Lite krångligt att checka in då det är stoppförbud på gatan utanför hotellentren och dessutom ligger garaget ett kvarter bort. Annars är det mesta bra med hotellet. Mysig inredning och bra att middag ingår.

Bodda helt ok men duschblandaren var trasig så det gick inte att få varmvatten. Vi sa till i receptionen och de skulle komma och titta på det. Dröjde över en timme innan någon kom. Då hade vi redan gått ner i källaren och duschat där man har bastu och några träningsmaskinet

Bra rum med grymt bra kvällsbuffe’. Rummet var iskallt men det fanns ett extra elelement som räddade situationen. Gymmet var helt ok och som sagt, kvällsmaten var över alla förväntningar.

Skønt sted, perfekt beliggende i bymidten. Middagen er veltilberedt og morgenmaden er varieret med en god kvalitet fødevarer. Personalet er søde og værelserne fine. Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung brauchen, das Bett war deultich zu weich. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Die in der Zimmerrate enthaltenen Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Fika und Abendessen) sind sehr gut. Auf Nachfrage bekam man zum Abendessen auch etwas Vegetarisches zubereitet. Die Bar ist in einem (überdachten) Innenhof - sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Preis/Leistung stimmen in diesem Hotel!

Nice stay. Parking nearby (3 minute walk) for 300 SEK. Evening meal included. Very nice with lots of salads and veggies. Walking distance to city centre (10 minutes). Our third stay in two years.

Jag har bott på hotellet ett par gånger tidigare och inte haft något att klaga på då, men denna gång var det betydligt sämre och inte värt pengarna. Jag bodde i ett enkelrum som var iskallt, varför man ställt in ett värmeelement av äldre modell som jag inte vågade ha igång annat än när jag vaken var i rummet. Badrummet var minimalt, illa städat (hår i toa och handfat) och duschens avrinning fungerade inte alls utan hela badrumsgolvet blev blött efter någon minuts duschande. Mitt rum hade fönster mot gatan och jag väcktes tidigt lördag morgon av lastbilar som skulle lossa gods i butiken på andra sidan gatan. Frukostbuffén höll inte måttet (torrt bacon, snålt utbud av kallskuret, dock goda färska frallor) och i matsalen var stämningen kaotisk med långa köer, barnskrik och helt klart alldeles för mycket folk. Jag tog med mig frukosten upp på rummet. Bastun var avstängd (pga högt elpris?) Läget mitt i centrala stan är dock perfekt med närhet till krogar, nöjen och kommunikationer. Jag kommer troligen tvingas välja ett annat hotell nästa gång jag besöker Malmö (ca 2ggr/år).

Lille værelse uden AC eller vindue der kunne åbnes. Hotellets staff var venligt og imødekommende. Rengøringstanden kunne godt højnes, vi oplevede at finde hår på vores seng/puder fra tidligere gæster samt flere glasflade specielt i restauranten, der under vores ophold var fyldt med fedtfingre, det fik hotellet til at fremstå lidt nusset…

Our room was on the interior which meant that we had no window to the outside. Normally, this is not a problem for us except that there was no air conditioning to provide cooling. The one evening that we stayed was spent in a temperature that was above our normal so our sleep wasn't as good as expected. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great and the location is in walking distance to several pedestrian squares for shopping and restaurants.

Et hotel som reklamerer med at ligge ud til vandet og viser flere billeder med smuk udsigt indkvarterede mig på et (superior) room med udsigt til en sort mur 1 meter fra mit vindue. Mit værelse var uden dagslys og en klaustrofobisk fornemmelse. Det er uacceptabelt at få et værelse af den kvalitet uden at vide det på forhånd. Jeg havde heldigvis kun en enkelt overnatning og vender aldrig tilbage. Ellers et pænt hotel, men det var svært at få øje på, jeg havde slet ikke lyst til at opholde mig hverken på hotellet eller på værelset

Fantastic location. Just a ten minute walk from the station (if that), and around the corner from Lilla Torg. The public areas of the hotel are well kept, modern décor. The rooms are clean; ours was a tad dated (bathroom for example), but some of the furniture was fairly new. Beds are really, really comfortable. The meals did the job; saved us money for the things we wanted to do in Skåne. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Allt var bra förutom att rummet var mörkt, vi hade rum in mot innergården, det var otroligt varm då det inte fanns AC eller gick att öppna fönstret. Fanns heller inga paraply att låna eller hyra.

Et fint hotel der ligger meget centralt. Hyggeligt indrettet men personalet ved morgenbuffe/aften var meget længe om at rydde borde, så der var plads. "Light dinner" er et reelt måltid, men der var meget lidt variation fra dag til dag. Vi overnattede 3 dage - salat og kød var det sammen 2 dage i træk. Men fin til prisen

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Due to our flight times we arrived in Malmo early approximately 09:30 am . For a small additional fee (about £10), we were allowed to book in early. The rooms had no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, but they did provide free of charge tea or coffee (or water) and a small snack both mid morning and again in the afternoon. The hotel also provided breakfast and what they called a “light supper” that came with your room booking free of charge. The food was a self service buffet style which allowed guests to eat as much or as little as one desired if they wanted to take advantage of this offer, so you didn’t miss the refreshments being in your room. if you were on a “budget” this would definitely be a bonus! The hotel was central, and all sights and places to visit were in walking distance. Malmo is a quiet and quaint place to visit , and we loved it !

Lite krångligt att checka in då det är stoppförbud på gatan utanför hotellentren och dessutom ligger garaget ett kvarter bort. Annars är det mesta bra med hotellet. Mysig inredning och bra att middag ingår.

Fantastic location. Just a ten minute walk from the station (if that), and around the corner from Lilla Torg. The public areas of the hotel are well kept, modern décor. The rooms are clean; ours was a tad dated (bathroom for example), but some of the furniture was fairly new. Beds are really, really comfortable. The meals did the job; saved us money for the things we wanted to do in Skåne. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Good value for the money. Really nice hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast was okay. Dinner not that good, but I think we were just unlucky because it was fish fillet and it was cooked, the rest of the dinner, salat, potatoes etc was okay. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic- near Malmo Station. Plenty of local shops nearby- great pastries opposite in convenience store. Easily walkable to all sights from hotel. Rooms are in an old historic building so character and individuality rather than a corporate chain. Breakfast- great choices (scrambled eggs especially yummy). Evening light meal is more than enough- good salad choices, soup was different every night and all really tasty. Hot main course ok ( but no good for vegetarian apart from one night) Reception very friendly. Lovely areas to sit and have a drink. Room was clean and nice decor- exactly as website, bedding spotless and comfortable beds. Bathroom could do with updating , mainly the shower/ bath/screen. Big white fluffy towels and robes supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely hotel! Very cosy, great food, lovely room. The staff were really helpful and attentive and the hotel is in a really great location. The breakfast was lovely and varied, and that you get dinner and fika included in the price is amazing! Would def stay here again.

Very nice location and great interior, delicious breakfast. But I booked a double room and got a single without a window. Only after bringing this up, I got a single room with a window for ventilation. Not the double room I booked. The room was comfortable and clean, but there seems to be a lot of confusion about the bookings.
