Hotel Strudlhof Vienna

Das Hotel ist ganz gut. Parkgebühren in der Tiefgarage 25 Euro pro Tag. Frühstück ist befriedigend. Gute Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn in die Stadt.

La chambre est Ok, petit déjeuner simple avec les essentiels et quelques options dairy free/vegan (ex: lait de soja). En revanche, le personnel de l'accueil et du bar se sont montré assez médiocre. L'hôtesse du lobby a essayé de nous faire payer le sejour qui etait deja payé et quand nous lui avons fait remarqué, elle nous a dit que non, elle avait jusge pianoté qur la borne de paiement CB comme ça, sans raison..de plus, son anglais etait tres maigre donc difficile d'echanger avec elle, étonnant pour une hotesse d'acceuil. La dame du bar etait juste désagréable en tous points. A noter que le hammam était HS donc pas d'accès a la salle de sport non plus.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig: der Getränkeautomat schluckt gefräßig 10 Euro Scheine aber spuckt kein Wechselgeld mehr aus. - das war ein teures Late-Night-Getränk, aber da kann das Hotel auch nichts dafür ;)

Excellent stuff, very nice property, nice view from the roof terrace, close to metro about 10 minutes walk and other transportation about 5 minutes walk. I would stay again, I give 5 out of 6 because there is no swimming pool.

Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es besteht auch eine gute Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern, Toilette räumlich getrennt, großes Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, aber am Wochenende gibt es genug öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Hotel Strudelhof firstly, great location, 20mins walking distance into the old city tourist area. Tube station and tram bus services closer. Quiet area with supermarkets, bars and restaurants to hand. Which was needed. The hotel in my opinion is tired and run down. Rooms need an overhaul, air conditioning is not effective and was needed as temps reached over 30 c during our stay. Yes the rooms were equipped with tea and coffee facilities, but not replenished each day. The bathrooms were clean and fresh towels each morning. Unfortunately the bar/bistro was closed down and has been for a while which was disappointing. It is now a bag storage area … there is a vending machine in foyer. The roof top terrace is a small unwelcoming balcony area , as is the garden picnic area, a space near the breakfast room at back of hotel where smokers can go. The breakfast buffet was fair, fresh fruits , breads and continental meats , cheeses and a hot selection. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, Uve, Marina and Robert. We booked transfer to and from the airport through the hotel…. Uber is cheaper! We enjoyed our Vienna trip but hotel didn’t live upto our expectations.

this property was wonderful to stay at. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. The breakfast's were by far the best on our whole trip. The staff were extremely helpful with our questions. Our only small complaint was finding the property and parking the car. This was eventually completed. Parking was expensive. We would recommend and stay here again.

Hotel was nice and in a very good location. Excellent staff, our flight was delayed and checked in around 1am. Even though it was 1am the desk was manned and again excellent service from the staff. Room was a good size, had a separate toilet and bathroom. As requested we had two separate single beds. Only negative was the rooms did not have air con, this would have been ok however the temperature outside was hot and each of our rooms had a vent which was pumping out hot air above the mini-bar/fridge. The temperature was bearable but not very comfortable. Car parking was available, €20 per day/night which I deemed expensive (but was in central Vienna). The car park was small, cars not always parking in the spaces hence very tight.

Ao chegar o quarto atribuído não abriu, a fechadura estava avariada. A limpeza diária era boa, mas o quarto tinha manchas (permanente) na carpete. Mobílias com muito uso. Globalmente quente, mas não era possível gerir a temperatura do quarto Gel de banho/shampoo apenas 1, para tudo, parecia sabão de mãos, péssimo Roupa de cama muito escassa, um único cobertor muito curto. Almofadas péssimas, estava sozinha num quarto com cama de casal, pelo que tive que usar as 4 almofadas disponíveis para fazer a altura de 1 almofada Cortinas não vendavam a luz completamente.

Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Teppich im Zimmer mit Löchern und verschmutzt und Wände dreckig. Größtes Manko jedoch war, dass die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel außer Betrieb war und es dadurch unerträglich heiß und stickig im Zimmer war. Es gab wohl Beschwerden aus der Nachbarschaft wegen des Lärms, worauf die Anlage abgeschaltet wurde. Über diesen Zustand wurde weder beim Check in informiert noch wurde ein Rabatt angeboten. Auf Beschwerde haben wir dann einen Ventilator in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Das

Vi valde hotellet eftersom det var ett prisvärt hotell med luftkonditionering. Hotellets så kallade luftkonditionering innebar fläktar utplacerade i rummen. I badrummet fanns svartmögel och temperaturen i hotellet var runt 28 grader. Hade inte rekommenderat det till någon på sommarhalvåret.

Sehr gute Lage, aber runtergekommen. Seifenspender und Klobrille defekt, Teppich dreckig, Spinnweben. Zimmerkarten funktionieren wiederholt nicht. Bei Anreise mit Auto keine Möglichkeit, vor dem Hotel zum Auspacken zu halten, geschweige denn Parkmöglichkeit.Rezeptionspersonal völlig ratlos und überfordert.

Hotel Strudlhof was a great find! First and foremost, it was CLEAN! In fact, it was spotless! My room was very large, far bigger than average, and it had an amazing amount of storage space. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were rather flat. Breakfast was generous, varied and delicious. It was served in a lovely restaurant. I was totally charmed by the beautiful neighborhood. It was very quiet but lively. Several restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. All in all, this hotel is a winner!

Our room was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location is great for taking public transportation to visit Vienna's attractions. There are many restaurants within walking distant.

Una struttura che potrebbe essere perfetta ma gestita poco adeguatamente, soprattutto se si tiene conto che e classificata come quattro stelle. Il personale è poco accidente e preparato all'accoglienza, eccezion fatta per il portiere del mattino. Il resto dei suoi colleghi non creano la benché minima empatia col cliente, rimandando al suddetto collega ogni richiesta, o, addirittura, com'è capitato al sottoscritto che chiedeva informazioni turistiche, ad interrogare internet. La pulizia ed il rassetto delle camere insufficienti, il bagno, di vecchia generazione, aveva la doccia in una vasca da bagno dal bordo altissimo, con il rischio di cadere ogni volta che si scavalcava per uscire, l'acqua non defluivan regolarmente, creando una pozzanghera sgradevole ed il tubo della doccia perdeva acqua. Il lavabo era ingiallito dal tempo e dall'usura. Il servizio di pulizia non ha rifornito quotidianamente il materiale di consumo utilizzato (saponi e sacchetto immondizia nel cestino), e la vecchia moquette, impolverata e macchiata, non è mai stata pulita, causando al sottoscritto problemi di allergia. Il rassetto del letto consisteva a piegare in quattro il piumone in dotazione, lasciando i cuscini (che una volta doveva essere di piume, ormai polverizzate e decimate) nella medesima posizione in cui li avevamo lasciati noi, non erano in dotazione cuscini alternativi o aggiuntivi, e abbiamo trovato ogni sera, al rientro, bottiglie vuote o altro materiale di consumo, lasciato all'uscita.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett fest und nicht durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Perfekt war ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Einziges Manko war, dass die Dusche in einer Badewanne war. Absolutes Highlight war für uns ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Zimmer im 6. Stock unangenehm heiß.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente: todo queda muy cerca y es accesible con un solo tranvía. Sin embargo, mejoraría la calidad de las almohadas y renovaría la tapicería, ya que es bastante antigua y desprende un olor desagradable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would recommend. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice, quite location. Clean room, with good air conditioning. Great buffet breakfast. Only negative, would be the poor pillows, which I'm sure would have been corrected if we had asked.

Com excelente localização, próximo a restaurantes, cafés e supermercados, o hotel oferece café da manhã completo e variado. Os recepcionistas sempre muito atenciosos. O quarto é grande, com armários e cofre, frigobar, chaleira com opções de café e chás à disposição.

Friendly service, a convenient location far away from any crowds and traffic but easily accessible by transit, and a clean and comfortable room. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious as well.

Hotel, Lage, Zimmer super. Service und Personal am Empfang lässt zu wünschen übrig. Eine Rechnung beim check-out dauert mindestens 10 Minuten, wobei der Kollege am Vorabend eigentlich alles vorbereitet hatte.. es war aber wichtiger nebenbei mit den Kollegen zu quatschen.. I showed up and was told there was a "small problem." The "small problem is that there was no room for me, despite my reservation!! They sent me to another hotel & didn't even offer to get me a taxi or anything. I had to walk there, dragging all my luggage. I was late for a ticketed event as a result of this nonsense. Absolutely ridiculous. Guy at the front desk couldn't have been less helpful. Don't stay with these people!!

Very odd and disappointing experience. We were initially told we'd been transferred to their sister hotel because the Strudlhof's was full, and that it was the same spec, but the room was half the size and run down. We then returned to the main hotel, after a long faff transferring our luggage from the sister car park, and were put in a 5th floor suite room - which seemed generous until we realised the AC was broken (in hot weather). They couldn't fix and offered no compensation. Reception staff were odd. One refused to tell us his name. Our request to extend our stay by a night at the same rate we'd booked was refused, we were told we'd have to rebook and move rooms. Then on the final day the supervisor picked a pointless argument about checkout times many hours after we'd already checked out.

Oh man alter, das Hotel & Palais Strudelhof liegt im wunderbaren 9ten Bezirk, die Bim fährt direkt vor der Haustür, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man zu einem fairen Preis die Tiefgarage nutzen. War ein Träumchen.

緑の多い静かな環境のホテルで過ごしやすかった。屋上からの眺めも最高。KarlsplatzからDのトラムで20分弱、Bauernferdplatzで降りるとすぐ。Ｕ4の地下鉄駅からは歩１２分くらいだがなれると遠いとは感じなかった。朝食は平日と土曜日6:30から、日曜祝日は7:00からで、私は有難かった。4泊したがタオルは毎日取り替えてくれた。シーツの取り替えはなかった。部屋の電球が切れてしまい、フロントに言ったら新しいのと付け替えると言ってくれたが、結局切れたままだった。

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to Tram D that leads to the Vienna's center. The breakfast is excellent with fine foods. My wife and I recommend it enthusiastically.
