Sonne und Ski! Wunderschönes Haus in der Innenstadt auf 1,5 Hektar! Perfekt für Winterskitouren!

For our multigenerational gathering this home was perfect. I use the word "home" for good reason; though an upscale Santa Fe property, warmth and welcome greeted us as we entered. The secluded setting and natural landscape made for a peaceful getaway and quality family time. Prior emails with the owners prepared us for the fact that the accommodations were not quite as advertised: there was no 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds (it was a queen bed), and the sofa sleeper was no longer in the alcove off the dining room. It wasn't a problem for our teenagers and young adult, since they can sleep anywhere, and there were several sofas available with adequate extra linens. However, the same number of adults (9) would not find enough privacy. Many thanks to Emily and Brad for their generous hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this rental was stocked on good cooking utensils. The hot tub was clean and in good working condition. There is a nice little fire pit a few steps away from the patio with chairs. You do have to look for it, but it’s there. It was in a neighborhood but there was definitely breathing space between houses. The house itself is beautiful. Easy check in/check out. Very close to the plaza. All in all, it was great.

This home was truly wonderful. Perfect for a week-long holiday/ski trip or anything else! Super pet-friendly and awesome exploring opportunities in backyard/arroyo with pups. Nicely decorated and super comfy with everything you need. You can walk down to the Plaza if you want, or a quick drive too. The backyard area is awesome with lots of room to hang/entertain, and the hot tub is perfect. This is the home that you'd like to have as your own all the time!

Beautiful property in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We had a family reunion - 4 adult siblings and our 87 year old mother. We made meals and spent hours talking and catching up. It was a great home.

An absolutely wonderful home. The decorations and the character of the home are irreplaceable. The location is fantastic and very close to the plaza. We could not have asked for better.
