There was human feces all over the inside of one of the elevators and when I brought it up to the person working the front desk, she didn't seem to be real concerned about getting the issue resolved. With that being said, the feces had time to start drying on the walls and floor.

The hotel hallways were dingy looking and in desperate need of a good cleaning and coat of paint. The rooms did look better than the hallways but in all a good scrubbing is needed.

My first stay at the property I was forced to air dry my clothes outside because the dryer they had on property didn’t work. My second stay every room I was given had damages. I reported them to the front desk and she would give me another room. One room the table and nightstand were glued together. Another room looked like they held a WWE match in the room, paint on the wall missing, furniture damaged, one room the phone wasn’t working. Last room she gave me the door was open before I even went inside the room, refrigerator has a smell to it but after 5 rooms and being tired I just settled for whatever she was giving me.

The dryer didn’t work at the time of my stay. I had to sit out by the pool and lay my clothes outside to dry. I spoke with the manager about the dryer issue, he told me he would call me back and I haven’t received a call back from him yet. The gentleman who worked front desk was horrible at keeping up with the breakfast. He was “shocked” when I told him the buffet needed to be replenished, after SEVERAL people had just left the breakfast area. The first room I was checked into smelled horrible, and had to switch rooms. Maintenance staff was knocking at my door because someone put in a work order for the wrong room. It’s a very nice location, just needs a little more TLC.

The front desk staff was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. The lobby, hallways and elevator were dirty and not maintained. There were multiple rooms where music and tv’s were blaring and there were a lot of kids running around late into the night. The fan on our A/C would not stay on so it shut on and off all night.

Start with the positives. Beds were decent. Location was good. That was pretty much all of the positives. The negatives... Lack of cleaniness, the towels or thred bare and stained. Someone else's dirty socks in the floor when we arrived. All the tables in our room are broke and repaired poorly. Fridge missing a foot, so every time you opened door, everything rolled out. Peeling plaster and dirty walls. Overall just old and dirty.

Filthy carpets. Walls that looked as though they’d never been wiped down. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke (non smoking room) and BO. There were holes in the bathroom wall. We left 5 minutes later.

Very bad experience overall. The property looks very run down both inside and out. The breakfast was not flavorful and the juices were watered down. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and pest control is definitely needed. The hallway on the third floor always smelled like water had overflowed from a toilet. The staff was the only thing the was OK.

The price was a deal! The room it self was clean, but it did have a musty smell. There was a crack/ hole in the bathroom wall. One of the handles on the dress was not attached. The TV was small for the room size. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!

The location was good and the breakfast was pretty good. Our room door was messed up and did not shut properly. It took about 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and then had a hard time turning the water off.

Great, convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. Room was very dated but worked. An interior remodel is needed as the photos during the booking don’t correspond to the actual condition of the room! Wi-Fi faded in and out. Breakfast first morning was almost non-existing. There was no butter and not even plates available and nobody was there.

Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Rooms were outdated, tub and sink were both clogged and dirty with spout sticking out from the wall. Not worth the amount charged for one night.

I stayed in room 322. Cons: I can not believe I spent $140 for a night here. Why would you put the ice bucket in the bathroom? Touching a nasty drain plug? The AC sounds like a creepy creeking door closing of opening when it cycles off. The Elevator is supposed to be checked yearly and the last date of inspection was 10/23/22. Rusty lamps...horrible wifi and the TV during a movie would state "no wifi source" and no one at the front desk to check out. Pro: Close to Downtown Rome but off the path to make a walk there. Free breakfast that I would give a 5/10. Find another place. DO NOT waste your money!

It did take a while for someone to come to the front for check in. I noticed stray hairs in the shower. Lastly the mini fridge seemed to make quite a bit of noise. Other than that, it was a good stay!

Clean room but understaffed and desk clerk was having to handle check ins and checkouts, breakfast service, and giving out towels for your room since housekeeping was not included. Very nice staff, but need help. Hotel needs updating as well.

Poorly ran. Rude customer service. Can’t have to many kids who are naturally a little nosey. Got walked in on during the stay without a knock by we don’t even know who. Left early without a refund and went to the Hampton next door with a much better experience.

Arrived late. Took shower in the morning. No bath towels in the room. Had to go to office because they had no staff to deliver towels. I person was running everywhere. She had to manage the front desk, run in and cook items for breakfast bar. Make coffee. Run back to front desk. She tried.

I enjoyed my stay at this Rome, GA location. It's located conveniently near downtown Rome. I was able to walk to restaurants and bars easily during my stay, and I did so multiple times during my trip. I was in Rome attending the Rome Emperors game. A great affordable option near downtown Rome!

I enjoyed my stay at this Rome, GA location. It's located conveniently near downtown Rome. I was able to walk to restaurants and bars easily during my stay, and I did so multiple times during my trip. I was in Rome attending the Rome Emperors game. A great affordable option near downtown Rome!

Ideal location for downtown. The property is overrun by employees and their friends and family. Doors propped open with rocks. Encountered a man in stairwell twice. He was drinking, didn’t speak English, sitting on stairs. Pool full of people. Door to pool propped open with rock. Breakfast room unattended. Asked that buffet be replenished and she disappeared. Went back to prep area to find someone. It was filthy. Got help from front desk. Sheets and bath were clean, but environment in hotel doesn’t feel safe.

Came into town for a tennis tournament and I really enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn. The location of the hotel was convenient. Restaurants and the Tennis Center were all very close. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will look into staying here the next time I come back.

It was ok for a cheap price. Definitely did NOT match the online pictures. Plenty or stores and restaurants nearby. The area seemed a little unsafe right around the hotel.

The property is conveniently located to downtown without the price of staying downtown. The front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. But, the property is older and showing significant signs of wear and tear inside (wall damage, stained and damaged carpet, dull lighting, etc.); it felt very “shady.” Perhaps the biggest disappointment though was the breakfast. We didn’t have high expectations but when we arrived at 8am, many items had been picked over and not restocked, even the milk was empty.

Outdated, rusted, broken fixtures with poor lighting. Strong bleach smell in bedding. Hot water with good pressure but mold on shower head. Everything empty both days at breakfast and cranky staff saying i just filled it or i just got here, you must not be using it. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep but it did keep the room cool. The bed was decent once i got used to the bleach smell and exhausted by the loud ac unit. Spent as much time away as possibly. Ok if your looking for a dingy of dingiest stays. Slightly cheaper than other places but Fyi, pay a little extra for mych needed comfort!

Great, convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. Room was very dated but worked. An interior remodel is needed as the photos during the booking don’t correspond to the actual condition of the room! Wi-Fi faded in and out. Breakfast first morning was almost non-existing. There was no butter and not even plates available and nobody was there.

Not great, just okay. Remodeling definitely needs done. Offers breakfast which was pretty good, but counters weren’t cleaned off during time frame. Items weren’t replenished in a timely manner. Room: bed seemed clean, but sheets were very scratchy. Sloppy repainting job. But did offer coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge and safe which were used and appreciated. There was something slopped on the floor of the lobby that remained there all weekend.

Front desk person was fantastic!!! Very nice and helpful! Hotel smells a little musty. Rooms were decent but need refreshing. Close to all the action downtown.

The pool was warm but that's because of the humidity our dear Rome Ga is facing... all in all it was a great stay We'll be coming back next weekend and possibly getting a weeks stay

The hotel was a little run down but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty lame but the biggest problem I had was that they had no sugar for coffee in the morning. They knew they were out and could only say "I'm sorry" Not enough and they didn't seem too concerned. There is a grocery store just next door and they could have walked over and bought sugar since they were aware of being out!
