Good value for money location for SW London attractions. Easy access and plenty of parking.

Nice room in a nice area. Staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Huge car park for the amount of rooms and they allowed us to park there all day on check-in and checkout day.

Location was great. Very good style of hotel outside and communal areas were very good. Free plentiful parking. We had an excellent room- 212- a large family suite with two separate beds for our children. Really spacious. Very warm inside room. It was quiet for us. Breakfast was good but was not very quick- we had each plate one at a time so by the time my breakfast came the rest of my family had all taken turns to finish. Only other thing was tables weren’t being cleared after use and it felt a bit dirty/ cluttered. But would recommend this hotel if near Thorpe Park and was very convenient for Staines too.

Really great service from all staff members. We went out in the evening and came back late, we let the staff know so we could still get into the parking and once we got back they locked the gates. Food looked and smelt amazing but sadly we had no time to eat. Room was good, bed a bit lumpy though. Will stay again

We've stayed here a couple of times now just prior to flying out of Heathrow. The hotel is well-located and clean. This time we were in the newer part downstairs which I preferred. The Saffron restaurant serves great food. We did find the car park locked on the morning of our early exit, but luckily staff came to our rescue after a short while - they hadn't been anywhere in sight when we passed the reception desk. Will stay again if we're in the area.

Only had a couple of minor issues which the staff dealt with promptly. Hotel had a very noisy function/wedding on a Saturday afternoon. The music could be felt in the room. The function meant the car park was full and we had to park elsewhere but the function did end early evening. Breakfast very good. Could of done with a small fridge in room. Overall quite nice.

Very nice and cozy hotel for stays with parking and breakfast included. Staff is very helpful and accommodative ...the family room was very spacious

It was adequate for our one night stay in Staines to accommodate our family and be near The Swan where we were meeting up with old friends. Breakfast was also decent. However, I’m not sure I’d choose this property again. The updates to bathrooms were nice though I think for us it’s the musty and damp smells combined with being dated that put us off.

Exceptionally clean room/bathroom. Comfortable bed, had best sleep in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay again, very comfortable, excellent parking and the breakfast was superb. The bathroom was generally immaculate but there was a marked build up of dirty scale at the base of the shower screen in room 204 which was a shame.

Sadly this hotel is in a very poor state. The staff were friendly but there was a sense that they were trying very hard in the face of certain failure. My room was in need of a deep clean - grime around the shower, which flooded water all over the floor - carpet stains, wall stains, curtains that smell like cigarette smoke. The ‘view’ from this ‘Executive Room’ is of a brick wall, which makes it very claustrophobic. The worst part though was that the shower provided no hot water both nights of my stay, so I was unable to have a hot shower after a long flight. I asked at the front desk after the first night and was told it would be fixed but it wasn’t and I wasn’t offered a different room. Not having access to hot water to bathe seems like the very bare minimum for a hotel room, let alone one that cost this much. I was directed to email the manager and have asked twice via email for a partial refund, which seems totally reasonable under the circumstances, but I haven't even had a response. This really seems like a failing business (the restaurant on site never had more than a couple of people in it, even over a weekend) and there’s a sense of decay about the whole place. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone, largely because my requests were just ignored. It’s okay to make mistakes - we all do that - but to ignore a customer’s polite requests is a red flag.

Rooms were okay if grubby dirty around toilet seat service was good food okay indian food very good restaurant a little tired but it is a old building .

Another lovely stay at this good value hotel. There is a good free carpark, good breakfast and very clean and comfortable rooms.

It was really good just that there was a urine smell in the bedroom not the bathroom but actually where the bed was.

The hotel is completely dated and very old fashioned…we booked a king size bed and when we arrived the bed was definitely not a king size bed but a very small double 🙄 it’s not very well sign posted in the hotel and it took us a while to even find the restaurant for breakfast…we were very disappointed with our stay and won’t be staying again!!

Large rooms that were nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Rate included parking and full breakfast.

We were very impressed with the size of the room, very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children.

Small but comfortable room. When I got there the safe was broken and the TV didn’t work. They fixed the TV and just gave me the master key for the safe. It’s a very noisy hotel and you can hear everything going on inside and outside. Breakfast was ok but nothing more than that.

This was a very nice find. Free parking close to Heathrow. Great breakfast. Only problem bed was a little old and needed replacing, but otherwise would stay again

We found the hotel to be comfortable, and very well situated. The decor of the rooms was nice and everything was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We will stay here again.

Hotel location is great and close to the city centre, the car parking is very convenient. My room/bath was very small and the bed certainly not the best. My room had no window. The breakfast was freshly prepared and great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful cooked breakfast and service. Joban, Habiba and Magda made our stay so pleasant. All 3 ladies went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We travel a lot and let me say you are lucky to have these ladies employed. We have never had such personal care in any country. If I could take them with me during all our travels i would! Please reward them, they definitely deserve it!

I enjoyed the character/style of the hotel. The staff was helpful, professional and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious!

Very friendly staff, warm environment, excellent location and easy reach to the airport with the bus stop at the back street and train to London. We will definitely be back

Great spot. We stayed for 1 evening and used the restaurant. Really quiet as well. Good location to walk along the Thames to the spot where the Magna Carta was signed 800 years ago.

Easy access to the property, plenty of room in the carpark, short walk into Staines, staff extremely friendly and helpful, great choice for breakfast.

A very good, convenient hotel in many regards. Ample on-site parking, good, clean rooms, next to the river and the Swan that also has very good dining. A short journey into town, Windsor, the train station, or Heathrow.

Last minute stay due to flight cancellation and weather issues. Close to airport and allowed for a good nights sleep.

Great Stay, comfy beds, good breakfast and excellent curry house attached.

The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy It was annoying that we could not get an evening meal, we were told they only had one chef working and said we needed to book anyway. When checking in we were not told this which was frustrating as had to find alternative arrangements for food. The bed was uncomfortable Breakfast was ok although the cooked food was only just warm

This place is a real little gem! Loved my stay. I was there for 3 nights and loved every second. The team are incredible and very accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfy although I personally prefer a firmer bed but that’s just a personal choice The breakfast is incredible
