The hotel was great. The Concierge at the front desk was very helpful. I found the add saying "Airport transfer ".a bit of a stretch. There is no shuttle. It is a cab for 40 Euro each direction to the airport..

Our room filled with cigarette smoke in the middle of the night waking us both up. They advertised airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons we booked there, and yet none was provided. No restaurant options in the area with in reasonable walking distance. Pictures on the website are not at all representative of the rooms or the facility. Would not recommend.

This place is located near the airport but far from shopping or dining places. The airport shuttle operated by the hotel kept asking for cash despite assurance from the hotel manager that the credit card is fine. We had to look for an ATM at 4 am in the morning to pay cash. The morning breakfast is also underwhelming.

Hotellet er rigtig fint beliggende til en tidlig afgang fra lufthavnen. Men beliggenheden er meget ucharmerende i et kedeligt kvarter. Fin parkering i kælder. Ingen restaurant på hotellet og kun enkelte restauranter i nærheden. Værelset var helt ok. Morgenmaden var enkel (kedelig) - typisk italiensk.

Hotel is located 10-15 min.from a airport. Need a taxi to get there( 30-40 euro). I just stay over night waiting for a plain connection from Naples to Paris. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast is included.

I liked that the hotel looked old fashion. I did not like that there were no usb connections. The area around the hotel is located by an industrial area. I didn't feel unsafe, but it killed the little bit of view that hotel might have. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of ants on the floor.

The location is great for the airport. There is a shuttle you can book with the hotel staff. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. It is in an industrial area so not much to see. We went for a good walk, found food and shopping. We only stayed 1 night but there were no issues and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. I would stay in this hotel again.

Es war ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es schien eher ein Stundenhotel zu sein. Nachts sehr laut und viel Betrieb auf den Gängen. Wir haben dort wegen unserer ungünstigen Ankunfts- und Abflugzeiten zwei Nächte verbracht. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt konnten wir nicht einmal mehr unser Zimmer abschließen, da die Vorrichtung dafür abgebrochen war.

The room was spacious even with 2 twins and a double. Very clean (except for mildew around the inside edge of the shower), hooks and a spot to sit and put shoes on at the entry and cabinet & drawers for longer stays. We were there for only one night. Staff was very helpful and gave us a bottle of water each and breakfast was included. Continental with a dedicated staff member to make fresh coffee and espressos. Quiet area despite being 4 miles from the airport.

Hotel itself is fine, although very dated with TERRIBLE Wi-Fi. The breakfast options were VERY limited. Staff was helpful. Air conditioning is decent and room is clean. Area is not good. No restaurants close by without having to cross some busy roads and walk through some questionable areas.

This was perfect for a one night stay after arriving late to Napoli Airport. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the kind man who runs the kitchen at breakfast was very sweet and helpful with our children. Keep in mind that taxi rides to this destination from the airport are between 30-40€ because it is not located in the Napoli municipality, despite being only 10pm from airport.

The location is great for the airport. There is a shuttle you can book with the hotel staff. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. It is in an industrial area so not much to see. We went for a good walk, found food and shopping. We only stayed 1 night but there were no issues and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. I would stay in this hotel again.

This was perfect for a one night stay after arriving late to Napoli Airport. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the kind man who runs the kitchen at breakfast was very sweet and helpful with our children. Keep in mind that taxi rides to this destination from the airport are between 30-40€ because it is not located in the Napoli municipality, despite being only 10pm from airport.

A very nice hotel. The hotel stated close to the airport, but it wasn’t. Costs 35 euros to get to the airport. There is not a lot around the area (shops, restaurants, etc).

Le logement se trouve dans une zone derriere l aeroport, absolument inaccessible a pied. Le taxi (13km)demande 40 euros !!! Donc 80 euros aller/retour, plus cher que le prix de la chambre. Il y a un tres bon restaurant, le seul, a proximite. La chambre etait propre, le lit confortable, la salle de bain un peu vieillot mais fonctionnelle. Le personnel est gentil, serviable.

Our room filled with cigarette smoke in the middle of the night waking us both up. They advertised airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons we booked there, and yet none was provided. No restaurant options in the area with in reasonable walking distance. Pictures on the website are not at all representative of the rooms or the facility. Would not recommend.

Helt ok hotell med tanke på nærhet til flyplassen. Hotellet har nok sett bra ut en gang sånn på 80 tallet. Frokosten var helt elendig. Rent og pent. 12 min med leiebil til flyplassen er helt innafor!

Hotel itself is fine, although very dated with TERRIBLE Wi-Fi. The breakfast options were VERY limited. Staff was helpful. Air conditioning is decent and room is clean. Area is not good. No restaurants close by without having to cross some busy roads and walk through some questionable areas.

The hotel price is what got us to stay for the night. Pros: free parking and breakfast. The staff was very kind. Cons: not well maintained and fairly dirty. The beds seemed clean! But the floors and bathroom walls were not. The toilet seat was falling apart and there was mildew on the ceiling.

The reviews on this app are way off. DO NOT BOOK. This hotel is SO terrible we contemplated leaving for a different one. The AC in the room never cooled down. The drain in the shower did not work and water took forever to drain which was disgusting. The front desk Asian male was very unhelpful and very rude. Would speak to you in a condescending way until we were rude back. 0/10 would not recommend and would not stay here.

Towel hanging above the bidet had a large brown stain on it. Who knows what it actually was given its proximity to the bidet, would imply towels are not checked/cleaned properly. Bedding had smudges/dirty spots/stains on it. People in the lobby looked like they were hanging out with prostitutes. Worked in a pinch when our flight got cancelled but NOT recommended at all for a long term stay. Staff was friendly and helpful but everything else was SKETCHY.

Breakfast was fairly okay. AC with nowdays temp worked perfect but in summer may be not. Being a 3 star hotel, they had no complimentary tea or coffee. We had to pay for it. Other than that it was a nice and clean hotel
