Residence L'Ulivo - Apartments in the city Center, with Fitness, Squash & Private Parking

Everything was fine. Excellent location. Very clean room and very nice bathroom and shower. Excellent parking. Hotel took care of my car license plate for going through the ZTL zones.

Un apartamento increíblemente amplio, con una cocina y salón completo, sofá cama amplio y cómodo. Una habitación doble y un baño completo. Limpieza escrupulosa, diseño clásico al igual que el entorno. Ubicación espectacular. Tranquilo para el descanso. Instalaciones deportivas muy buenas a disposición.

Läget är toppen, stor lägenhet. Vi fick ingen information om att vi inte kunde checka in på själva stället, när vi kom dit stod det bara en skylt att vi skulle gå till det stora hotellet för att checka in och det gick bra, men en liten promenad att ta sig med barn så hade varit bra att veta innan. Det fanns ingen beskrivning om hur vi skulle ta oss till rummen så fick leta själva och släpa upp allt för en trappa (men det fanns en lättare väg). Lamporna i lägenheten är extremt ljusa (sjukhusbelysning). Hade gjort mycket ifall det fanns lite skönare belysning, speciellt i sovrummet vid sängarna.

I liked the convenience of the property. Easy access to all areas in Bellagio. The apartment was clean and roomie. Loved the balconies. The only thing disappointing was no room service with clean towels everyday, and the property grasses were quite overgrown. But even with that, I would recommend the property since it was so convenient, and a nice quiet area.

Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! Close to shops and restaurants and a pharmacy down the road. True about not providing a bottle of water upon arrival which was a bit disappointing and bit of hike dragging the suitcases on foot up the hill from previous reviews, but it is hilly everywhere in Bellagio so unless you have a car just need to get used to climbing steep hills. Would definitely come back if we are staying in Bellagio again as a a family. Or maybe staying at the main hotel if just the two of us. Love the apartment overall perfect for long stay family holidays in Lake Como.
