Excellent facilities, definitely a resort feel to the place. Great location to explore Lytham St Annes and for buses up to Blackpool. Plenty of car parking. Great breakfast buffet. Only let down was the noise from the Inter-connecting room next to us which spoiled a good night's sleep

This is our 3rd visit to the Dalmeny and will not be our last Came with my 4 grandchildren and their parents. Family rooms spacious and comfortable. Meal options were good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities for the children were great.

The facilities are very good, especially the pool and jacuzzi which are so lovely. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to assist you, and the rooms are nice and spacious with sumptious comfortable beds.

We stayed on a 2 night trip as a treat to my partner on arrival service was good our room had a,fantastic sea,view was a,nice surprise facilities of pool and jacuzzi to use was a great plus breakfast was a buffet and well presented but little dissapointed on no mushrooms and no wide selection of fruit ie bananas grapes as only apples n orange on offer but overall id stay again no problem

Me and my partner came and stayed a weekend, as we had a race in Blackpool. We were allowed early access to the gym and pool facilities while they prepped our room, and we got to enjoy the nice little bar. Our room felt slightly dated however it was a great size and perfect for us. The gym and pool area was excellent, quiet and peaceful, some outdated bits but with it undergoing work cant complain too much. Food was lovely. We loved our stay and are likely to be back.

Clean spacious room, we had sea view balcony which was nice, rooms perhaps a little tired but not a problem, nice to have separate toilet from bathroom. No toilet brush or extractor in toilet. Room clean, though curtain was quite marked, but not a massive issue. Bed comfortable.

The pool was lovely, but the furniture was dated and tape around the drinks area in the room and mold/dark colours on the sealant, I was never asked if we enjoyed our stay when we handed our keys in, they were just taken, or hope enjoy your stay when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes to be seated on our last day for breakfast. Some of the hotel is modernised and some not, i would come again , near to the beach and a nice walk away to lytham

Excellent stay. Thank you. The only negative was the spa changing rooms. Rusting lockers. Tired Tiling . Cleaning leaves a lot be desired. I don't think the glass spa sauna door has been cleaned in months . It just did not feel very wholesome. Apart from that everything (particularly the restaurant ) exceeded my expectations

The room is out dated . And no air conditioning which making it very uncomfortable to sleep when it warm weather lots of little thing need to improve like no hair dryer when the room was cleaned tjey didn't change the bed sheets didn't hover not replaced the towels or toiletries.

Really lovely hotel with alot of facilities and opportunities for families to enjoy their stay. Breakfast and the bar areas were clean and well organised. My only disappointment was that although the room had obviously been given the once over and beds changed, there was food litter left in the wardrobe that had not been removed.

We stayed for two nights over the bank holiday weekend. Firstly we cannot fault the staff at all, every member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with our two young children and the room was not worth the money we paid, it was very dated and the bathroom needed a good clean as when we used the shower head lots of black mould came off the hose. The main reason for our terrible stay is the 2 nights of horrendous noise meaning that we got very little sleep. Noise carries so much throughout the hotel, doors banging constantly, kids incessantly running around the corridors until well after midnight screaming with no parents in sight and an extremely disruptive family playing excessively loud music, screaming, swearing and shouting until after 1am. The hotel staff did quickly address the disruption with the family in question when we called them but unfortunately the experience we had means that we wouldn't want to go back. It was a lot of money to pay for two absolutely rubbish nights sleep!

Staff were really friendly and the room was fab, couldn’t believe how big it was! It was also absolutely spotless. I used the pool, sauna and steam room which were a treat. the showers in the pool could be doing with a wee bit of TLC but on the whole we had a fab stay and will be back. Great value for money too.

I liked the idea of offering a £5 voucher for the bar if we didn't require the room cleaning. Rooms could do with updating a bit decor wise. Did not like the door to the adjoining room, it was locked which was fine but we could hear everything next door said and suppose they could hear us. I felt uncomfortable putting TV on and speaking when got up early in case woke next door room up. Equally we got woken up late at night by next door talking. For breakfast it would be nice to have the option of an omlette making. Never managed to eat in the restaurant because every day I tried to book a table there was never any availability.

We started to go to the Lytham festival. Lovely spacious room the hotel is huge, really deceptive as you wouldn't know from the outside. Modern decor and great food. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had problems getting back to the hotel as we couldn't find the festival bus and had no idea where we were. We phoned the hotel for help and they booked a taxi to pick us up and made sure we got back staff. Couldn't have done more to help us, Kerian was great. The hotel is right on the main promonade so had a great view and really close to the town centre. We not said we'd go again

We started to go to the Lytham festival. Lovely spacious room the hotel is huge, really deceptive as you wouldn't know from the outside. Modern decor and great food. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had problems getting back to the hotel as we couldn't find the festival bus and had no idea where we were. We phoned the hotel for help and they booked a taxi to pick us up and made sure we got back staff. Couldn't have done more to help us, Kerian was great. The hotel is right on the main promonade so had a great view and really close to the town centre. We not said we'd go again

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of activities in and around it. We visited with two young children, and there was loads of things to keep them occupied. Our room was spacious and we had plenty of storage. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the food served in the restaurant is a very high quality. But the best thing about the Dalmeny is definitely the staff, who all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The customer service is excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of activities in and around it. We visited with two young children, and there was loads of things to keep them occupied. Our room was spacious and we had plenty of storage. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the food served in the restaurant is a very high quality. But the best thing about the Dalmeny is definitely the staff, who all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The customer service is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were really happy with our free upgrade on our room. The staff were all friendly and the hotel facilities were fab. My burger was awful but the rest of the food was all nice. The drinks were also very slow in coming. We were not given any discount for our bad experience which I felt was disappointing. But the staff were very nice and trying their best. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay

Great location. Lovely modern clean room. The swimming pool and spa facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of well presented food. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

Excellent facilities, definitely a resort feel to the place. Great location to explore Lytham St Annes and for buses up to Blackpool. Plenty of car parking. Great breakfast buffet. Only let down was the noise from the Inter-connecting room next to us which spoiled a good night's sleep

We started to go to the Lytham festival. Lovely spacious room the hotel is huge, really deceptive as you wouldn't know from the outside. Modern decor and great food. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had problems getting back to the hotel as we couldn't find the festival bus and had no idea where we were. We phoned the hotel for help and they booked a taxi to pick us up and made sure we got back staff. Couldn't have done more to help us, Kerian was great. The hotel is right on the main promonade so had a great view and really close to the town centre. We not said we'd go again

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of activities in and around it. We visited with two young children, and there was loads of things to keep them occupied. Our room was spacious and we had plenty of storage. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the food served in the restaurant is a very high quality. But the best thing about the Dalmeny is definitely the staff, who all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The customer service is excellent.

This is our 3rd visit to the Dalmeny and will not be our last Came with my 4 grandchildren and their parents. Family rooms spacious and comfortable. Meal options were good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities for the children were great.

Hotel rooms was dated. Housekeeping inconsistent. Spent 10 days and never knew when housekeeping was likely to clean the room. Why can't simple do not disturb placards be available to indicate whether you need housekeeping services? Requested an ironing board and iron the first day, and housekeeping never removed it the entire 10-day stay. Sheet and towel service and toiletries and coffee service were replaced inconsistently. Doors rattled every time a person walked up the stairs. Parking can be a challenge. Good luck parking in the underground parking. Very small stalls. Good luck getting into the small lot in front, only found parking in front between 1 and 3 pm. NO air conditioning, and small fans were not available until the 3rd day of my stay. Pros: Breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff was very attentive to the food quality and availability, constantly checking on the temp, stirring items and replenishing as needed. Found it hard to check in for breakfast as the desk was manned in an inconsistent manner. Some days I was seated by staff and other days it was self serve seating. I preferred the self seating option, why would I want you to choose where i sit? Nice location in a nice town

Would stay in the area again but may try a different hotel next time although not many of the hotels looked like they had seaview balconies.

Reception was very good as were the staff in the restaurant and bar areas..we only stayed 2 nights but found the entertainment good and bar prices were reasonable. We went with the grandchild so had a family room which I must say was huge and had a balcony and the two bedroom areas were separated… All in all it was a very pleasant stay… Downside is as always along the front there are more visitors than parking spaces.. This hotel had lots but some were at the rear of the property so a little way to carry your bags..In general terms most of the communal areas were clean and well presented. However in our room in particular sun damage to the carpet by the sliding doors to the balcony was very obvious and threadbare.. The thermostat on the shower was inoperable,(reported to reception and dealing with it). But an ice cold shower both mornings was a definite wake up call…Good hotel just a little tired
