I needed to sleep somewhere before early morning flight. But my window was above the cafe, so the people were talking (Italy!) very loud till 1 a.m. And I couldn‘t close the window, cause it would have been very stuffy in the room. Taxi to the airport at 4.30 a.m.costed 25 euros (3 minutes long ride!)… but considering that i paid just 45 euros for the room it was still cheaper than to book a hotel at the airport with the prices starting from 110 euros…

Nice budget hotel good for solo travellers. Hotel is 5 minutes from the airport as advertised, a taxi will cost €30 If you only have one bag you can catch the local bus for €1.50. The local bus in to Venice bus station is €1.50 which you can get a ticket at the newsstand across the road and the bus takes about 15 minutes. Breakfast is advertised as buffet, which it is more like continental. Nice warm croissants though.

This place was okay. It was dated, very small showers, but the a/c and wifi worked well. We stayed here because it’s 5km from the airport, but there was no shuttle and taxis charge 20-25 euros so it wasn’t that convenient as an airport hotel after all.

A fairly basic but "airport" convenient hotel with helpful staff at a reasonable price . We booked this at very short notice due to a flight delay and the room was small, clean, comfortable and the staff helped with taxi booking and snacks in the middle of the night. Sound proofing was a bit lacking. Airport taxi is 25EUR each way so if you are arriving/departing at a sensible time it might be worth considering a slightly better hotel with a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Overall a good experience.

When we arrived, we tried to arrange for the airport shuttle the next morning but were told that it was not available to us. She booked a cab for us, but it cost $25 euros for the ride even though it was as $20 from the airport to the hotel. She couldn’t explain why and the cab driver wanted only cash. Thank goodness we had enough left to cover it. The room was small but clean and had a sweet little patio outside the back. Plenty of hot water for much needed showers and a bar next door for the last spritz of our trip! I suggest checking the bulbs in the room as many were super dim or burned out. All in all, nothing to rave about but still a good value for the price.

Aircondition specific to room 307 was not working. Other room we had was freezing (room 302). Staff did not have any fan to let for us and no ice in the building for provision. Very convenient if traveling to Venezia/airport/tronchetto bus stop because bus stop is very near.

Hotel Mary is a family run hotel that is extremely convenient to Marco Polo airport and the city of Venice. The simple furnishings of the facility are both impeccably and immaculately kept with easy access to convenient and affordable public bus and shuttle transportations. The furnishings are affordable and comfortable with a continental breakfast available for an additional fee.. This hotel was perfect to stay in before transferring to my cruise line the next day. It was a 10minute public bus ride to it. I got confused, so ask the bus driver for help if you've never used public transportation before. It's right next to the bus stop. Two yummy restaurants are within walking distance. Free Breakfast was decent. A few pastries fruit, yogurt and cereal which was great and coffee made to order. The rooms aren't fancy. The bed is very uncomfortable and the shower is small. I really didn't hate it for one night, though and for the convenience to the airport. Main thing is, it is clean and sanitary and to me that was the main thing

Unfriendly check in. Despite paying in advance for the room, you have to pay the city tax in cash .. which was very frustrating after a long day of travelling. You literally have to roam the streets to find an ATM (plus you’re charged for withdrawing cash). The hotel smells consistently and I had to keep the window open throughout the duration of my stay. Room is basic to say the least. Positive is that it’s close to the airport and central Venice.

Nice property. Easy check in. The hotel itself is very old. Most things in the room didn't work (phone, air conditioner), TV could use some international channels. Feels a bit unsafe to leave the key at the reception every single time you leave the premises. Since we just spent a night it was alright. Overall not to bad to spend just a night.

I liked that it was close to the bus stop and the staff was nice, but I didn't appreciate how cold the room was. We didn't have heat, so they had to provide us with extra blankets. Additionally, I didn't like that the cleaning lady was rushing us to open the room door because she needed to clean.

Very small shower, like we are talking camper caravan size. Bathroom is as otherwise in good condition. AC worked well Wich was very nice. Staff was curt but very efficient and helpful. Great place for a quick Venice visit and flight out for on a budget. Bus stop is close by that will take you to airport or Venice. Would be fine staying there again.

The room and place was ok and average, BUT, the service and directions were the worst! We were given directions when we arrived which was way too late. Never got instructions about parking and as a result have 3 tickets. We booked this two weeks ahead of time and this nonsense of not communicating these essential things is highly unacceptable. Also, the "mother" knocked on our door asking if we were coming to breakfast. We got to bed around 2am, so don't knock on our door, we're not little children!

Out date family owen hotel shower is very small 30"x18" you cant move in it. I had to turn off the water opend the doors of the shower to be able to put soap and shower need soap holder. and the bed spread was little update and looks dirty. the breakfast was good and the front desk people where nice.

There is no AC. It’s difficult to speak in English and impossible in French with the man at the reception. The room was okay, little shower. The breakfast was okay. Overall it’s a good place to transition from the airport.
