The cleaner on my floor is an amazingly wonderful person. So polite, professional and fantastic at his job. Overall customer service at the hotel was good - everyone is friendly. Just expected little bit more in regards to quality of tissue in the bathroom, the towels could be better quality as well. Security at the hotel is fantastic. Size of the standard room is okay and it’s just that. Standard. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be in VI and be in and out a lot. Wouldn’t stay if wanted to be in my room all the type for a Luxury break, but would go again for sure.

This hotel is the perfect place if you want somewhere quiet and cute. The service was quick, the food was delicious, there is a pool with fabulous seating underneath trees as well as in the direct sunlight, and the environment was very professional. The rooms are on the smaller size, but they are very clean and functional.

Water from the tap was unsafe to use, very brownish in color. Sound from the wall. Had to kill cockroach in the bathroom which is a no no for me. Was not worth the money i paid.

Nordic is near just about anything youd want to do in Lagos. I did gind that our shower drainage system was backed up upon initial lodging and the maintenance personnel did fix the issue, although we did continue to struggle with this during our stay. Overall, the staff is welcoming. They have just about anything you need and service is exquiste. They do go above and beyond to ensure a positive stay.

I live in Victoria Island and wanted a little getaway with my daughter. I decided to choose this hotel as a short stay. We arrived at the check in time of 2pm. The front desk receptionist named Favour was rude and not inviting. Im not sure how she is a front desk receptionist. Her manners are awful. First off I booked on Expedia showed her my receipt and confirmation number. She says she can’t find the booking. Fine we wait while she checks with whomever. Time is past 2pm she comes and tells me she found the reservation. I’m hoping to now check in as I already ordered food from the restaurant and would like to eat it in my room. Next thing she tells me the room is not ready. Im not sure why she didn’t tell us beforehand. When I mention this to her she starts to have a bad and nasty attitude. She ruined my whole mood at this point. I took the key and entered the room. The lighting is poor. Mainly lamps in the room for lighting at night. No ceiling lights in the bedroom. The food was horrible. Hamburger was undercooked. Quinoa bowl tasted old and stale. Pizza was hard and unbearable to eat. Overall would not come back here and hope management reads this to get proper training for staff on how to treat paying customers.

Servicio excepcional. Todos y cada uno de los trabajadores eran amables y sobre todo serviciales. No tengo nada que Objetar. En el otro lado de la balanza, el desayuno era pobre y no tenía mucho donde elegir y las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas. Yo iba con 2 maletas una grande y otra de cabina y no tenía espacio para dejarlas casi. El mobiliario es más bien nulo más que por 3 perchas que hay. La experiencia es positiva.

I liked everything about it but the the cook almost killed me due to allergy of a shell fish which was not indicated on the menu and was reluctant to apologize. He was asked before eating and couldn't differentiate between shell fish .
