Skønt hotel, særligt pga. det helt fantastiske personale - og rig mulighed for underholdning til børnene; LEGO, Nintendo, legeplads mm. Dejligt med direkte indgang til LEGOLAND. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale hotellet.

Good breakfast, not very helpful with the parking.

Alle super freundlich, das Einzige was negativ aufgefallen ist, dass das Parken jetzt kostenpflichtig ist.

Sjove værelser med sej udsmykning. Gode muligheder for opdagelser på hoteller. Gode aktiviteter for børn og voksne. God mad i restauranten både til morgen og aften

Hotel was great. Kids loved all the Lego statues everywhere and build stations.

Hotel con tanti sefvizi, ottima colazione molto varia, ottimo wifi e parcheggio, aree kids e servizi in generale; camere a tema molto funzionali e dotate di tutto. Unica pecca il costo eccessivo del ristorante con solo servizio a buffet e mancanza di un servizio alla carta.

Fantastic theming throughout the hotel. There was loads for kids to do. Lots of activities, LEGO building, competitions. Would definitely return, Lego friends room was amazing but a little tired

Ok oplevelse. Men ifht. Hvad man får, er det blevet meget dyrt. Restauranten havde også fået dårlige anmeldelser, så vi valgte at køre ned i byen og spise aftensmad. Der er meget lidt parkering og der skal betales seperat for det, når nu prisen er så dyr

Lego games, lego themed play areas & rooms, lego store, separate entry to Legoland. Great for families.

The Lego hotel was bright and clean and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. There were lots of lego character models dotted around the hotel and in the rooms. My boys delighted in finding them all in the bedroom and in the bathroom. In the hotel there were areas to build with lego and a play area with a foosball table and 4 Nintendo switches. In the dining area there was also an area for kids to build with Lego and 3 more Nintendo Switches to keep kids and adults entertained. Outside there was a shared castle themed park which my boys made use of and enjoyed. What stood out for us was that the Lego hotel was directly connected to the Legoland theme park and you could enter the park from the hotel, rather than walking to the main entrance. This was definitely a benefit of this hotel, compared to the pricier Castle themed hotel. The Lego house was only a 15 minute pleasant walk away, situated in the centre of Billund. This is also where the supermarkets are located, so if you need supplies bear this in mind, as the offerings in the hotel shop are limited and are pricier. The breakfast was good, with a wide range of hot and cold choices, as well as fresh fruit. As an English person I would advise you pack some tea bags. The on-site staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. If any of them are wearing a mini figure on their name badge, they may trade it with you if you ask. This also goes for any staff in the theme park and Lego house.

Die Zimmer sind ok. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, viel wird digital erledigt. Frühstück gut

Great staff & place to stay given the proximity to Legoland & the short walk to the Lego House. Cleanliness generally was good but the Lego characters in the bedroom are very dusty, the hotel needs to sort this out. Food wise, breakfast is fair but needs more fruit. The evening buffet is ok but only for one night. The staff are excellent.

The first room they gave us smelled as urine. They moved us to a different one. In general carpet is stained and gives a gross impression. The halls are smelly. I understand is a hotel targeted for families but the condition should reflect the price. Food expensive and terrible. The buffet at night was cold. Staff was nice and the location is very convenient.

Venlige receptionister, intet at sætte på dem. Fik nyt værelse, da vinduet ikke sluttede til og der var vildt koldt. Så fik vi et, hvor der forståeligt ikke var gjort klar til os på samme måde, som det tidligere værelse. Men da vi jo valgte Lego istedet for ex. Scandic, var det jo netop for det “ekstra” med tema, som man ser frem til. Jeg havde nok en lille forhåbning/forventning om, at det ville komme, når der kom en og hjalp med at slå køjesengene ud. Vi ventede lidt, og endte med selv at slå dem ud. Madrasserne manglede lagen trods et selv ønsket besøg af housekeeping (det havde de på det forrige værelse). Stigen satte vi selv på, da vi fandt den. Men vi manglede lidt de høje beskytter til den øverste køje. Jeg føler, at jeg skulle gøre meget selv, som jeg egentlig havde betalt for skulle være klar eller gøres klar for os. Glassene på værelset havde skår eller tarvelige løber på sig. Store og MEGET tydelige skjolder på “pynte” stoffet over gardinerne. Små fluer dukkede op, når jeg rullede rullegardinerne ned. I det hele taget ringe rengøring. Dårlig isolering, koldt værelse Strømmen på værelset gik sen aften. En fra receptionen kom ned og ville hjælpe. Det viser sig, at det var fordi, at jeg havde brugt elkedelen på værelset, og ikke hevet stikket ud efterfølgende. Der gik 30 minutter fra han kom/gik og til at lyset kom igen. Værelset fejler ikke noget funktionsmæssigt, men det er bare utrolig mange øv-ting på en gang. Og særligt når vores forventninger var højere

Værelset var rent og pænt. Personalet var meget søde.

Kettle in room had mould in it when I went to use it. Was replaced by housekeeping. Room I was in (305) was tired and in need of a renovation. Chips in tiles in bathroom, bleach stains on the carpet, no USB outlets among the issues. Not worth the price I paid. I do want to say the front desk staff were understanding of the issues and were extremely helpful when asked.

デンマークのホテル全体的にですが、埃だらけできちんと掃除しているという感じではない。 シーツには、すでに泥で擦ったような汚れがついていて汚かった。 部屋の電気の位置が冷蔵庫の上の方の到底見つけられそうもない高い位置にあって、 男性でなくては届かないし、聞かなくてはわからない。とても不親切なつくりだった。 部屋は狭め。安くはない値段のホテルなのに、シャンプーなどのアメニティは揃っていない。 朝食は、種類が豊富で美味しい方だと思う。 色んな所に遊ぶ場所があって子供は飽きずに楽しそうだった。

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Betten quietschen, Wände sind hellhörig,Zimmer und Betten sehr klein. Unsere 9 jährige Tochter nutzte bereits die volle Länge des Bettes aus. Wenn einen der Fluglärm bis 23 Uhr und ab 06 Uhr nicht stört und man einen direkten Zugang zum Legopark priorisiert, dann ist das Hotel insgesamt annehmbar.

Great location and well themed. The hotel was a little tired in areas but they are having work done. The bunk bed in the Lego movie room seemed a lot shorter than the one in the pirate themed room, my 12 year olds feet were hanging off the end. Breakfast was good.

Comparing from legoland windsor, this one has loads of restaurants to choose from. Though those breakfast are all the same. No AC on room, and family of 4 of pirates room is so small

Det var simpelthen den hårdeste seng. Efter nogle timer krøllede jeg mig sammen på en 2 personers sofa hvor jeg selvfølgelig ikke sov meget bedre pga størrelsen men den var i det mindste ikke hård. Ellers rigtig fint værelse. Det trak bare virkelig ned med sengen.

Ophold i juli måned er meget lummert på værelset. Ingen udsugning, ingen aircondition. Dog kunne man åbne et vindue, men det er ikke praktisk når man bor tæt på en lufthavn

Very unique, especially for kids it’s an adventure to stay at the Legoland Hotel. There is something to see everywhere you go. We stayed in one of the kingdom rooms. It was very spacious and clean. Sadly the fridge in our room wasn’t working and the showers are equipped with a curtain, which always feels a bit unclean. At our arrival our son had a little present on his bed, that was a nice extra. The breakfast was very good, nothing was left desired! We will absolutely visit again. Billund was also very nice, it was just very hard to find a nice place to eat for good prices.

Hotellet var kul för barn, bra frukost men värmen gjorde det nästan omöjligt att sova. Som ett växthus i hela hotellet. En korridor tycktes ha AC, men den fungerade inte på rummet. Flera gäster med liknande upplevelser.

The Legoland hotel was a far cry from what we imagined would be a fantastic experience for us and our kids. The hotel is so dated in its style and design of rooms. You are transported back to the 80's, but not in a good way. The lack of AC during 30C (90F) days made it unbearable to be in the room until late into the evening. The breakfast buffet is the SAME everyday - so much so for being "creative", which is what Lego should be.

Vi fik madpakke med da vi skulle tidligt afsted, det var helt okay. Der var MEGA koldt på værelset, vi ankom kl 14.30 og det var først omkring kl 20.00 vi havde fået værelset varmet op så vi var fri for at sidde med dynerne, ikke en oplevelse jeg ønsker igen.

Flotte folk som jobber der. Personalet var alltid hyggelig og veldig serviceinnstilt. Personalet lekte med barna og alle hadde barna i hovedfokus. Flott med så mange lekestasjoner for barna og morsomt med konkurransene. Barna her elsket hotellet og det var stor stas med legopakke som velkomstgave på rommet.

O hotel é comodamente ligado ao LEGOLAND por uma passarela. Café da manhã muito bom e completo. Jantar pago à parte, a La carte, com valores altos, porém a comida saborosa. Únicos dois pontos negativos: 1) meu filho se acidentou (prendeu 4 dedos quando uma porta que liga o hotel ao parquinho infantil fechou na mão dele). Fomos à recepção pedir gelo, curativo, e a pessoa da recepção fez pouco caso. Para um hotel que é voltado para criança, os funcionários deveriam ter treinamento em primeiros socorros e a porta que liga o hotel ao parque infantil não deveria ser tão pesada. É um risco iminente à todo tempo. Um absurdo. Quando falamos sobre isso também para recepção, fizeram pouco caso. A força com que a porta fecha poderia ter facilmente quebrado ou até decepado os dedos de uma criança. Sugiro que o hotel mude o mecanismo dessa porta urgentemente para evitar um acidente mais grave. 2) na nossa segunda diária, nosso quarto não foi limpo.

We liked the hotel and the breakfast buffet was delicious but we had a pretty bad experience checking in - we were sent to a room that was already occupied and left to explain to the room owner what happened after a member of staff opened the door for us then ran away!! It took us around an hour to be taken to an unoccupied room and we spent a lot of that time being left standing in a corridor. Because of how long check in took it also meant that we were unable to get any food from anywhere as all the restaurants were closed. When we asked at reception we were told to just wander around and we'd probably find something... I'm also 6 months pregnant so this was not an ideal solution. After check in our other experiences were really positive but the check in experience was pretty bad... and involved us going to reception 3 times before anyone believed us that there was a problem!

All colleagues were kind and helpful and the hotel was perfect for our stay

Nice and interesting hotel. The child really liked it. The buffet was unbelievably expensive and the staff, when asked about a taxi, said that it was not part of the job description. That's a big minus.

Service is always top notch at LEGOLAND Hotel! I loved my time there!

Terrible Customer Service

Fantastisk venligt personale, som mødte børn og voksne i øjenhøjde. Dejlig oplevelse! Den manglende stjerne er for at have en svartid på syv dage på en e-mail med anmodning om tidligt check-in. Det burde kunne gøres bedre på et hotel, der trods alt ikke er billigt at overnatte på.

The location is excellent to all Lego fans visiting Legoland. We lived in the park view room and the view from the park with Christmas decorations were so stunning. Staffs are so helpful and the self check-in is easy to follow. The room itself looks like clean and tidy. However, after the first night, my son and husband complained they felt itchy and they got some insects bites over legs and their back. We had another 2 nights from hotel at Copenhagen but totally no issue at all. The choice of food is also limited though it’s expected. We had dinner at Panorama restaurant on the 1st night, and kids enjoyed their buffet quite much especially because the kids zone at the end of the restaurant is fantastic and it allows all parents and carers can take a short break (and silence) for awhile. However, it was very disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked on our 2nd night stay, and I was told only 1 restaurant was open at that night which I suppose there are 3 restaurants in the park/ hotel area. Finally we took taxi to the centre and food was much better and cheaper.

Holiday at Legoland was amazing and my kids loved it. It was so handy being able to just get the lift to the park. Highly recommended.

Of course staying here gives you the chance to enter the park ahead of time. And not even getting out of hotel. Convenient bridge from hotel to park

The location cannot be beat for visiting Legoland. The park view room did have a nice view of the park. Customer service isn’t great at all. Food is very overpriced and mediocre at best. It’s very near the airport so arriving planes rattle the room.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays for 2 nights as a family of 4 in a Pirate room. We loved the design of the room, of course as the cheapest room, it was very small, not at all sound proof & some wear and tear eg lots of condensation on windows. But for the excellent price we paid we cannot complain! The children received a festive lego set gift & some sweets in the room. There was a kettle with drinks, a fridge & a hairdryer in the room. The hotel itself is beautifully designed & exciting, with lots of indoor activities, lego & gaming areas. They run 3 competitions daily which are worth entering with the chance of winning a Lego prize. The festive decor added to the charm. In the Christmas holidays, the only restaurant open was the Panaroma restaurant. This is a gorgeous restaurant with delicious food but dinner is a very expensive buffet! The food I think is reasonable but the drinks were ridiculously priced & the waiters upsell “rainbow cocktails” for the kids for about £8 each-totally unnecessary. They also charge £5 for a jug of tap water!! In the brick bar, you can order food up until 5pm (kids chicken nuggets & Lego chips are 99Kr/£11 ish). Breakfast was included in the room price we paid & was excellent! The hotel is literally opposite legoland & there is a special entrance. Note entrance to legoland is not included in the standard room price. Legoland is small to walk around but packed full of rides & looked beautiful at Christmas time.

A really enjoyable stay. There is a lot to do here. The staff are all really pleasant and helpful and seem to enjoy being there too. The absence of a pool is surprising but there are more than enough other activities to keep everyone entertained. The grounds are well kept and wonderfully peaceful, and you would not know you are so close to Legoland. The restaurant is also a pleasant surprise - enough to be in theme but much classier then equivalent restaurants at e.g. Windsor Legoland Hotel, with excellent food.

Die Kinder lieben dieses Hotel. Und wir als Erwachsene fahren auch gern hin. Allerdings ist das Abendessen mittlerweile so unfassbar teuer, dass wir wohl das letzte Mal dort gegessen haben. Der Kinderpreis fürs Büffet beläuft sich umgerechnet auf 23€. Und das für ein paar Pommes und ein Eis, OHNE GETRÄNKE, ist einfach nicht mehr tragbar. Schade.

The hotel looks amazing and is very attractive for lego fans. It is howerver extremely hot with no air con in the rooms. The rooms are very basic. The restaurant is super expensive and not at all good quality or tasty. The restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful. Reception staff werw lovely. Ideal location as you are in the park. Definitely bring plenty of your own food and water. Request a fan or two at check in.
