our stay absolutely fantastic! Their attitude, kindness and professionalism was above reproach and qualities you seldom see in the world today. They really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and then were simply wonderful when we realised we’d left some of our property behind when we left. Finding staff like this in today’s climate is rare indeed and they should really be recognised for that ability to turn an otherwise ordinary stay into an experience we’d like to repeat again. We will definitely return here, even if just to experience the lovely and rare attitude again. Thank you!

Excellent choice for Rye. Clean; well appointed; friendly, helpful staff. Only down side is hotel location being in a shopping center, backed up against an industrial area. Convenient if you want to shop; inconvenient if you want to take a nice walk.

The hotel is very conveniently located near 95 and near many restaurants and stores. I was greeted warmly and my room was very bright and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and my one night stay was very enjoyable. I come to New Hampshire for overnight stays to go antiquing and this hotel was one of my favorites. Safe and comfortable. Hope to stay again!

This was a business trip. Staying overnight so I didn't have to travel far for work. The room was comfortable for just myself. It had a desk, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and a couch. It was perfect after a long day of work. I checked in easily, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They had items in the lobby you could purchase for supper to microwave but I just door dashed it so I would have leftovers the next day. Breakfast had a choice of hot items and cold items and tasted good. Wish I had time and energy to use the pool and hot tub.

The pool was too cold for me to swim in. They claim it is heated, but it was cold. The breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t much to choose from. This was the most expensive motel I stayed at, and it lacked in comparison to others that I spent less on. I would not stay there again.

I am fresh from the Luxor in Vegas and let me tell you, the room here was a lot nicer, with the exception of the larger, stylish bathroom, than I had there. I asked for a quiet room and it was on the end and almost without noise at all, although we could hear a bit of the t.v. the next room over, but that wasn't an issue. Very respectful guests too,. Amazing as it was a holiday weekend, I was near Foxwoods casino for Easter and Stste police were called at 3:30 a.m. for dusturbances. Plus a coffemaker and fridge and microwave in the room, even coffee in breakfast area, and again, was left Jonesing ar Luxor with NONE of that. Comfy beds. Here everything was very well kept. Great breakfast choices, incredible scrambled eggs, not rubber like I expected, and delicious fresh waffles off the self-service machine. Nice pool, hot tub couldve been hotter and more bubbly but after being in places where it was out of order, i was happy to have both. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. This place was near to highway and close to outlets. Very happy with my stay. I don't go often to the area but will go back to this place again

We checked in and unfortunately was told the pool and hot tub were closed. We didn’t want to spend time researching an area hotel so the kids were extremely disappointed. Rooms were speacious, beds comfortable, and common areas were clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was just ok.

The bad: The room itself was “generically” clean, but not clean once you spent a few minutes inside. Grease marks from food and fingerprints on the table in the room, trash between the bed and nightstand from the previous “guests”. It was very clear that it was a rush job. The bathtub did not drain well and would fill up to your ankles when taking a shower. The bathroom had no window or forced ventilation to pull moisture out when showering. The coffee pot in the room has clearly seen better days and was not well kept, so that was avoided. The hot tub was a nice idea and was enjoyed (but not well maintained). It was noticed after the jets were off that there was quite of bit of film on the interior walls of it, that clearly has been building for a little while and needed some scrubbing. The Good: Staff was friendly. The pool was well maintained and would make for good kid activities when weather prohibits being outside or at the end of the day. (Pool is a long narrow pool, with a 3ft shallow to a 5ft deep end). The pool design is nice when there aren’t many people there, but a few people make it “packed” very quickly. Breakfast included the nicest benefit for having a full family trip. It made it much easier to start the mornings without having to search for a restaurant or wait in tourist length lines. Overall: if you do not mind an outdated hotel, that needs modernization, this is not a bad place when trying to keep costs down.

Breakfast menu was standard free breakfast. The hot tub could have been a degree or 2 hotter. My room was did not have a working vent in bathroom so it was stuffy and smelly, sticky bathroom floor and carpet. Also noted mold in corner of room by outside wall. We originally declined housekeeping for our second d a y, but requested it the morning of but it did not happen.
