Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Victoria

La habitación estaba sucia, con olor a cigarrillos, encontramos cucarachas, grillos, arañas y chinches. No nos dieron toallas ni almohadas adecuadas. Se sentía inseguro, de hecho sufrimos daños a nuestro automóvil. La alberca estaba muy sucia y el área de lavado olía muy desagradable. No lo recomiendo para viajar con niños pequeños.

Bien, el hotel regular, en el baño de la habitación había un calcetin ajeno. Le falta mantenimiento al baño

I have stayed in some really bad hotels before but nothing like this one. The place should be condemmed. The complete hotel smelled horrible. The ceiling tiles in my room were hanging down and so dirty I am not sure if they were supposed to white. The bathroom was covered in mold, rust and holes in the sheetrock. THe carpet and bedding was so dirty that they were sticky. The front desk attendent would not come inside to check me in until she finished her cigarette. She continued her personal phone call the whole time during the checking process. DO NOT STAY HERE!

First off the pictures they have on this website are not even of the same property. I was totally catfished.

Ant infestation in our room. Staff resolved by switching us to a different room immediately. Hot tub was empty, non functional (full of dirt and leaves, no water) No hair dryer available in the room. Ceiling looked like it was falling apart. Rust in the bathrooms. Bed linens were clean. Air conditioning worked well. Repairs throughout the property looked like they were in desperate need of attention.
