Best Western The Royal Chase Hotel

Ordentliches Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Flur standen große Ventilatoren auf dem Teppichboden, warum auch immer. Die Betten waren okay, das Bad sauber. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Der Preis war sehr hoch.

Room was clean, staff were all lovely and very helpful. Parking was easy and we could see our car from our window. Breakfast was amazing, such a great choice and all served with a smile from our cheery waitress. Only downside was the noise from the people chatting in the carpark right under our window on the first night. Also our room’s floor sloped rather drastically in places so getting out of bed in the middle of the night for the loo was like being on board ship, staggering to the middle of the room then climbing back up towards the bathroom again. But as a 3 star hotel it was great. And yes I’d go back again but maybe ask for a room at the back so I didn’t hear the traffic so much

Comfortable and large room. Free parking. Bonus swimming pool and sauna. Hotel had trouble linking paid external booking but was soon sorted out.

Very basic room. Staff were friendly.
