Location perfect, room was basic, no minibar/fridge, pillows were to small, beds were ok. Not one pop of colour in the room very bland, a cushion on the chair or bed would have been nice. The paint around the plug/light sockets by the bed need repainted, aswell as the door trim on the inside of the bathroom door. Shower was terrible, could'nt get under it properly. Rubbish found in the room. The hot buffet at breakfast was cold, I thought it was because it had been sitting for a while so I waited for them to restock and went to get a fresh plate, but the hashbrowns and egg were the same cold and hard. The waiter serving ginger shots and coffee was very polite and did his job well. While we were sitting at breakfast in the restaurant, near the windows by the entrance to Nordstan, a man outside unsipped his pants and took a pee by the window in full view of everyone eating breakfast. Not the hotels fault but disturbing non the less. We have stayed at other Scandic Hotels and they have been 10/10 this was a big dissapointment.
