The kids (ages 8, 12 & 19) were first through the front door (of course) and immediately overjoyed with excitement saying “this place is awesome”! The space was so open and welcoming and decorated perfectly to make it homey and relaxing. A home away from home for sure! The backyard was a relaxing enjoyable space and we got so much use out of the pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated, but being that we were visiting from New York in April the kids did not mind one bit and still swam even though the water was probably around 70 degrees! Mom & Dad stuck to the hot tub!! The grill as well as the patio furniture and table was perfect for when we grilled out for dinner one night. Such a clean and well taken care of property and close by stores and things to do. Our first trip to Arizona was 100% a success and wonderful memory!! Thank you for being such great hosts and for the special gift in the refrigerator!!

Our family loved staying here! It is very nice and welcoming. We arrived to some special treats which was very thoughtful! The beds are actually comfortable, there is plenty of room so it doesn’t seem like everyone is on top of each other, the kitchen is wonderful and so helpful to have it stocked with dishes, utensils, and even Tupperware. Loved the fact this home had a washer and dryer so we were able to keep up with laundry and not have to worry about dirty clothes when we return home. And the best part is the pool! It’s lovely in the backyard to just sit and listening to the sounds of the waterful. Every morning we went outside and sat at the shallow end of the where there are two chairs sitting in the water. My kids absolutely loved having a pool in the backyard and spent most of there time there! The location is excellent as well and so close to many stores, other attractions, and the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be coming back that’s for sure!

Great stay at this location, with no unresolved issues. The area is a nice neighborhood, which is great for morning walks with a wide variety of larger houses, as well as the older houses, some of which still contain hobby farms. Not close enough to notice, yet part of what makes this neighborhood so unique. Although slightly isolated within the neighborhood, within a mile is a large variety of grocery stores, other shopping and restaurants. Nothing more than a 5 minute drive to shopping/dining. Going the other direction, the road right outside the neighborhood goes directly in to downtown Gilbert, again with shopping, bars/restaurants, and even a theater. We stayed here with friends last year and enjoyed it enough to rebook this year. There are 2 large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers. No tub, but that wasn't an issue with our group. The living room is large and nice for relaxing with a big screen TV. Good size kitchen, which is nicely stocked, along with a full dining room. Double covered garage with opener. The outside pool/patio area is very nice, and although it was too cool to swim, we were able to use the table and chairs around the pool, as well as the hot tub. We had a minor issue with the internet, but the property manager worked with us, even though it was a Sunday, to get this resolved. Overall, great location, beautiful property, and no issues, perfect for a week away to the warmth of AZ.

This place was PERFECT! The pool was wonderful to have available and EVERYTHING was thought of to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Though it was right next to the main house, we never were bugged by the owners (though it wouldn't have bothered me to say hi!) It was within a 10-15 minute drive of everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're headed to Arizona!

We absolutely loved our time here! It was soComfy, clean, quiet location, grounds and home well maintained. Very accommodating and relaxing place. They even provided a cute welcome treat and wine which rarely happens at Vrbo’s. The only thing I wished that was better was a heated pool as it was too cold to swim in it last week of February and maybe some more pillows on the bed. Other than that it was perfect and we plan to come back for a visit very soon. Thanks again for helping make our time even more enjoyable.

Overall it is a beautiful home. Pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing but be aware, the pool is not heated. With the outside temperature in the 60's, the pool water was too cold to use. We did use the spa which was warm and relaxing. The inside was decorated appropriately and the amenities were appreciated. Some repairs should be addressed. Overall our stay was very nice.

Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean. Did not like that the check in information was not provided until 10 minutes before the check in time since we were driving. It was a little stressful the day of check in. Also did not like that you had to go out the front door to get to the back yard. But overall a nice home.

I really enjoyed this property. The backyard was nicely landscaped and had plenty of seating. We felt like we had our own personal mini resort. The house was very clean with all needed amenities. We appreciated the comfortable living area and the AC working well during the hot Arizona afternoons. I had great communication with the host as well.

The pictutes doesn't do this property justice. Very spacious rooms with classy decor in a safe and private location. The outside space with pool and spa made this a perfect oasis in Gilbert. We will definitely recommend.

Clean and beautiful property. It was nice to have a garage to park in. Our only issue was with TV in living room. It would not connect to the internet so we could stream our Netflix.

My family of six truly enjoyed our three night stay! My children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool. The home is very clean, roomy, cool, comfy and just a place like home. Location is away from street noise and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was a few minutes away from some shopping venues. We will definitely stay again, when we’re in the area.

The layout of this house was really nice and all the rooms were very well appointed. It was close to family we came to visit and also close to downtown Gilbert. We enjoyed the farmer’s market! I think this is our favorite VRBO house!

This property was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and everything we needed was there. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed the comforting atmosphere. Great stay at this location, with no unresolved issues. The area is a nice neighborhood, which is great for morning walks with a wide variety of larger houses, as well as the older houses, some of which still contain hobby farms. Not close enough to notice, yet part of what makes this neighborhood so unique. Although slightly isolated within the neighborhood, within a mile is a large variety of grocery stores, other shopping and restaurants. Nothing more than a 5 minute drive to shopping/dining. Going the other direction, the road right outside the neighborhood goes directly in to downtown Gilbert, again with shopping, bars/restaurants, and even a theater. We stayed here with friends last year and enjoyed it enough to rebook this year. There are 2 large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers. No tub, but that wasn't an issue with our group. The living room is large and nice for relaxing with a big screen TV. Good size kitchen, which is nicely stocked, along with a full dining room. Double covered garage with opener. The outside pool/patio area is very nice, and although it was too cool to swim, we were able to use the table and chairs around the pool, as well as the hot tub. We had a minor issue with the internet, but the property manager worked with us, even though it was a Sunday, to get this resolved. Overall, great location, beautiful property, and no issues, perfect for a week away to the warmth of AZ.

Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean. Did not like that the check in information was not provided until 10 minutes before the check in time since we were driving. It was a little stressful the day of check in. Also did not like that you had to go out the front door to get to the back yard. But overall a nice home.

We loved staying in this property. It was perfect for our Arizona getaway. It was on a quiet street and had a lot of privacy. The home was spacious and very clean. The hot tub had a few issues but Jessica was so great to help get that resolved and she was very good at communicating with me! I would highly recommend this home and would consider rebooking for a future stay!

The sweet escape was all that and more. Everything was as advertised and we truly enjoyed our stay. The property was neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen and all we needed for a great stay. Some games or a deck of cards was the only thing we looked for and couldn't find. The welcome food and drinks in the fridge were a very nice touch. Communication with the owner was clear, timely and efficient. Location halfway between San Tan Center and downtown Gilbert was perfect for our needs. We loved the hot tub and back yard and even took a cold dip in the pool to cool off on a warm Feb. day. We could not recommend this place more and wound not hesitate to stay again.

Second time staying there. Didn’t remember that there wasn’t any bathroom toiletries ( shampoo/conditioner or body wash) The check in was wasn’t as smooth as I didn’t have wifi and had to stop at Starbucks to keep checking if the house was ready. Luckily it worked out in the end, but after traveling all day. It was a little stressful… BUT everything else was terrific and would definitely recommend it.

Our family loved staying here! It is very nice and welcoming. We arrived to some special treats which was very thoughtful! The beds are actually comfortable, there is plenty of room so it doesn’t seem like everyone is on top of each other, the kitchen is wonderful and so helpful to have it stocked with dishes, utensils, and even Tupperware. Loved the fact this home had a washer and dryer so we were able to keep up with laundry and not have to worry about dirty clothes when we return home. And the best part is the pool! It’s lovely in the backyard to just sit and listening to the sounds of the waterful. Every morning we went outside and sat at the shallow end of the where there are two chairs sitting in the water. My kids absolutely loved having a pool in the backyard and spent most of there time there! The location is excellent as well and so close to many stores, other attractions, and the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be coming back that’s for sure!

This place was PERFECT! The pool was wonderful to have available and EVERYTHING was thought of to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Though it was right next to the main house, we never were bugged by the owners (though it wouldn't have bothered me to say hi!) It was within a 10-15 minute drive of everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're headed to Arizona!

Rural setting in an urban area. Well-equipped home with beautiful backyard with pool and hottub. My husband and I stayed here all week and had our son and family stay over part of the time. Such a beautiful relaxing time. Great communication with owners.
