CAMPANILE PRIME Krakow Old Town

The hotel has a renovation going on and they should have been closed for guests. The noise of drilling and hammering went on from 8am to after 6pm every day. We were promised that the noise would stop at 4pm but the workers totally ignored this. We paid good money for the stay and with all the works going on they should have been more accommodating for the guests

Midlle of old town. Hotel offering parking in a garage in the old town. Big points for that. Otherwise, a good and functional basic hotel with services, air conditioning, ok breakfast. Few clothes racks.

Stayed here before. It is in the process of being renovated. Apart from the early banging every thing was fine. The new rooms are beautiful and comfortably. Would recommend

I had visited this hotel on a previous visit to Krakow. It was good but this time there had been refurbishments and I couldn't fault it at all. The location is excellent for the old town, trams, and railway station. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

A great location, staff and hotel. Very much recycling oriented. The only problem is that any navigation will not allow you enter the old city where the hotel is located, this last navigation part you need to do manually.

Not great when my flight only landed at 1am and I checked-in at 2am. Also for the first time ever I have had blood stained bed sheets on my arrival. Before traveling I emailed the hotel twice. Once to say I would be arriving at 2am and once for a room request. I got no reply. Usually they always reply. Traveling for work all I really want is a nights sleep in clean conditions. I got neither. Disappointing and I checked out early for a different hotel. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back.

Very limited amenities at the Hotel, Bsr times fluctuates. Breakfast while pleantyful is the same every day. Awful smell in Lifts some staff need a course in Customer service, no USB plugs in rooms or lobby.

Die Unterkunft liegt fussläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sachlich, sauber ,funktional eingerichtet. Checkin war freundlich und schnell. Schade, dass die Küche abends geschlossen hatte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. WLAN stabil. Es ist nicht möglich, in diesem speziellen Wohnviertel, Uber Transporte zu ordern. Entweder reguläre Taxis oder man geht vor zur Strasse(Westerplatte) und lässt sich von dem dort gelegenen Hotel abholen.

Excellent location with a couple of bars and restaurants in the same street. Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square. A good base to explore the city on foot or to catch an electric golf buggy for a siggtseeing trip. They also have a secure luggage room for those with a late flight

Unfortunately I join the group of customers completely dissatisfied with the stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 404 and the carpet was super dirty, everything seemed to be very old and used. The worst thing was that the air conditioning never worked, it only turned on in "fan" mode, quite a bad experience. Not recommended at all! On the other hand, the location of the hotel is excellent.

I asked a simple question to the individual in 40s at the front desk. Rolled eyes, gave attitude and was rude. Gave false name. Hospitality industry means hospitality not inhospitable. Whose empowering this. Just unacceptable. In addition, rooms are in desperate need of remodel, dirty old carpet, old everything; desperately needs an upgrade. I changed my first room due to a smell of old carpet. The second room wasn’t much better. The young staff at the hotel are nice thank god

Good staff and overall hotel was okay but toilet didnt flush properly and there was a horrible smell in the room and bathroom

Hotel is located in center of the city. Close to the train station and all the attractions. If someone who hate carpet should not go to that place. Unfortunately carpet was in terrible condition.

Had a great stay. The location was excellent, the property was very clean, and it was within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed and good service

We have stayed at Campanile Krakow Old Town three times now. We love the location and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There's also a nice breakfast with many options. We hope to return again.

Great location just at the inside edge of old town. Friendly staff. Room is simple but comfortable, bright, and clean. No refrigerator or mini bar but they have a restaurant down stairs but we didn’t use it. Good value.

Weak AC.

It was ok, a few things could have been better namely aircon ineffective, couldn’t get bath tap working, hairdryer didn’t work. Good location though.

Var et bra hotel. Hadde problemer med at aircondision ikke virket. Var +35 ute, så hadde vært greit. Ga beskjed, men ble ikke gjort noe med den. Dag 2 begynte det også å lekke fra den, ble veldig vått på gulvet. Da vi klaget ved utsjekk fikk vi gratis frokost og drikke. Senga var litt for hard. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyd 👍👍

Location was perfect and rooms okay. Unsure if the air conditioning was working as I had to open the window in the middle of the night as it was extremely hot thus I highly doubt. TVs could atleast have one or two English channels

The property was well located for the old town. Rooms were large, bed comfy, quiet.

Clean, new hotel with spacious rooms; great location with an easy walk from both old town sites and train station; only issue was no direct temperature control in the room, so was a bit warm for sleeping at night.

The staff were extremely friendly and most helpful and location was just a few mins walk to old town square.

It was spot on, just what we needed. Very close to square and easy to get to everything. Excellent location. Lovely staff, drink and food. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Thank you to all staff.

Stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and at a competitive price.

Very good location, clean and overall was pleased with the choice. The hotel is only about 2 blocks off the square and about 3 blocks from a major shopping center. I bought a bunch of suit jackets at the mall.. loved the whole area. Evenings are wonderful in the area with the restaurants and the people walking in the streets and the park. Only negative was at breakfast there was a girl that had a pretty nasty attitude. Short girl, with black crew cut hair in her twenties. The first breakfast she said something to me in polish I assumed and I said "oh sorry I only speak english". Then she yelled at me "I AM SPEAKING ENGLISH". She was apparently asking for my room number, but didn't sound anything like English. That's ok she couldn't speak clearly enough, but to get nasty and chew me out, not normal. I said sorry about 4 times.. she just was silent to me and weird looks. I try and speak Spanish at times and people may not understand me, but I wouldn't ever dream of chewing someone else for my clarity. Then each and every day she would not clear my table, but do everyone near me. Give me looks, kinda ignoring, Weird, weird. I'm an easy going, nice guy and polite. No reason to have an attitude like this. All the other employees there were very nice. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast food was great. It's not a fancy hotel, but clean and perfect location for quick in and out. Price was reasonable. Thanks

Very close to the trainstation and to the center. The staff is very helpfull and friendly, they helped us with booking a daytrip to Auschwitz. The breakfast is good, a lot of variety and all good. The rooms are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice staff at reception. Also accomodated a request to change dates of stay, despite my booking being non-refundable. This was very helpful and I appreciated it. Hotel very central. Only thing I would have liked would have been a safety deposit box in room. Pleasant stay though. Would book again. Thanks again to lovely staff. :)

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The hotel is a great location. Right on a beautiful park, close to trams and right in Old Town. Just a 10-minute walk and you are in the huge square in the middle of old town with lots of choices of restaurants. This hotel exceeded our expectations in location, breakfasts, clean rooms, and staff very friendliness.

desde o momento em que chegamos fomos bem recebidos com um atendimento de primeira, que inclusive foi muito rápido para que pudessemos ir logo para o quarto. A limpeza é impecável, todos os dias que chegavamos ao quarto novamente ele estava todo limpo e com todas as toalhas e tapetes trocados. A localização é uma das melhores da cidade, com facilidade a pé para qualquer passeio que fizemos. É próximo de pontos de trem e onibus. O café da manhã é completo e com muitas variedades. Ficaria no hotel novamente em um retorno a Cracóvia

Excellent for Krakow Old Town just a short walk ro the main Square. Rooms clean and breakfast pleanty to choose from, fresh and continually topped up.

Frokost burde vært litt bedre. - er under gjennomsnittet for et polsk hotell i denne prisklassen. Ellers var hotellet heilt ok.

Breakfast is just okay.just for convenience i had breakfast in the lobby, otherwise i will take couple minutes walking to a descent restaurant and have a nicer breakfast.

Rommet var fint og ren. Personal kunne smile litt mer, regner med det er en kulturell ting. Frokost dekket det meste, men lite variasjon som f.eks. forskjellige type egg… meget sentral.
