Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Frühstücksauswahl. Auch der dazugehörige Fitnessraum und die Sauna bieten Entspannung. Für einen Kurztrip zu zweit übers Wochenende sehr zu empfehlen.

Breakfast was basic- nothing wow. Honestly, the offer in other 4* hotels was way better. More diverse. Our room was very big and nice. They didn't clean our balcony, so you would open the door and couldn't step out (Schade!). The entrance should be improved. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs which wasnt fine. Location is excellent! Safe area! We didn't have much contact to staff and when- dont expect a friendly smile or so ( both Reception and Breakfast) Though, there was a very pleasant and nice young gentleman ( blond Kellner - thumbs up for him, the only one who was always really friendly and in a good mood, sehr fleißig! ). Our room (it was one of the big ones on the floor) had really bad isolation, you could hear the room next door loud and clear... this should be improved. Also problems with signal📱in basically the whole hotel (I have austrian sim). Bed was good, not too soft not too hard. Bathroom clean, specious. All in all- Recommended for a short stay.

The stay was overall really great. the ONLY reason I gave less than 5 stars was because the bar was not open for several days while I was there and the last 2 days I was there, the internet was not working. However, It is very close to the underground which is a BIG plus, the staff are really wonderful. The room was very spacious and very clean. I will stay there again when I return to Vienna.

Definitely not four stars, extremely underwhelming room and bathroom. Building is historic and not modernized much. Did have a nice sauna, but not much for a fitness center. Parking is a bit of a pain. Staff were very friendly. Location is OK, but not necessarily convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel itself has been nicely remodeled, and is very clean. Nice bar, great restaurant breakfast was awesome. Downside they turned the air off for winter and the room was a hotbox (didn’t tell this until we got there- had to leave balcony door open). They closed the bar on Sunday without notice and the wifi didn’t work, room service was sparse. They need better managing. Place next door was being renovated so 7am wake up to pounding and sawing.

Parkering i p-hus på anden side af vejen - OBS! Der er begrænsede antal pladser. Pris xa. 23 euro pr. døgn. Kan man finde gadeparkering er det gratis.

The lady and the check in was beyond efficient. Got through everything super clearly. Parking is just around the corner and you can get it paid at the hotel itself. Quite steep at 26 Euros per day so everything is on the pricier side in Austria. The room was super quiet which was amazing. Beds were also comfortable

Nous sommes venu à Vienne pour l'anniversaire de ma fille et nous avons passé trois nuit dans cet hôtel. Les points forts : notre chambre a été bien aménagée, propre et espacieuse, le centre ville et l'arrêt de train pour l'aéroport n'est pas trop loin, quant à nous, on a fait beaucoup de trajets à pieds depuis l'hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Et si vous êtes fatigués de vos visites, vous pouvez vous détendre dans la saune et l'espace bien être de l'hôtel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vraiment.

Tienes dos paradas de metro una 7 min y otra a 5 min caminado también está el tranvía a 5 min caminando. Hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca. El centro está a unos 15 min caminando donde hay una gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas. Para ir a los sitios turísticos compramos en el hotel la Vienna card que te incluye el transporte por el número de días que la compras y te da descuentos en los sitios de interés. La recepción muy correcta y el señor del bar muy amable 10/10. Puntos a mejorar: la limpieza/ manteniendo del a/c las aspas muy sucias y había un pelo en el vaso del baño (no lo notificamos a la recepción y también pedimos que no nos hagan la limpieza el resto de días durante nuestra estancia). Si lo recomendaría.

No more than 3 out of 5 stars to rate my experience: the building is fine, but in general I did not get a real 4**** hotel experience as far as the service is concerned: I had to complain to get the towels changed in the 2 rooms that paid for, while they had simply taken the ones left on the floor (wet, and with some clear stains) and folded them again, very unacceptable. And not a real smoke free hotel either: somebody from the staff was smoking while cleaning the terrace where the rooms open on the 4th floor on 26/08/2025 at 09:45, unacceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nestroy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room clean & comfortable, and the location very convenient (approx 15-20 minute walk to central tourist sights or an easy journey on the metro from the station a few minutes walk from the hotel). There was plenty of choice at breakfast too. Would stay again!

El check in tuve que llenar yo toda mi información en una tableta, el elevador estaba sucio, la habitación muy reducida y lo peor para mí la puerta del baño era de cristal transparente al lado de la cama, lo cual me parece pésimo, prefiero sea íntimo

Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Bett war super. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Kaffee tip top.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Tresor im Zimmer welcher auch für eine etwas größere Fotoausrüstung Platz bietet. Negativ finde ich die Praxis, Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach als Schnäppchen an Nutzer von Buchungsportalen zu verkaufen obwohl vermutlich die angeblichen Normalpreise nur selten für ein Zimmer verlangt werden, in welchem man im Sommer direkt vor der Lüftung der Klimaanlage schlafen muss.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Tresor im Zimmer welcher auch für eine etwas größere Fotoausrüstung Platz bietet. A lovely stay in Vienna. Great staff on reception, attentive friendly and polite. Room was very comfortable and clean, facilities were all great. Would happily stay here again, I definitely recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was after reading the mixed reviews. Location was great, room was clean & comfortable - only issue was the air conditioning was faulty, this did not impact our stay. Bartender on Sunday 12 May was fantastic & went the extra mile for us. Breakfast was great & lots of choice. Everything was very freshly prepared & can’t fault a thing. Walk to the main square 15-20 mins, bus, tram & hop on buses all stop nearby. Really glad we chose the hotel & would recommend to anyone!

No more than 3 out of 5 stars to rate my experience: the building is fine, but in general I did not get a real 4**** hotel experience as far as the service is concerned: I had to complain to get the towels changed in the 2 rooms that paid for, while they had simply taken the ones left on the floor (wet, and with some clear stains) and folded them again, very unacceptable. And not a real smoke free hotel either: somebody from the staff was smoking while cleaning the terrace where the rooms open on the 4th floor on 26/08/2025 at 09:45, unacceptable.

Thought it was really cool that they offered a credit at the bar for skipping housekeeping for a day. I charged a drink to the room, but at checkout, they wouldn't give the credit. Said I had to have a coin to give the bar, but the instructions didn't say that.

The lady and the check in was beyond efficient. Got through everything super clearly. Parking is just around the corner and you can get it paid at the hotel itself. Quite steep at 26 Euros per day so everything is on the pricier side in Austria. The room was super quiet which was amazing. Beds were also comfortable

Zimmer wurde durch Hotel schon vor der Ankunft abgebucht, obwohl ganz klar die Option „Zahlen im Hotel“ gewählt wurde. Vor Ort dann freundliches Personal welches geschaut hat, aber „unnötige“ zusatzschlaufe.

It's right by the metro which makes it easy to go and from the airport. It's in a lovely neighborhood which is explorable with nice walks that lead up to a bridge that crosses the Danube to reach the city center. The hotel itself is quiet and well put. It was clean and the staff was helpful. This was our second time choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint.

It’s a good location. Close to Unahn line 1. Convenient to neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, grocery store. Had minimal contact with staff, but when needed they were polite and helpfull. Did not eat the breakfast at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nestroy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room clean & comfortable, and the location very convenient (approx 15-20 minute walk to central tourist sights or an easy journey on the metro from the station a few minutes walk from the hotel). There was plenty of choice at breakfast too. Would stay again!

A decent stay. We had breakfast, buy it did not correspond to quality/taste of a 4star and of it's price. There are better options with far less mpp in the area. The personnel were very friendly and helpful that's why 4/5.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Frühstücksauswahl. Auch der dazugehörige Fitnessraum und die Sauna bieten Entspannung. Für einen Kurztrip zu zweit übers Wochenende sehr zu empfehlen.

Idéalement situé dans Vienne à quelques pas du métro. Hôtel moderne et propre, personnel serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien mais manque de produits sans gluten et de fruits. Parfait séjour.

I booked this hotel for four nights during our stay in Vienna because it offered everything we were looking for: spacious family accommodation, a gym, sauna and an excellent location. As we were driving, we first had to check in and then move the car to a nearby parking area, which was only a short distance away and cost around €25 per night. However, my first impression of the service was disappointing. I had to unload all our luggage, load it onto a trolley and then park the car. By the time I returned, my wife had checked us in, but nobody at reception offered to help with the luggage. I appreciate the hotel may not have a porter, but I would have expected someone to at least offer assistance. Small gestures like this can make a big difference to a guest’s first impression. Thankfully, everything else was generally very good. The accommodation was spacious and worked well for our family. My wife and I used the downstairs bedroom, while the children stayed upstairs on the sofa bed. There was also a separate toilet and a useful workspace upstairs. The room and facilities were perfectly adequate, and I liked the hotel’s efforts to reduce waste. The gym was very small with limited equipment, so I wouldn’t describe it as a full gym, but it was sufficient for a basic workout. I didn’t use the sauna, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a good stay. My main feedback is that reception staff should show more initiative in helping arriving guests.
